Happy customer. I walked into RightDrive with literally no expectations at all as I ve not had the best luck with cars but it was really important to me that I get a bigger car to fit my new baby on the way and Joey was awesome! He did everything possible and we left in a 2021 Chrysler voyager and I could not be happier the car is beautiful it drives smoothly and I wasn t there too long either. Joey will fight for you I definitely recommend it to anyone with challenged credit open car loans or anything.

Joey and Troy were extremely helpful. We drove over from Columbus OH to look at a car for our son. Troy took his time to answer all of our questions about the vehicle and set up an appointment to meet him. Joey promptly met us in the lot, the car was exactly what my Son wanted, Joey negotiated a lower rate than the we had through a pre approval, and we got a great deal.We would happily recommend RightDrive to anyone.

We went into right drive today and was immediately greeted by Ryan. Everyone there was very welcoming and nice. I wasn t quite sure what I wanted but he was informative and ended up helping us get into a 2018 Jeep Wrangler (my dream car that I didn t think I would ever get!). Definitely recommend Right Drive if you are looking for a vehicle!!

I went in and met Ryan to look at a Jeep. I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted to do and expressed my thoughts with him. He was very informative, professional and helpful throughout the process. This was huge for me, as I usually only deal with 1 dealership and 1 salesman. I ended up purchasing a beautiful Bikini Pearl Jeep Wrangler and couldn't be happier! Thanks for such great service!

I found RightDrive Muncie In. on the internet. I scheduled an appointment with Ryan Allen to see if I qualified for a loan. I had a certain range for a down payment. Ryan worked very hard to find someone that would work with me. I drove a few cars found the one I liked. It was awesome. I drove it home that evening. I would recomend RightDrive to anyone!

If I could give 100 stars, I would! Tevan and his team are so sweet and amazing! They were honest, straight to the point, and really made sure they were there to get me into the car I wanted. My credit score needed some work but they didn't judge and they were very understanding to fit my budget needs and down-payment. I've lost my father and my son's father within a months span this year and its been super tough, so I didn't have much and it's such a blessing to find people who are really in your corner! If you are looking for honest, hard working, and trustworthy people, they are the people to go to! Thank you guys so much!

The car buying experience was by far the very best experience I have ever had. From our first inquiry online until we drive away we amazing, encouraging and relaxed. The entire staff is wonderful truly but a special thanks to Tevan and Ryan. They honestly made the whole thing that much better. Honest staff who care and will do an amazing job to find the perfect fit for you and they really do go above and beyond. Very family friendly place, my boys want to visit again lol. Joey is my go to guy for finding and buying cars! This is the third vehicle I ve purchased from him and I ll buy from him again. The Volvo was still being inspected this last go around, and Joey kept saying wait it out and that ll be your car. He wasn t wrong! After we test drove every SUV, and some cars on the lot, I left with a hell of a deal on this XC90! Much appreciation for Joey!

We had an excellent experience. The staff were knowledgeable and told us what they thought would be our best option for approval. They got us into a car that fit our needs and we love it. They took our vehicle on trade and are selling a second vehicle for us. Ryan was awesome to work with and I would recommend anyone give Right Drive the chance at a vehicle over the other dealerships in town! Thanks for a great experience Right Drive!

Purchased a vehicle from Ryan, who was amazing but the service department is a whole other story.Vehicle purchased had a cluster issue was told it was a simple and easy fix and would be repaired within the week.8 WEEKS later and there is still no resolution. No call or communication from the service department. I ve called and left two messages with no response. Called again today and was told the person spearheading that is no longer with us so I m not sure who to speak with about that. I would Really like my vehicle to be fixed as promised, which is also in my contract but service department has dropped the ball in this situation.

Was having a rough time going through a divorce , I needed reliable transportation that wasn't going to cost a fortune. I got in contact with RightDrive the following day I met with Joey Denney and he didn't stop until he was able to get me in a car that was affordable and right for me. He was kind and very helpful. I was able to get onthe vehicle I wanted and at a fairly quick pace. The staff is very caring and want what is best for the customer. They do not just take the first bank offer. They filter through each one to get the best deal for the customer. Thank you rightdrive for getting me in my new vehicle.

I want to thank Joey at RightDrive in Muncie,IN for all the work he put in to getting me into my new car. I drove away in a beautiful 2020 Nissan Altima.
