Great experience first of all. The team was super knowledgeable and worked with me on what I wanted for my 2013 Wrangler. I am not familiar with audio components and they talked me through everything I would need. I was able to book an appointment with them the following day. For installation of the Audio receiver, they recommended me it take about an hour for them to swap out the old OEM radio and replace it with an updated receiver that looks factory. Now for the bottom line, I would most definitely recommend them to anyone who's wanting an upgrade to their vehicle's audio components they are extremely professional and do flawless work.

The guys at Reckless Car Audio are top notch! They took the time to inform me in every possible way during the process. The installation was beyond my expectations. They even took the time to correct a few things from a prior install. I couldn t be more happy! Thank you all for everything. Looking forward to doing business in the future.

My experience here was top notch from me contacting them on Instagram to them having my VW ID.4 rockin today. I usually install my own stuff but I figured this is a brand new Volkswagen EV I better leave it to the professionals and glad I did. I drove 170 miles round trip and the drive home was the best. The team was great!

personally I had a 5/5 experience and will be recommending to others. I came here looking to get my windows tinted and didn t know much about it. A man named Kesean helped with explaining everything and was able to get all 4 of my windows done for an exceptional price. The quality of the tint is top tier, and the people were very welcoming.

Ive been going to them for more than 2 years now and I've always kept coming back. They do an absolutely great job installing accessories. I had Under-glow, speakers, sirens, and much more. I drive 55 miles just to get my stuff installed. It s worth it every time. I would recommend it.

These guy's are awesome they will explain everything and take there time with you're vehicle they are very helpful and most importantly they know what there doing very friendly and helpful thank you for my installation today I love it

They are very friendly and knowledgeable. Was able to get an appointment very quickly. Got my car back earlier than expected. They took their time to inform us on how to use the new system. Highly recommend and definitely will be going back.

Our Chevy Trax suddenly lost sound. No sound from the radio. No turn signal sounds. No chimes in the car. Radio turned on and had power. Turn signal lights worked. We took it to American Chevrolet for estimate. They told us it was a bad radio (?) and would be $1100 to replace it AND that might not 100% fix it. I said I saw the radios for $400 and he said there was a lot to do to get one in.I called Reckless Car Audio for a second opinion and so thankful I did!! They got us in very quickly and within 20 minutes had it diagnosed. He had seen the issue many times before and called it before he even got into it. We needed a new amplifier. Part was $218 and installation $99. Made another appointment and everything is good as new ! $1100 vs $325. The sales team was very professional and the installer was as well. We were in and done very quickly. Their estimate given ahead of time was honoredI would 100% come back to Reckless Audio! Five stars from me!!! Support local businesses when you can !!

These guys are top notch. Professional. Quick without rushing in through the job. Extreme attention to detail. They do a fantastic work. Offer a huge array of services. And offer equipment for practically anyone s budget. I ve had multiple products installed from back up tailgate cameras, radio speakers, lighting, interior exterior under glow. I have not had a single problem yet.

Overall great experience at this shop, guys were helpful and knowledgeable and did an excellent job with installation. Speakers sound clear and no audio distortion, This is my 2nd car I ve brought to have audio installed and will be a returning customer! Very satisfied

Had a pedal controller installed recently. The job was done quick and the price was great. The tech who did the install took the time to explain how it connects and how it works. Everyone there is friendly and helpful, definitely recommend them!

Coming from a retired audio installer after 20 plus years. These guys are the real deal. Kris and his crew has the knowledge and materials for any type of installation. I'm an ex installer and I just payed them to install two Memphis mojo mini 8s in my vehicle. Very very impressive and the installation was 100 percent. No slacking, no cheap materials. Pricing is way better than all Indy and surrounding audio shops. Trust me I've been to them all.

This is my third return. Each time I think the installation gets more complicated and personal to me and my vehicles. Kris listens to my wants and desires.Then he gives his recommendations, he has not sold me anything that I didn t need or wanted.My 2017 Cadillac XTS was missing that needed bass, stock subs was not enough. The owner Kris pretty much knows my taste in music and sound. Reckless as had done it again, with Memphis subs and 500 watt amp, hidden bass controls, and a custom enclosure. Thanks for another great build.

My wife and I had Reckless Car Audio install a new radio and back up camera in our Jeep Wrangler and the whole experience from start to finish was great! The price quoted was the price I paid and the time to install was spot on for when it was ready. I recognize not everything always goes according to plan but in this case it did and it was awesome! Fantastic customer service as well

The quote they gave me was about half of a couple others I got so pricing was great. They installed everything faster than expected and it all looks and performs perfectly. Very pleased with my experience here and would definitely recommend them.

Super satisfied with installation and outcome of LED light system installation. My new Corvette had less than 1000 miles so I was concerned with any possible damage occurring during installation. The guys treated my car like it was their own.
