Absolutely amazing experience every time I've been here. Not only is the customer service exceptional, but the price and speed. If I ever have an issue, I go here, and they will fix it in 15 minutes and it will not break my wallet.

I have a college student at Ball State and she was in immediate need of some brakes & rotor attention. Shane was prompt with communicating with me throughout the day. Very pleasant experience! They had the car in and out on the same day, pretty reasonable price for the exhaust work they performed, my car sounds the best it has sounded since I have owned it. Highly recommended this shop for exhaust work!

Muncie muffler brake & auto deserves 10 stars. My exhaust came apart and was dragging while driving in town. I called them up at 10:52 a.m. After talking to the gentleman on the phone, he told me he could get me in, take a look, and give me an estimate. Not only was the price extremely fair, I was out the door in roughly 20 minutes. When I get honesty, service, and a business that goes above and beyond, I gave a 50% tip for the convenience and didn't even bat an eye. My daughter is a student at ball state . Was on her way to work and whilst driving her shifter cable on her mid sized suv broke and left her stranded ,I sourced the shifter cable and drove to Muncie and found this shop , the service guy was very knowledgeable and professional. The price I was quoted was very reasonable and the vehicle was repaired and she was back on the road in a couple hours. I would definitely recommend Muncie muffler for all vehicle repairs.. they did a great jobService: Transmission

I don't leave reviews, but had to make an exception for this place! It's rare these days to find good honest people who take pride in their work so Muncie Muffler is a breath of fresh air. They had us fixed up with new brake pads & rotors in an hour for a very fair price & the manager, Shane is a really cool guy. In the past we've taken our car to Midas & they tried to rip us off. Today we decided to try this spot & couldn't be happier!

I took my car here after my muffler fully fell off my car. It was in the trunk when I brought it in. I called for an appointment, and they told me I could just come in. I was in and out in 45 minutes for a truly unbeatable price, and fantastic work. The owner is extremely friendly and trustworthy. I am so glad I found this place and will be returning.

I took my car to Muncie Muffler on the afternoon of June 7th to get some work done. The same place I have dropped it off for the past 2-3 years. Two days later, my dad calls to check up on my car for me, and they tell him that my passenger's side window has been busted out. So, my dad drives over and finds out that someone had actually backed into my car -busting my window and severely denting my door - and drove off. We're told by the manager/our mechanic that they'll find a new door since it happened on their property.Fast forward to today, June 28th, exactly 3 weeks later. We hadn't heard from them in a week, so my dad calls to see what progress has been made. He is told by the owner that the manager doesn't work there any more and that if we don't pick my car up today, he's going to have it towed. My dad asked about the window. The owner claims that we brought it in that way. (Now, if you take a look at the photo, you can see the glass on the ground, showing that it was broken on their property.)They didn't even have the decency to cover the window up. A customer's car is damaged on YOUR property and you don't do anything about it? The only reason it's covered up is because my dad happened to drive by after work one day and saw they hadn't done it.Not only is the owner (Gary Campbell) lying about my window being busted on their property, but the issue I originally brought my car in for, wasn't even addressed. Until I picked my car up today, it hadn't even been touched for the 3 weeks that it was there. Now it's sitting in my parents' driveway while we struggle to find a new door and a reliable mechanic.I've referred so many good friends and coworkers to this place, and I regret it. The only reason they have one star is because google won't let me give them zero. Please, don't waste your time and money at this place.

Now redoing the work I paid them to complete. They glued my axle seals in with silicone which leaked and filled my brakes with grease. Avoid them as their work can put your life at riskTerrible reviewDirty dealWaste of your money

Excellent customer service, affordable and the mechanics tell you what's wrong and take the time to explain what has to be done to get you back on the road. They are quick and like I said before very reasonable on the prices. I HIGHLY recommend them. Took them around 45min to get my exhaust fixed and get me back on the road. Great work!

Note to college kids or parents of college kids: this shop is top notch and has very reasonable prices. They're easy to work with and the owner is great. I highly recommend!It's been over a year since I had exhaust work done here on my 18-year-old Mustang, and I have no complaints, only good things to say! The owner worked with my specific exhaust request, completed the work quickly, and the price was unbeatable. I've heard so many horror stories from the mainstream nation-wide places, but you can tell this owner takes pride in his work as he has his own business a good reputation to defend. They work hard to please and I will absolutely be coming back to this location if I need future work done!

I found Muncie Muffler Brake and Auto simply by doing a search on Google and was impressed by the reviews. I wanted to avoid a National chain, who would likely over charge and delay my service. I Called right at 8 am opening and was told I could get my brake lines fixed that day, so within the hour, I had my car towed in, and soon after received a call from James, who was very friendly and professional, and I gave the go ahead for the work. All 3 brake lines were replaced by around noon! I was very pleased with the price as well as how quickly the well done work was completed. I highly recommend this shop.

I am working on a budget. Muncie Muffler had my exhaust from 'I heard you at the end of the street' to 'is this truck running' in 45 minutes at 1/10 the price of the first shop I stopped at. Great guys, support you local business. I do not typically do reviews, but I had great service and think this shop deserves the effort.

Have done business there before ..no problems.. Took my daughters car there 3 weeks ago to look at why the dash warning lights and shifter indicator were always flashing.. call to talk to the manager to see if he had a chance to look at the car and he asked me what happened to the glass in the door. told him there is nothing wrong with door glass. Got off the phone and drove straight there.. Her car door had been hit in the parking lot while waiting to be worked on. door caved in and glass broken was all over the ground, on the top and on the windshield clearly was damaged there. manager said he would find a door and replace. week went by I called said still looking for a door. called today 06.28.2017 Manager no longer there and the owner Gary Campbell accused me of trying to screw him out of money and then had an employee call me to tell me if car wasn't removed from his parking lot he was gonna have it towed. So I went and got the car with the same problem I took it there to have repaired and now she still cant drive it because of the damaged that happened in there possession. had a police report filed and more pictures taken and will be taking this place to court after I get estimates.. they obviously don't respect other peoples property while in their possession they didn't even bother covering her car up with plastic I had to do that to.....Michael Smart
