Muncie Imports & Classics has always done a great job of communicating and giving advice. They make sure to take care of you wether it be recommending places to get parts, or them fixing it themselves. They are professional, and have very reasonable prices to the point it feels like you're getting ripped off when you go to other stores/ dealerships.

I brought my car in for lifter chatter and they said, "Could not replicate lifter noise". And suggested I drive it until noise gets worse. I asked them to check my suspension and steering components, they didn't. They charged me over a hundred dollars and didn't check the spark plugs, air filter, oil pressure, or do a compression check on the head. They didn't check any of the linkages, the suspension or the power steering pump. I paid them a hundred dollars to open the hood, drive my car around for five minutes and to have them go, "I don't know what you're talking about." Lifter chatter is still there. Power steering pump still whines when the steering wheel is cranked near max. Don't even get me started on the brake job they did for the dealer when I bought the car. I should have known better.

They were great to work with. My daughter took our BMW 328 in for a warning indicator. They were able to diagnose the problem quickly and they let me know what the problem was promptly. My daughter is at Ball State and I was unable to speak with them personally and so communication was important. Ultimately, I think their communication was excellent and their work is trustworthy. I really appreciate their help in resolving our problem. Thank you!!

My daughter's starter went out. She is a student at BSU and I live 3 hours away. We were able to arrange for the car to be towed to the shop Monday. They diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts. The work was completed by the end of the next day, at the exact cost of the estimate I was given. Everything was handled by phone and the shop was professional, efficient and they did exactly what we had discussed. A good experience. Thanks.

I've had my BMW 325xi for 12 years now and I've always taken it to Muncie Imports. I continue to go there due to their knowledgeable staff and reliable lead times. Unlike some places, they know what needs to be fixed immediately vs what can wait. With other repair/maintenance shops I would feel pressured to complete every little issue.

A huge shout-out and THANKS to Muncie Imports & Classics for fixing a stubborn AC problem in our 2014 Subaru Forester in about 15 minutes. In their parking lot. With a $17 part! This after 1 local mechanic couldn t find the problem (but at least tried), another wouldn t even LOOK at the problem ( because he didn t have specialty tools like metric sockets), and my favorite....Bob Rohrman Subaru of Fort Wayne wanted to charge me $2800 to completely replace the AC system (and charged me $135 for this misdiagnosis).Go see Muncie Imports and Classics! The expertise is worth the drive! Thanks again, guys!

Muncie Imports & Classics performed a variety of maintenance/mechanical work, as well as a front bumper repaint, on my Porsche 911. All of the work was excellent, and they stayed in touch as the work progressed. The front bumper looks like new, and having the maintenance/mechanical work done by such a competent and meticulous shop provides real peace of mind. The customer service contact is top notch! That MI&C does full Jaguar restorations--mechanical, body and interior--comes as no surprise. Highly recommended. Thanks!

This is an amazing operation car restoration and service center. They can do it all.From the cars I saw being worked on,the owners are expecting high end restorations.The cars looked great at various stages.

They do good work and the price was fair, and everyone I am sure knows the way there car drives and feels, well today I took my Audi to have a boost line fixed, and somewhere back they they must of had a hard time shift it so the where yanking on it and messed the shifter alinement up. When I called to ask about it they didn't have any idea about it so they said. Well when I drove it there my car had reverse and it just magical doesn't now? Come on! I can't believe they didn't even want to make it right, total acted like they didn't care. Will Never Return there.

I have a 15 year old BMW Z3. I have been taking it to Muncie Imports for over 10 years. They've done the maintenance like oil changes and brake jobs and they've done some repair work, such as replacing the vinyl rear window in the ragtop. When I have needed it, they have brought me home when I've dropped off the car and picked me up when the car was ready. They have always called to make sure I know what they plan to do (once they've checked something out for me). My wife and I have also owned some other BMWs that Muncie Imports has worked on. I have checked prices for some of the work at the dealership in Indianapolis and Muncie Imports is always less expensive. I recommend them to anyone in the area!

Muncie Imports and Classics has the best quality service in Muncie for your European or classic car. I have had my Volvo station wagon serviced on numerous occasions, and it is completed with no flaws time and time again. In addition, the staff at Muncie Imports is very professional and friendly. You will not be disappointed if you take your ride to Muncie Imports!

They restored my 1952 Jaguar FHC. We did everything to the car, down to every nut and bolt. The car was heavily modified to my specifications . The car then won Judges choice award at the 2017 International Jaguar Festival. Need I say more.Top quality, top workmanship, top people. Highest recomendation

Took my Mercedes E350 in for service as it was making a lot of noise and dying at stoplights. They quickly diagnosed the issue as alternator and replaced it after consulting with me on options. Great service team.

I HAD NO IDEA!Over the past two years we have purchased infinitis & hyundais with no thought that when repairs would be necessary we would have to drive to Indy!! I found myself wondering if Muncie Imports would handle our services, even though I thought of them as only for the high-$ classics. Well. . . they are definitely a hidden gem right here in Muncie!!! The attention to details and honest customer service we have received is AMAZING. Here's hoping Delaware County keeps this business alive.

I have a diesel mercedes and most folks won't touch it. They did a great job and I trust they know what they are doing. If not, they don't hesitate to consult with Mercedes directly. I appreciate someone who admits what they know, and what they don't.

Always take care of our vw beetle. When I was there this last time they mentioned how bad my tires were and even called all around muncie to find my rare tire size and even give me the rate they themselves would get for the tires.

Won't be back. They couldn't keep the story straight between the desk and the shop. The work was fine, but the attitude was horrible. Felt for the amount of money being spent a little customer service was in order.
