We bought our cart there last week and had a few questions. Greg got back to me within minutes. The buying experience was easy and the selection was large. Prices were better than other dealers and I liked them being local. I d definitely buy from them again!

I purchased a car from exactly one week ago on 12/9/23. Upon arrival to look at this particular vehicle I was told an employee had dropped a dime in the seat belt and that it was lodged in and the seat belt needed to be replaced and repaired. I was told my vehicle would be repaired and ready on Monday. When I called on that Monday they explained to me that my part had not came in and that it would definitely be replaced and repaired by Wednesday. I ve been very patient, I call on Wednesday and am told once again that the part has not arrived yet, the part will now be here on the 15th and I was promised an oil change and a full tank of gas for the inconvenience. Friday comes around and I call to make sure my vehicle is ready. I was told it was finally repaired and that I could pick it up after work. I arrive at Moto cars after I get off work to pick up my vehicle only to find out that the oil has not been changed and the tank is still sitting on E. I was very patient with the repair on my vehicle and felt very let down when their promises made to me were not satisfied. They ended up writing me a check to pay for an oil change, but unfortunately now I have to take time out of my own day to go sit and have it completed when this should have been done before I picked the vehicle up. I was promised a full tank of gas, Robert could not find the gas card because the other store employee had taken it home with him. After patiently waiting for another 25 minutes for his other employee to get there with the gas card, I followed him down to the gas station where he pumped a measly 20 dollars into my SUV gas tank. It didn t even put me on a half tank. I am happy to have my car, but feel very upset about the broken promises. I was asked to make a review, and this is my honest review. It is not moral or ethical for a business to make promises to customers and not keep up their end of the deal. After waiting almost half an hour with my child and paralyzed mother, the least that could have been done was to fill my gas tank up like I was promised. Maybe we could resolve this for a better review, but I am not happy at all with the broken promises that were made. (Picture taken at gas pump after $20 was put in and I was PROMISED a full tank)

Recently was looking at buying a hatchback from this dealership. Went to check it out, liked the car a lot. And we agreed on a price, I put 2k down and signed a bill of sale. It was going into the weekend, so the loan took a little bit longer to get sorted out. But I was planning on coming in that next week to give them the check. While I was updating the dealership with my loan process. Got my loan all done, and told them I was coming down to get it and they proceeded to tell me that the car was sold to someone else. To put it nicely, I was furious with this dealership!! I would not recommend buying a car from these people, they seem nice but they only want loans that benefit them. The only nice thing I can say is they paid my 2k back. It's getting really hard to trust small dealerships!

We bought our Ford flex from them just before Christmas. Robert did so much to help us and I am extremely thankful for him. He has been kind, fully informed us on everything, did everything he can to work with us, and made it as simple as possible. I would buy another from him in a heart beat.

Can someone help my husband he traded his 2006 pt and $1000 for a 2002 truck and we have no title. They keep giving us the go around then today said the man that sold him the truck got fired and they don't know were the title is. We just need answers on what to do. I wish I could put no stars. I'm not sure why people do this to others we have two children to take back and forth to school.

The customer service here is wonderful! I honestly couldn t believe how much care they took to attend to my questions, I feel like these days every time I pick up the phone with a question , I m met with someone who is trying to rush me off the phone & doesn t want to be bothered, but I had the exact opposite experience with my interactions with both Zac & Morgan! They were so friendly & helpful, & completely solved my problem! Thank you so much for everything!:)

Do not be fooled with their claim of being a Christian based company and their claim of always being honest. As a Christian myself, I was drawn into their fake claims. That is honestly what drew me to their website. PLEASE DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THEIR FAKE CLAIMS!! This is not a Christian based dealer, nor are they honest by any means!!! I was interested in a Volkswagen they had for sale, so I called ahead of time to ask about it, and Zach told me it was spotless inside and out. I explained to him I didn t want to travel over an hour to just find out it was junk. He assured me the car was spotless inside and out. I took a half day of vacation from work to get there just to find out within the first 5 minutes the car was total junk. The car was not anything near what they advertised. This dealership absolutely is NOT a Christian ran dealership, nor are they honest by any means! They are COMPLETELY SCAMMING PEOPLE BY CLAIMING THEY ARE CHRISTIAN AND CLAIMING THEY ARE HONEST!! As a Christian myself, I am always giving anyone the benefit of the doubt, but I HIGHLY recommend stearing clear of these scam artists!!!! If I could have given them negative stars, I definitely would have. This dealership is a last resort option only dealership. If you re looking for something reliable, I highly recommend skipping this highly shady dealership!!

They buy totaled vehicles, fix them up and sell them. They lied to us saying it was clean no accidents and the title just came back to us totaled. We would not have bought it knowing it had been totaled before. Now we are stuck with this vehicle.

Initially I was happy to do business with them. They were easy to workwith and did everything they said they would do. My car is great don t get me wrong. HOWEVER it took them over a month to send the payoff check to the dealership they paid off my car too and to get everything put in my name at the BMV. They fixed the one thing that they said and then said they would fix the air conditioning. The owner Mr. Keen SHOOK my hand and said that he would make everything right. But he didn t. They sold me a warranty for Zack claimed was BUMPER to BUMPER for the life of our car loan. They are not honest and if you google the owners name , Scott Keen you will see papers from the Indiana Attorney General s offices where they have him selling cars without the proper licenses. They also have negotiable reviews all over.

Check engine came on 15 minutes after purchasing. Took video and got time stamp. Now it s sitting in the driveway. 12 codes, all timing related. I made a terrible mistake, and it s already costing me thousands.I ll never purchase a used vehicle from a used lot ever again. Lesson learned. Steer clear

Really good people. Will try everything to get you approved. Got a 2002 f250 for a really good deal. If they can't get you approved and you have to go to your bank. They will give you the time and won't sell it from underneath you. I definitely recommend them if you are looking for a vehicle.

I have to amend my 5 review from September. When doing the closing paperwork, I was never asked what level of warranty I wanted, it was just charged to me and it was just an "Essentials" level warranty. Well I thought that was better than nothing.I drove my beautiful Dodge Journey for 3 days and then it started dying on me or wouldn't start and had to get a jump. It kept getting worse over the next days, it wouldn't hold a charge or charge up while driving. I had it tested and the battery was bad. It was so low, the auto parts store couldn't test the alternator. I called the warranty company for a tow and they said to just get a licensed shop, have them call to say what it needed, and get approval.So Tim from Don Miller Tire calls me and says that the vehicle needed a battery, an alternator, serpentine belt, and pulleys. The warranty company, however, was only going to cover thealternator. Not the battery, not the belt, not the pulleys. I call MotoCars and they tell me I bought the car as is. That isn't true and if it is, it wasn't disclosed to me.Now.... my car has sat DEAD for 21 days waiting to see if the OWNER Greg is going to stand by his car and his word on thewebsite.The website states that Greg started the company as a Christian business based on honesty and transparency. It says that all cars have a warranty and that they have techs that will work on your car for as long as you own it. It directs that they will fix your car at 50% off labor and no markup on parts. At no time have the people at MotoCarsUSA said anything about this. Now it's taken another week to contact the owner and supposedly he has said he's fixing nothing on my car. I'm supposed to cover $600 for having the car 4 days. I feel like I'm about to invoke the lemon law. This is ridiculous. I need my car fixed! Watch out for these guys! Zac's great but John lies and blames Zac when he's not there.
