had a nail in my tire, took it to Belle Tire at first and while their service was free, they tried to tell me they couldn t fix it because of nonsensical this and that. tried to charge a pretty penny for a new tire.they recommended Martin Tire, and without hesitation, they got it patched and filled in about less than 10 minutes. great service and staff!

I needed a couple of tires and my other ones rotated. Service was fast, prices were great and the guy helping me was super nice. I had called the day before to get info and had great customer service. Definitely will be coming back for future needs!

We are Muncie Paving we had done some work at both locations. Also had some tires put on an International tandem dump truck and a F250 also a International Quad axle. Service was great and quick. Thanks Martin Tire.

They are friendly and helpful. The tires are durable and I've had them for going on 3 yrs.Recently, I used them to have brake lines replaced. I was charged 90$ an hour @3 hours. 75$ for part. Three weeks later, my brake light comes on. I immediately took it back. They immediately put my car in stall after a quick inspection of my brake fluid was below min. Fifteen minutes later, the mechanic hands me keys and says I had a brake leak that is fixed.Three weeks later again, my brake light comes on. Low fluid. It is my assumption they just put brake fluid in, instead of seeing what was wrong with their 396$ brake line replacement.They are super nice, they know about tires! But would recommend another mechanic.

We go here anytime we need tire work done. Always treated right and not overly expensive. Bill the service manager is awesome and always makes sure things are done right. Martin the owner is a very nice guy and treats his customers right.We will not go anywhere else to have tire work done.

They did such amazing job ! I got my sisters brakes done and they did it that day . And didn t take long at all . Pretty good price too!! Thank you guys for being so nice and everything !

I have been there atleast 3 times the past year and they have been pretty awesome...prices seem lower then other places too. They let me know also when they saw a concern even when they didnt have to. Great guys over there in my experiences.

I would highly recommend this shop if you do not know what exactly is wrong with your vehicle! They do not charge to put the vehicle on a lift to look at what's wrong and give you an estimate, which most shops charge alot by the hour!This guy actually found out that other shops we're lying to me and even told me to go to the dealership for a rear wheel alignment! I had three alignments done before in one year's time and we agreed something else was wrong but other shops were just taking my money. After another shop did my last alignment my car started pulling to the opposite side! This guy had an idea to switch the two front tires and said that it may just be a bad tire. He did not charge me for this and it appears now to be a bad tire and I will go back to them now! He also discovered that my strut assemblies were bad as no other shop told me this after having a terrible bouncy car for a while now!!

It was great service, a bit of a waiting time but I have an old car and it needs old parts so it makes sense. Friendly people. Relaxing for the most part except being by a major road.

I went there because of the reviews on google. The place is great! Best Deal on prices and Greg is supper funny He had me cracking up! Definitely a real Gem of a garage if you need any car work. They seem to do it all!

Be very very careful what you take your vehicle there for, they put my rotors on the backwards despite the fact they were clearly marked driver and passenger side. Now it s less than a year later I have to put new pads on because they re all the way down to the metal. I m not going there anymore, don t trust them!

Don't do business with Martins. They lied to me. When confronted about lying the service manager turned his back and walked away muttering nonsense.Obviously, they have so much business they can afford to insult new customersDon't trust them. You'll get what i mean.

I brought my own tires, they installed and aligned all for $60!! On top of that they got it done within a half hour. Great service, you really don't feel like they're trying to rob you

They tried to help with my tire issue did the best they could got me a better spare and replaced my studs anyways still need a 96 lincoln rim though but it was cheap and at least progress was made for me

Martin always takes care of my cars & he totally could have got me for four tires today but he & his guys are honest (and super fast btw) and they just resealed mine & balanced them out for the LOW Stay on the highway nonstop so I truly appreciate them taking care of my babe (cr-v)

Definitely will use them for future tire purchases.. Honest and reasonable work in a timely manner. Much better service then other places you can buy tires at in Muncie

Had never been here before stopping in to have a lawn mower tire fixed Tire was leaking around the rim They fixed it right away and fixed it right I thought the fee of $10 was reasonable Staff was friendly I will go back next time I need a tire repaired
