My boyfriend called them at 5:20 PM because he locked his keys in the car. When he called he specifically asked if they could be there in less than 40 minutes because that's how long it would take me to get to him with the spare key. They said yes. It took them until 6:35 PM to show up to unlock the car. When I called and spoke to a supervisor they did offer a discount and said it would only be 15 minutes ETA from when I spoke to them. By the time they got there it was more than 22 minutes which is more than even the ETA the supervisor gave me. An hour and fifteen minutes when I could have brought a key had they just been honest and not all about the money.

Bad keys with shards... & regretted giving my email and dealing with yet one more online account...BUT. You refunded my money and removed my info promptly.Great service and fine concept for the next generation that doesn't know the difference.Thank you.Service: Building key copying

I used the kiosk, it was fine but I was charged more than I shouldve been... no biggie but it took quite a while to receive the keys... but i got them.Service: Building key copyingService: Building key copying

Called for service 7:39PM and was directed to an automated system. Local tech never answered so I was transferred to a call center. Took my information and advised that tech would call shortly when enroute. It is now 9:15PM and I still haven't received a phone call. Called for another tenant.

Great for housekeys or cheap keys, but more expensive for car keys. I wouldnt suggest getting car keys thru them, go to a highway 3 hardware or a local locksmith for that, maybe even your dealership, but that will def be the most expensive route.

The key we got didn't work. I will adjust this after we talk to customer service. Waiting 48 hours for response.
