Jiffy Lube employees were very informed about all of their product offerings and services. I wanted a Premium oil change with Pennzoil Premium full synthetic oil for my brand new 2024 Hyundai Kona with a turbocharged engine. Jiffy Lube had everything needed to service my SUV, and the employees were very friendly and engaging with me all throughout the service appointment. I will be back for my oil changes and to replace my windshield wiper blades with Rain-X blades as needed. Overall excellent experience, and I could stay right in my SUV throughout the whole service appointment.

The crew at jiffy lube Muncie go above and beyond what you would expect at a high-volume Store. Adam the tech did a brake job for me around December 2023. I noticed afterwards that the brakes were not exactly sounding good and the rear drums were also having issues. He originally went ahead and fixed a spring assembly when he noticed it on the first repair and was completely honest with me. I have mechanical knowledge so it was nice for a change to not be manipulated or lied to. Other places I went to lied to me about it which is why I went to jiffy lube. Fast forward to March 2024 and I came back in to let him know. Adam cleared his schedule and made sure to get me in as soon as possible to fix the brakes. The original parts purchased were defective so he was able to replace them under warranty. He called the parts store to get the parts delivered so I didn t have to go out in the rain. During that job he discovered a control arm issue and took care of that as well when I originally offered to come back at another time. He said he would work on his day off to take care of me if he had to.He worked quickly and efficiently and got me to my dinner date with my wife by 6pm.It s a rare thing to find a business that is grounded in reality and genuinely cares about their customers and return customers.I m just going to open my wallet and throw money at this place.

The guys were helpful, but there was one older man with glasses that was very stern and had a very mean attitude when I pulled in because I wasn t sure where to go. He yelled WHAT ARE YOU DOING?! didn t make me feel the most welcomed at this business. I think he was maybe the manager. This was my first time getting my oil changed on my own as a young adult so the experience wasn t the most pleasant, I think he expected me to just know what I was doing. Wish he wouldn t have treated me like that but the guy who checked me in was nice and helpful.

Always top rate service. Never had an issue in the past 10 years of going for regular oil changes. Recently had brake pads done and they were quick and efficient. Guys in the shop are always polite and respectful. Will keep going back!

I went in for a normal oil change, noticed my engine light on. I asked if they could look at it and they did. I was advised of the issue and it was fixed. I absolutely love going here they take good care of my car every time. Jiffy Lube not only helped with our car's alignment but also completed work at a much reasonable price than their competitors and also told us what we really needed versus what they could up charge for. The staff were friendly and helpful and QUICK! I would definitely recommend them to others needing work done. The whole team did a great job. I had an alignment tie rods replaced as well as an oil change and transmission oil change.

Great place! Was visiting from out of state and needed an oil change. Decided to go to Jiffy Lube and was amazed with the service! Very fast and affordable. The guys were great!

So kind and helpful! I have always gone to Dealerships for all my oil changes and other vehicle needs, but the jiffy lube crew is one of the most respectful and helpful group of people I have ever dealt with in any service! Even employees not working on my vehicle said hello! That kind of service is difficult to find ANYWHERE!

The guys at Jiffy Live take care of you and your car. It is clear that they are interested in your safety but also your wallet. They aren t trying to upset you constantly for work you don t need, but they do let you know when you have an option for a higher quality option. They are a great place to get that oil change done that you didn t think you had time for.

Jiffy Lube did an awesome job with my vehicle. They accommodated my schedule, worked with me to adjust my appointment time, and even allowed me to still come in when a train delayed my arrival. The pricing was wonderful, the service was fast, and they were very sweet! Wonderful group of gentlemen!

ATTN: Looked through other reviews, and it seems stripping/ruining oil pan filters is pretty common at this place. There are PLENTY of other locations in town to have this done. Do not even bother with this place. Happened to me too. They screwed up my oil filter housing. Not only that, they were rude; huffy and curt. Should have known something was wrong then. Went in for an oil change, came back with excessive leaking. Didn t want to risk going back and having something worse done to my car. I went to a different mechanic; told me they stripped it. Never going back to Jiffy Lube. A simple oil change turns into an expensive repair.

Exceptional customer service! During my recent visit for an oil change in Muncie, the staff went above and beyond by identifying the need for tire replacement due to worn treads. The seamless execution of both services showcased their expertise and commitment. This was especially crucial for me as I had to embark on a long drive. Definitely a 5 star!

The guys at Jiffy Lube are so kind and quick! I went the other day for an oil change, and they greeted me with smiles and jokes. After my oil change, they even came to me with some concerns about my car. They helped me understand their thought process, and told me specifics of what I should ask for in a tire appointment I had scheduled at a separate establishment. Truly, they were just trying to help a customer (who sadly knows nothing about vehicles) instead of going after profit. 10/10 team, and I highly recommend!!!

The employees are always very helpful and extremely kind. I don t feel like they try to over sell or guilt me into anything. They are honest about the work that needs done and always making sure I have coupons sent my way. I ve never had a bad experience there and tell anyone I can to go there. I appreciate how efficient and hard-working they are. Truly a great crew and I m happy to give them my business.

They service team did a fantastic job. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes. They were even knowledgeable enough to let me know what scenarios to expect with my broken windshield wipers. I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube.

I went for an oil change, they offered the typical premium options which i took personally because i want to care for my vehicle as much as possible. However it felt offered not heavily pushed, they are very friendly in if you want to stay in the car or go inside. Specifically the man who worked on my car and spoke with me and put the little tire caps back on because most of mine were gone! He didn t need to or was obligated but i was very appreciative of that. I will always return here for general maint of my vehicle because of the welcoming atmosphere.

The employees at my local Jiffy Lube have been there a long time. There is a reason employees stay with the company, and that reflects well on Jiffy Lube. I would definitely recommend them to my friends.

I was highly disappointed by the service I received on 3/23/24. It was painfully obvious that the gentleman that guided me into the bay and did all of the up top work on my vehicle was not in a very good mood and seemed to not want to be there. The attitude he showed me as well as other customers was very unprofessional. There were other customers that had already been serviced or wanted service and almost everyone in the shop talked trash about all of them. While the other gentleman that did the walk around to wash windows and check tires, never aired my tires but was able to do everyone else's car. I was just highly disappointed as every other jiffy lube I have gone to has gone out of their way to provide myself and other patrons great customer service. Unless I hear things change I will not go back to or recommend this jiffy lube ever again.

The crew at Jiffy Lube were awesome! They worked me into an allready tight schedule, but were ready for the scheduled appointment following me. They treated me, and the lady following me with respect. They did a great job on our vehicles, and vacumed my car as a much appreciated extra service. Always quality service, performed by friendly folks, with a quickness second to none. I've been going here for oip changes and coolant flushes for many years and have only had top notch experiences. Definitely recommend if you don't have the time to do it yourself.

The staff has always been knowledgeable and quick with their service. Have been taking three different cars to this location over the past decade and have yet to have any problems. Something else I value is that they are honest and have actual integrity. When something is wrong with my car, they have always told me what they have noticed, and if they aren't sure about something, they will just give me it straight and say "I don't know. If I had to guess..." rather than pretend they are experts. I trust them over any other place I have serviced my cars in Muncie.

I ve had both my vehicles here several times this year. Really friendly and knowledgeable staff. They re fast and always happy to answer questions and help. They seem genuinely sincere, which is hard to find these days.

Levi was super helpful. Went in thinking I needed an oil change but he saved me time and money by letting me know my car measures the oil life as though it were using regular oil as opposed to synthetic. He even topped off fluid levels and tire pressure at no charge as a part of the oil change I got earlier this year.

i took my car for an oil change and the entire time the staff was acting hostile as if changing oil isn t literally their job. they also made remarks such as remind me to never get *the type of car i own* these things suck as i was literally in the car listening to them. also they refused to reset my oil light, said they didn t know how. but with a quick google search i figured it out myself in under two minutes. when spending over $100 for a service i just expected more and to not be talked to like im a nuisance. wouldn t recommend going to jiffy lube to anyone. overpriced and egotistical employees

I always get my oil changes at this location. Its convenient, the staff is friendly, and they are fast. I am in and out in about 20 minutes. Highly recommended.

I asked them to replace a front turn signal bulb, and when they took the bulb out, they found that the plastic light housing had been leaking water inside it. They recommended that I get a new plastic housing before putting in a new bulb, and they didn't charge anything for taking it apart and putting it back together.

Everyone was really nice and helpful. My car needed a couple other things done to it besides an oil change. They asked me if I wanted them to go ahead and take care of them and gave me a price instead of just going ahead and doing it. Affordable for how fast they get your vehicle in and out.
