Drove from New Castle to Muncie, my car happened to break down across the street from this shop. Owner Troy noticed me sitting outside for a while and came out to make sure my sister and I were safe and okay. He was extremely kind and accommodating, even if my intentions that day were not to have my car's now-needed work done with him. Not only did he and his head tech find the issue very quickly, his prices and rates seem very reasonable too. Troy's positive attitude and words helped me beyond the troubles my car caused me. Thank you, Troy!!

Absolutely HORRIBLE, the way they treat customers is laughable. Went to inquire about installing a muffler all for them to give me sour looks, treat me like i was the lowest of the low and starts cussing at me. I can understand if i was being rude but i haven't even met them before. All i did was i drive up and was IMMEDIATELY yelled at for parking in the way. A simple hey dont be there would have sufficed but nope, just being unprofessional and rude is the normal for them. Very disappointed in their customer service and saddened to see this level of disrespect in Muncie.

Met Troy today. He seems like a nice and honest guy, with a kind soul. My younger sister and I broke down across the street. He drive across the street to make sure we were alright.He took her car in to inspect it.

I met Troy by breaking down in his parking lot. It was before he opened and he was still kind enough to help me on short notice even with not planning on being there because of personal events. It ended up being a much simpler (and cheaper) fix than I originally anticipated. The sweet shop cat was honestly the cherry on top. I definitely plan on returning and referring for all future needs!

Troy is great. He and his guys work hard to make sure your car is fixed right and on time. I think I found my new mechanic and as a mail carrier that is so important! He is one of the most straightforward honest mechanics that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with.

I went to the guy who owned Muffler King to do my timing chain and he never showed me any of the parts that were taken off my car for my timing chainHe also never did the work according to my reputable shop in Marion Indiana in and out.I knew there was something strange when he offered such a low quote for the repair work.now the gentleman doesn't want to give me my money back for the work that was never done to begin with he stiffed me for $880

Troy got me hooked up, replaced my whole exhaust in quick amount of time. Gave me an excellent sounding vehicle at a good price. Thanks a lot man I'll bring my you my other mud toys

Stopped by today with my 1999 Yukon to get an estimate. He asked if I could leave it and I said not today but I could tomorrow. He interrupted and said well I have 7 cars in front of you and you have to have an appointment. I said I m well I work tomorrow but you can keep it all day, it just needs a gasket by the converter. The guy then Loses it, and says you not no mechanic and I m not taking your word for it. No I don t want your work. Just forget it. In shock I don t waste no time to leave. He is still shouting stuff as I walk out. I then Went to Tom Cherry Muffler where they looked at it and my non mechanic skills was right and they inspected it, like I wanted and gave me estimate and I had it fixed.

Troy fixed my power steering pump my lines pully belt my rack and pinion as well as the tie rod ends and changed my oil! Super great dude! Very caring and was willing to help me out when I was in a tight spot!!

Took it to get issue diagnosed with my vehicle and without permission went ahead and fixed the problem and refuses to give back my vehicle till $300 is paid because he worked on it without permission and is trying to say he had permission from another party in my household and he didn't.

Troy who owns the place is a con artist he has ripped me off by me paying for work and items up front and never got done then he stolen a 2000 chevy truck from me everyone who has had work done should have the work checked he probably didnt do what he said he did
