Terrible service I had a coupon for an inspection and presented to them. When I went to go get my diagnosis of the vehicle wanted to charge me over 3 grand and didn t want to give me the paperwork of issues. I own a Ford truck and have had terrible service with them the past month. They are disrespectful, and I will go out of town for a different ford dealership, then the one in Muncie, Indiana. Don t go to them they are liars and crooks

We have bought 2 cars here with Chet. Great environment and they will find a way to get you into a nice car and get it in your price point. They also offer warranties and maintenance at no extra cost.

Parts Department were extremely helpful and personnel knowledgeable. Parts were purchased at a reasonable price and fit perfectly.
