I have used Discount Tire in Muncie for years now. Several vehicles, many different types, a crashed car and many tires later they still have my trust. Each time I go with a simply tire patch they don't charge me a thing, they also don't charge for checking my tire pressure. They are fair on pricing but the ultimately test for my loyalty is how they actually care about what I am doing. I have a spending problem, they help me with that LOL. They have spent hours with me picking the right rim for the new car, they have matched tires, fixed tires, fit me in last minute and super fast. While I can't say the same for ALL discount tires, this one is actually on point. At one point they worked with me over the course of weeks to diagnose the smallest wheel wobble after I installed some new rims on my trick. They mounted and remounted the tires until we eventually discovered the most minuscule bend in one of the rims, they replaced it at no cost and I was on my way. I may be a little overly attached to my tire folks, but they have earned it.

Absolutely Exceptional Service!! Came in needing 3 new tires, not only did they quote me cheaper then Belle tire right down the road but they also were able to replace my windshield wiper for me and still stayed under budget! I was also in a time crunch and didn t want to spend anymore time then an hour at the shop. They way exceeded my expectations, my tires and windshield wipers were replaced within 30 minutes and I was back on the road. Thank you Discount Tire

Beware! Do not go to Discount Tire in Muncie. Made an appointment to get my tires balanced and rotated. They took my keys and watched them do a weird inspection on my car. The played with my windshield wipers. Walked around looked at the body of my car. Took hand held monitor over my tired and then walked around open and shutting all my doors. The tech come on and says they can't to a rotate and balance on my tires they are unsafe. The tires are 2 years old and not unsafe. The then tells me that I need a new set of tires. I let him know I was not falling for his up sale. I also asked him why he did the weird inspection on my car. He said this was their standard inspection. How is open ans shutting door standard? Need less to say I left and will not be returning. Please be aware of these scams.

They wouldn't put air in my tires. What's the point of buying tires there. They didn't even offer to make appoint or tell me it would be a little bit. Just said they didn't have enough people and that was it. Brought it to Cooper tire and they worked me right in. The prices are more at discount but previously I've had good service. Now prices are higher and service is worst. I am done going there now. We have 6 vehicles that will not be getting tires there.

Very impressed with this place. Not only is there a drive up lane for them to check your tires periodically but they plugged my tire free of charge. Very helpful staff!

Great service team. Needed tire repair and rotation. The company O purchased the tires from refused the service. Discount tire was happy to help and had me ready quickly. I will now be purchasing tires for all my vehicles from here when needed.

I ve been a discount tire customer for almost 20yrs and this weekend was by far the best customer experience. I had two right side flat tires due to our wonderful Muncie roads. At 8 pm I had to have my car towed to their shop. I didn t expect anyone to be there but the manager Kenny was there putting away Christmas decorations. He came out of the store and I was fully expecting him to say I couldn t leave my car in the lot over night. Instead he opened the bay and kept my car secure in the garage not knowing if I had previous been a customer or not. I had a new set of tires and wheels the next day. (My wheels were bent)

I got new tires and wheels for my Jeep. Trystan was very good and patient helping me picking out exactly what I wanted. Got me all fixed up. All employees we dealt with were very friendly. The wheels were also about $50 less each than similar ones I had looked at online at different places.

My tire was slowly leaking air and with me driving it for school I needed it fixed. I was recommended discount tire and I m so glad I went! The staff were so nice to me and made sure I understood everything before moving on. Shout out to the guy who helped me the most! I believe his name is Justin, he came into the store with my tire rim to show me what was wrong and how they were going to fix it. I m so used to just being told what s wrong but the fact that he took the time to show me proves that he respects his customers. With being a student I was worried that this would be a pricy fix but since it was a simple fix he put me down as a flat repair so I owed nothing and when asked if he was sure I didn t owe anything he smiled and said that he was sure and safety is their top priority. I will definitely be coming back because of the respect they gave me!!

The Muncie Discount Tire is so helpful and professional. I had great service from everyone I dealt with in there and they quickly got my tire fixed without having to replace it. Highly recommend!

This shop is my go-to place and I wouldn t go anywhere else. Everyone is knowledgeable and friendly, and Dustin and Tyler specifically make sure I m aware of everything and understand the work being done. They truly go above and beyond every time I come in.

I have purchased numerous wheels and tires for my vehicles here, each time a good price and great service. This time was an uncommon size they got me in a couple of days and got it installed before a trip I needed to make.

My experience was horrible they said I could stay in my car for the service it took them forever 2 check me in I was only there for tire rotation I had to call them several xxx from my car they said I was next only 2 find out I wasn't it was not until 1hour later they could do the rotation what was the point of having an appointment poor customer service!!!

Had a great experience after my daughter hit one of the numerous pot holes in Muncie and busted a tire. In and out with a new tire without an appointment within an hour. Plus it was the last hour before closing. Great job.

This place is FABULOUS. In a time where excellent customer service seems to dying, Kenny and Dustin and their staff took care of me. Offered solutions to problems and were super friendly and helpful! BONUS: their prices are fabulous too! Tires one day and wiper blades the next

Went in for a single tire, told them I didn t need the wheel installed back on the vehicle. When I returned after being notified the service was done the tech offered to put the wheel on and put the spare back in my trunk, which he did. It was an all around great experience and I ll definitely be going back.

This location has received a lot of business from me throughout the years. I now live outside of Muncie, but I really appreciated the fact that DT gives you the local prices online, where my local guys did not, so I went here anyway. I made an appointment at 5, which they say reduces wait time by 30%. Well They didnt even get started on my vehicle until 6:10. It was complete within 20 minutes and I had to ask about it for them to say "yep, its been ready". I have no idea how much longer I would have waited had I not asked. I get wait times can be long, but they shouldnt be that long for a scheduled appointment. Wont be returning again.

They sold me tires that had been on another vehicle and returned. Further, one of the employees lifted my vehicle in the wrong place, which, if not caught, would have permanently damaged it. Had one of the tires replaced to try to fix the heavy vibration. Change was done by the same employee that didn't know what he was doing before, and the vibration became worse. Took the vehicle to 2 different tire stores to verify that the tires were out of balance. Of course, I had to pay to verify. Don't go here!

My husband and I waited at their counter...and we waited and we waited ... for someone to wait on us. Three times a worker came to the counter...would not even look at us, never asked if they could help us...nothing. They deliberately ignored us...it was so absolutely rude. We will not be back.

Had 4 new tires put on the Stang. Had them all done in 45 minutes. I went with bigger tires so I had a bit more lift. Looks great
