Dadsons is the only shop I take my vehicles. They take care of all your automotive service needs and they do it at a very fair price. They also do a very good job keeping you updated along the repair process. No surprises just straightforward good people.

If I could give more stars I would. I am extremely pleased with the work Dadsons did to my car. They updated me on when it would be done and were right on time, they were very informative, friendly, and I got my car back with not only the damage repaired but it was also cleaned and detailed. They went above and beyond. Very pleased

I am new to the area and i had a great experience from drop off to pick up. I was kept in constant contact with Marc, sent pictures and detailed descriptions of what needed immediate attention and what will need attention in the near future. Scheduling appointments online is a big bonus for me and the work was completed in a very timely manner. Communication was top notch.

They repaired our older Pilot after an accident. Hank walked me through repairs they made, and the care needed for the first few weeks. The vehicle was not only repaired but detailed. It was immaculate! These guys are the best!

Dadsons was an amazing experience! My car was finished two days earlier than expected, and I picked it up in better condition than I dropped it off in. The exterior had been completely washed and cleaned, and the interior has been swept out and cleaned as well. The exterior damage to the right side of my car was completely repaired to the point you can't even tell anything ever even happened! I'm so satisfied if I need any other body work , Dadsons will be my first choiceService: Body & Trim

I'm always wary of going to a new Repair Shop. Insurance had me go here for the repair of my wife's vehicle after a small wreck. They asked up front if there was anything extra I wanted done (oil change, car wash, inspection, etc) for myself to pay for after the repair was completed. I opted for a few of the extras as the car isn't driven much and needed some TLC. They not only informed me of issues they found, but they took pictures of everything explaining why it was an issue so I could make a better informed decision. I would recommend them to anyone who's hesitant on going anywhere to have general maintenance or repairs done!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim

Had to have the 2 catalytic converters replaced. This after we had 1 replaced a year and a half ago. Dadsons was great took our car to them on Monday and got it back on Wednesday afternoon. Mark was very helpful and knowledgeable, he was a pleasure to work with. My car isn t even done yet, but this is the most top tier service I ve ever encountered. They offer a shuttle service, text updates, and send you thorough diagnostic notes with photos. Hank was the best! He didn't care how many times you would call to ask him a question, or I had some trouble with the insurance company not okaying my three extra days I needed for my rental car (Insurance company just did not have the release papers sign) so it showed I owed almost $200.00 and it was the other driver's faught, so I called Hank told him my problem, because the rental place could not do anything, Hank called the adjuster and he got the problem solved just like that!! Hank's the best!! I will suggest Dadsons to anybody and everybody!!!Service: Body & Trim

Went here because it is a progressive certified body shop, don't regret it for a second! They did a tremendous job, my car looks better than it did before the accident. They even vacuumed it out for me! Great customer service and speedy responses.

Brought my vehicle in for an oil change and with the checks that they did on it they found an issue with my front driver side tie rod. We were referred to Dadsons through Progressive when my husband hit a deer. They did such an amazing job, they were helpful, nice and got it done fast in spite of it being the holidays. I brought my car into Dadsons because of an exhaust worry I had. Dadsons gave me a ride back to my apartment and picked me back up when my car was done! they were so fast too. There were some rusted bolts that were causing my car to be loud and Dadsons had it fixed within 2 hours. They called me and informed me of everything that was happening along the way also. It was a great experience. probably one of the best experiences i ve had at a automotive business. 10/10 would go there again.

Dadsons is a very reliable place to take your car. They provide wonderful service and let me know when I need to get those safety repairs completed. Dadsons isn't like a dealership that will suggest unnecessary work. Best place in Muncie to go!
