My mom got her car from here and she loves it. I wanted to look at the Honda Pilot they have but can t get ahold of them the number on the building and online says out of service.

Tldr they ghosted us after selling us a car changing gyms because they had a guilty conscience had a few months left on the contract even.2 years ago my grandma showed me these guys they went to the gym together. This guy sold me a Prius and within a week it stopped running we tried reaching out to them they stopped going to the gym and refused to take our calls we put some gas in it removed the battery tried jumping it and it worked. Then a month after it got down to a quarter tank again and same thing happened and we took to Toyota. it's something that is common in 2nd gen Prius for the gas tank to be inaccurate. Fair enough they probably didn't let it get that low on gas but how they handled it. Along with that they know nothing about balancing ev batteries. If y'all read this feel free to reach out to meEdit due to childish response from them. Nobody asked for a refund or anything on the car just a response past running away. We asked if they knew anything about the issue so we could try to get it repaired. The car wasn't drove by my grandma but by me. they blocked our number I originally had put at the end of the review a way for them to make this one star and for me to help them learn as I've been working with hybrids since that one gave up. Overall childish company wouldn't recommend
