Our morning started out rough and the crew at Bowdens was fantastic! They got our truck in when no one else could. Our truck had to be towed there and they called with a diagnostic, a fair price and a quick turn around!! Not to mention that when they called to say it was finished I did not have a way to pick it up, so they brought it to our house for us!! Exceptional customer service. When phone calls were made, I was talked to with kindness and respect! We will recommend them to everyone we know!! Thank you guys!! You saved our day!!Service: Auto water leak repair

I had my vehicle at a shop right down the road. It was a common job replacing the fuel pump with new fuel lines. The vehicle just sat for 2 weeks. I looked for another shop as close as possible so I wouldn't have to pay for another tow truck. This way I just towed it myself with a friend's help. Bowdens got my vehicle in and started on it the following morning. They called me more times in one day than the competitor did in 2 weeks. Bowdens has shown me respect, courtesy, and their prices are the fairest in town. It's very rare to find an auto repair shop that you can honestly trust. Can't believe I didn't go to them sooner.... Thank you for the awesome service. Recommend to anyone!

I was very scheptical as to where I could find an honest and reliable mechanic that would not overcharge me. It was by word of mouth and my own researching that I felt comfortable taking my car there and I'm truly pleased with their service. I wasn't overcharged and they went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle was safe to drive. They got it in the next day and I drove it home the very day. They are a family business with old-school values. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants a fair and honest mechanic with reasonable rates. I wish I could give this shop 10 Stars! Really great people who do quality work at affordable prices. I've only lived in Muncie for a couple of years but this is one of the best mechanical shops I've used. I tend to drive older vehicles so it's nice to have Bowdens when I need them. If you were to dig hard to find a complaint it would be that they're busy sometimes. But that is the sign of a quality mechanical shop. Wonderful experience and reputable service. The team was quick in making warrant ser ice check and ordered necessary parts immediately. Quick turnaround on vehicle being finished. About the only place around that still repairs old brass radiators and antique cars tractors heavy equipment still use them. Definitely recommend this place!

These guys are very considerate and respectable and do a great job. We had no heat so we were referred to Bowden's to get a system flushed out. Our heat works GREAT now. They're prices are very reasonable and they get the work done quickly. These guys are great and went above and beyond!! I got a flat tire right in front of their store. The great gentlemen changed my tire and were so kind! They didn't have to help me but they stopped what they were doing to help. I don't live around there but if I did they would get all my business! Thanks for keeping great customer service alive and well!!

I would not take your vehicle to these people . Change parts without permissiand still didn't get the job done. They said they still had a lot more work to do. Pretty much all they did is rip me off. Don't know if they really know what they're doing?

My first time going here and the man I spoke was very polite he pulled my car in and had it looked at he didn t ask for any money too a look at it they checked too see if it was a leak and told me to come back if anything changed just him pulling my car in to look at it and check it at No charge made my heart warm every other place will charge you just to look at your car this will definitely be my go to shop for service

We had a problem with our a/c, radiator that a competitor quoted the total cost as being over $2000.00. We took our car instead to Bowdens and they did twice the work for half the price. No kidding. They stand behind their work and did it correctly. Thanks guys! That means a lot when you're on a budgetIt means a lot anyways!

I have taken my van there many times and they always do a great job. My whole family takes are cars there and even my grandparents took their cars there. It's the only shop my family uses .

I am a small business owner that used to work at bowdens. Since working there I have moved in to open my own shop. I couldn't thank terry and his staff enough for the opportunity he gave to me working for him. The staff At bowdens is highly knowledgeable and very reasonable priced. Owning my own repair shop now I still use bowdens for all of my radiator repair needs. Come see these guys they won't let you down

Guy upfront was nice but workers completely blew my 300 dollar 8 aM. Appointment and they were suggested to me also drove all the way from daleville ,,, went to COOPERS on tillotson save $50 was done that day
