Great place to get your vehicle fixed! The mechanic fixed my Dodge Dart right up and I was ready to go. I don't know his name but he was the only tall one there. Their service manager, Clint, was phenomenal. The two service advisors, I don't know their names either, were...OK. But the issue I had with them was discussed by the owner and it was handled properly. Well done!

This was a great experience. I needed a better car but I was so not wanting start making payments again on a different car.They were able to give me a more than good deal on my trade in and lower the price on the new enough to get my payments where I needed them.They new I was driving near 3 hrs to come look at this car and they worked with me to make sure it didn't sale before I got there.No high pressure games.Jordan Volz was kind and patient through the whole process.I would drive 3 hours again to do business with them.

Cannot recommend Gaddis enough. Fantastic customer help and the service department was very helpful. Christian, Evan and Clint were phenomenal and helped me through the whole process of repairs without trying to exploit me. I will definitely be coming back

Clint, Evan, and Christian do an amazing job every time I come in for service. Very kind and fast service team, they always figure out whatever issues I seem to have on my Jeep and get me out of there with a smile and without breaking the bank! Go to Gaddis!

Edit 10/17/22: went to Kahlo in Noblesville for my maintenance this time. They found the drain plug for my oil to be shredded and barely holding at this point. The advisor here said it was most likely damaged by someone at Gaddis during my last oil change.Went in for a routine oil change on 6/21. Found oil underneath my car a couple days later. Called and asked to speak to the service advisor listed on my paperwork (Michael) he told me to bring the car in today. Went in today and explained that my boyfriend found oil pooling under the engine cover, even tried to show him photos. He brushed me off and had the maintenance tech check my oil level. Came back about 20 minutes later and said my oil is full and the plug has no issues so he s not sure what the problem is. Again I try to show him the photos of the pooled oil and he didn t seem to care. Got home and had my boyfriend check again, still oil pooled under my engine cover. All I wanted was the oil cleaned up so I don t end up with a part failure later on but apparently that can t be done.

I had called to speak with someone about a 2023 wrangler and the finance manager was rude and commented on my vocabulary and was saying truly unethical things to me. They weren t able to reprint the purchasing agreement for me without a massive hassle and Caleb Hyatt that had messaged me on the 24th. was no longer with the company. It sounded as if they were running a scam.

Gaddis is one of Muncie is longest-standing dealerships. It has a great selection, good service department and a great body shop. It's salesman have a good relationship with the community and its managers make sure that every deal feels like a deal with your best friend.

Would give zero stars but Giving one star because at least Steve Gaddis took the time to talk to me and listen to me unlike one of his managers Sam, who kept cutting me the customer off when I tried to explain my point, long story short we took our Jeep to a certified Jeep dealer to get repaired after an accident, the received an $8-9K bill from insurance on this job, when we go to pick the 2017 Jeep Wrangler Sahara up the radio, navigation & backup camera isn't working anymore. They were both working when the car was dropped off! They charge $500+ to replace the radio and still leave the backup camera nonfunctional! They had the car nearly 2 months! I call to make a grievance about this ... The manager Sam says they have no motive to mess up the radio, when asked how did it get messed up, they said they don't know?! So I asked them, if you were a customer and you leave your possessions with a repair shop and when you come to get it something else is broken how would you as a customer feel? Sam proceeds to essentially insult me by saying my position is dumb, or rather he is dumbfounded at how I could even in my wildest dreams perceive that anyone in the entire world would possibly understand my position, he cuts me off so much that I can barely get out any of my points, finally I ask him to talk to an owner a business owner like Steve Gaddis so he goes to get him, I talk to Steve and finally get him to admit that he sees my point on this... at that point this has already gone on for 30+ mins, I am too young to know about the days when businesses actually care about their customers. Hey since no-one knows how it happened, but it happened on your property I'd even be willing to split the cost with them, but no some businesses or especially their workforce don't understand that we didn't have to choose them to do the repairs. We didn't have to allow our insurance to pay them a 4 figure payout! I don't know about you but if I have someones property and something breaks on it while its in my possession I've got the decency to at least own up to it. I would not recommend this place if you want to be appreciated. Steve Gaddis via phone agreed he understood my position, I hope he can get his staff to see that you don't take advantage of your customers just to save yourself a little money. I don't recommend doing any business with them until they get a staff that appreciates customers! or ones that realize that they've lost way more than $500 by not taking care of a former customer!

0 stars if I could. Finally got my jeep back after a month of lies, and now I have more issues with my Jeep, then what I went in there for in the first place. One thing fixed and a 1,000 things broken IE. back camera and navigation not working. Called to complain and was told I would have to pay up!!!! Travel further away, this place isn't worth the headache or the empty pockets. 4 stars??? lol

Theee star only because the sales staff was complaining about customers and playing on their phones the entire morning.The service department is too notch 5star and always is honest and does a great job. Love them!

I don t typically write reviews but sometimes you feel obligated to share when the customer service and truck service event is OUTSTANDING! Best service I have literally ever had. Everyone was so nice and helpful not to mention they completed everything in a timely manner! It s refreshing to know good old kindness and passion for pleasing the customer still exists. I had great service at Gaddis, until now, I have spent over $400 on a brake rubbing sound and I have complained to Gaddis, but basically was told sorry about my bad luck. For $100 I got my brakes fixed by local guy at AtoB Automotive.

My daughters car broke down while at Ball State. Being 3 hours away Clynt was a HUGE help from towing it to the shop to keeping me updated on options. He made the experience very stress free.

I special ordered a vehicle December 20 and got to the dealership faster than we thought.Working with Jordan was so easy, he kept me updated on my vehicle status very well and it came out exactly as we ordered, would recommend 100%.

I went and test drove a vehicle. Noticed a braking issue. I was very interested still. Salesman said he would call me in the morning with more detail. He never called. So I went there later the next day and was told he let someone else put a deposit on it. I had no option for putting a deposit down or I would have. So he said the guys deposit was being held through Saturday which was a 5 day hold, and if I got it Saturday it would be in better shape because they fixed the brakes. The other person didn t even notice the brakes were bad. So I would not recommend Bill Gaddis to purchase any vehicle from. Very bad salesmanship and dealership to allow this to happen. I would give a zero star if I could.

This was my first Dodge/Chrysler that I have ever owned. I found the vehicle we wanted to look at online, sent in a request and was contacted the next day. Blake and Jordan worked well with both my wife and I throughout the process. The value they gave me for my trade was above what others offered, which actually let us leave the dealership with money in our pockets! Thank you to the Gaddis Dealership!

Terrible customer service. Will get rude when you would like them to do the things they told you they would do. Also prone to to lying through their teeth and back tracking when the service they said would be taken care of is now your problem. Overall terrible time would not recommend.

Was charged for an alignment when nothing was done. Then was told because I did not put on the sand tire that is the reason they would wear bad. First set only lasted 20,000 miles.

Had an amazing experience! Working with Rodney was awesome, he had a lot of knowledge about the vehicles and made sure to answer my wife s and my questions. We our absolutely in love with our Jeep! Only issue I had with the purchase is that the low tire light was on due to the vehicle being a 2020 and sitting there and with the service department closing at 5 wasn t able to get the tires aired up at the dealership. Rodney said the light would turn off in a bout a day after driving around for a hit but I did have to go air (all 4) tires up myself. Another issue I had, was that the car really could ve used a professional detailing service before being driven off the lot. But once again the service department was closed and couldn t get it done that day before I left then we I asked Rodney and a multitude of other sales reps none of them seemed to know if I d still be offered that option later like with an appointment. So I left with a fairly dirty vehicle and had to get it cleaned my self which isn t a big deal I just would ve love a coat of wax put on the vehicle since it had sat on the lot longer than a year with the sun beating down on the paint. Oh and I would ve loved a merchandise section to look at, because I would ve bought a Jeep hat or hoodie or something with the purchase of my vehicle. Anyway, apologies for my ranting but other than those few things this was a very A+ rating experience! I would highly suggest asking for Rodney when working with someone at the dealership, he has a lot of experience and made sure that my wife and I were very comfortable through the whole purchasing process.

I was able to get an oil change appointment quickly within a day of calling. My wait time was minimal and I was treated with respect and "social distancing". Price was great too! I'd rather go here where I can trust the service department to do what they say is being done!

If I could take back the $30k I gave this business and give the car back, I would. It was THAT bad. I was lied to and told vehicle got serviced and oil changed and all up to date on recalls when I bought it. Lies? Really? Please check your employees, Mr. Gaddis, as they are giving you a bad name and reputation. Looking forward to your return call.
