My check engine light came on this morning and a quick call to this location confirmed that they could hook it up to their diagnostic tool. I was there less than 5 minutes and he was able to let me know what the issue was, printed out information about the problem, and even gave me pricing should I decide to purchase the parts from them. Very fast and professional service... Highly recommend them.

I only came to the store to get my battery tested BUT auto zone and battery masters was telling me opposite things of each other! They didn't really inform me of what the test results meant or any info on why or how or what lol I won't go back to this one in particular but I do normally have a good experience with them. Not this time!

The ones on MLK and Madison have always been good stores in my opinion. Staff have always been courteous and helpful. I'm not a big fan of Duralast products but they have other suitable options.

I went to This Muncie location to have my check engine light on checked. Rae Dorsey went above and beyond to help me out. He checked my vehicle, gave me a print out and located my transmission fluid, checked it for me and determined it needed filled. I bought the fluid there and he grabbed a funnel and put the fluid in for me. He was so very polite and kind. He was extremely knowledgeable which was a huge benefit. Thank you for employing such an awesome individual.

Rae and Zay are absolutely incredible !! These guys know their stuff and they are so willing to help!! I would give it 100 stars if I could. Can t thank them enough these guys are LEGENDS!! Hands down the best at any auto store I ve ever been to

My car was not steering properly and the lights were all on on the dash. I went to Auto Zone on Martin Luther Kung Jr Blvd. I went in and Charles, the store manager, asked if he could help me. I explained what was happening and he came outside to look at my car. He went above and beyond helping me. Thank you so much Charles!!!!

Zach went out of his way to help me with getting the correct wipers, saving me money by knowing what was on sale that week and assisting with putting the wipers on. Wish there was great customer service everwhere I go.

I went into the store to get a headlight and had service right away. Zach helped me with my purchase also helped me put in my headlight. I am a single mom and he went way and beyond to help me.

Don't buy any lights to work with there! I bought 1 & it will not hold in place with the magnet! Plus my son bought a different kind & it burn up where the battery goes. They would not honor the warrenty! Because we put different batteries in it! However " the battery ,you get only last 3 to 4 hr," police battery. Come on! Do that make sense to you people. Who has time to look all over when your working on a vehicle for police battles. You should be able to put any good kind in it!

250 miles from home and the wheel bearing, rotor and cv joint busts. The employees were so helpful and really went out of the way to help us get back on the road. Also had a fella named adam who stopped and helped (actually took over) & finished assembling! Thanks guys for all your help!

Only the first battery is under warranty, it's good that the sway bar links have a warranty too, because you will need it. I bought mine just at 2 years ago and they're already in need of replacement

We ended up needing our battery jumped and they didn't have one of those jump boxes... So one of the employees came out and used his personal vehicle to jump us. Super nice of him!

Don t come here if you need a battery replaced. After getting mine checked, they deemed that I had a bad battery (clearly..I had to get it jumped before I got there). They told me that they couldn t replace it but I was able to look up a YouTube video on how the covers that apparently couldn t come off would come off and able to take care of it myself from there

Had what I needed. Was not overly friendly. Price was about 20% higher than everywhere else bit noone else had what I needed to I bought from here.

So nice and helpful. I had truck starting problems. The lady checked my battery and it was bad. A guy named Thomas , I believe, put the new battery in for me on the spot. No troubles!

Manager was rude, and stared at my friend as if he was there to steal something. Store is stocked, however they don't seem eager to help.

Helpful staff, can order most items, mostly knowledgeable staff and if not they can use computer. It seems understaffed to me and if u call just wait they do answer. Lol

Didn't really like the service too much they were too busy stalking then to help me out and then I went to scan the error codes in my car and they couldn't even help me with it I like the products that they have but I didn't like the customer service
