I have been a customer at AutoZone for over 10 years nationwide and the Entire staff at this location has absolutely phenomenal customer service. They are very friendly, kind and go above and beyond. I had a really challenging morning and I left with a smile. Great Management and Staff!

Customer service is great with some of the employees. But I ordered a part over a week ago and they couldn t tell me when the part would even be delivered. So they said they would call me as soon as the part was in and that it wouldn t take more than 7 business days. Well it s been over 7 business days and I never got a single call from them so I just had to call them to see what was going on and they were like yeah it s here. But yet I never received a call from them and they didn t mention how long it had been there. It s just inconvenient to be told they are going to do something and then they don t live up to their word. And then it takes me calling them to figure out where my part is.

I went there this morning I needed head lites for my car, there were 2 people who actually help me so much ,1 was lady the other 1 was gentleman who both help me ,they put them in for me as I'm 60 + year's old,when I went to pull the hood release it broke off, so the lady that was helping put head lites in ,suggested I put some vise grips on it ,so I went back inside bought some vise grips,,she put it on for me 2 ,so I'm able to still open my hood when I need to. Oh how I wish I could remember there name's they were so good 2 me,,,help me so very much..so I hope they see this post ,and know how thankful I am for them ,,it was around 9am this morning, at the auto zone on Madison St in Muncie Indiana,,,great service ,fantastic help from 2 employees..

I wanna Thank Sam on Madison she was a Blessing I was told how difficult it would be to fix my headlight she had it fixed less 10 minutes Thank you so much for taking your time and being so nice . 5 STAR

Somehow even though I've owned a Yukon for over 7 years and ALWAYS shopped at Autozone they show NOTHING on file EVER purchased under my name for a Yukon even though 3 months ago I just bought brake pads from them and magically they dont have warranty on file but let me know I was welcomed to purchase AGAIN from them... i will never purchase anything for any of my vehicles from them again.

Friendy by-stander told me I had a tail light out ran to AutoZone, associate asked if I needed help, quickly helped me with correct bulb and checked me out very quickly. Whole process took 10 minutes from time of discovery, awesome sauce!

I come into this AutoZone all the time and it's always the same guy that helps me, I believe his name is Rae. He's absolutely amazing, anyone else there just kind of stands around and doesn't really help and are rude... If Rae isn't there I'll just come back another time bc I know he will get me right when I come in.

These people sold me 3 bad alternators and have a machine that test for this told me i was a liar then after i brought the paperwork from the shop said that they were lying about had to have the owner call them and tell them that they are not professionals just to find out they knew that they were selling bad alternators for the Mini Coopers two stars for the fact they will at least refund your money But you should never tell anyone who works on a car anything because all you do is sell parts and if you ever installed an alternator on a Mini Cooper you would know my pain I had gone to you for years never agian

The young gentleman who helped me was very knowledgeable about what he was doing. He also replaced the bulb for my headlight that I purchased. Not very many people want to do that anymore. It was excellent.

I came to AutoZone with my lawnmower battery after experiencing terrible customer service at O'Reillys. There were two guys working. Even though the one guy was on the phone, he motioned me over to help me. After the 2nd employee was done checking another customer out, he came over and helped also. Ended up needing to purchase a new lawnmower battery, but was in and out in less time that I spent waiting in line being ignored by the employee at O'Reillys. I will only be utilizing AutoZone from here on out.

I'm going to AutoZone they price match if you find a lower price in town. They also have a large assortment of car accessories that you can choose from for your vehicle. You can also put down a deposit and rent a tool if you need it to work on your car and bring it back to get your deposit back I guess it's like rent a tool thing.
