Solid work ethic from Robert! He does a great job and I definitely recommend him. He makes our tile and grout clean up so nicely! The protective seal makes a difference in longevity. He is attentive to taking care of the details and was very helpful working with my schedule. I am a repeat customer and plan to keep it that way!

Robert provided excellent service. We have pets, and he used specialized equipment to locate and pre-treat pet stains with special chemicals prior to steam cleaning the carpets. He explained everything he was doing and why it was needed. His communication was excellent in everything from scheduling the appointment and texting before arrival (he arrived on time). Showed up on time and was incredibly thorough. Took painstaking care to make sure everything was protected around the working area. Was incredibly thorough in cleaning the area rugs that we had. I couldn't be more happy with the service! Highly recommend.

I normally never leave reviews but this business definitely deserves a good review! I scheduled at the last minute, before a holiday weekend, and he was able to accommodate and did an amazing job on my carpets & sectional, I m beyond impressed, they look and smell like new!! They were amazing and we will most definitely be calling them again the next time we need our carpets and furniture cleaned!!

This guy did an amazing job. My carpets are 10 years old and he made them look brand new and my house smells amazing. I have a cat, a dog, two kids, and a boyfriend that track everything in so I was really suprised when year old stains came out!

Absolutely loved the quality of service. Robert went above and beyond with protecting my hard wood floors and blocking the door so it wasn't exposed to the elements as he worked! I had my carpets cleaned and grout cleaned on marble bathroom floors....it turned out so good! They went above and beyond in every way. I live out of state and he sent videos of the before and after. He even helped me find a local resident to clean the fridge. That is not his responsibility, but he helped me find someone to do it on his own time, and this helped a ton since I live out of state. He went the extra mile to not only make sure the carpets were clean but also remove the terrible mold smell that they had from a plumbing leak. Best carpet cleaner I have ever hired!

Quick, responsive, and quality work. I treated carpet and area rugs. We did an in depth pet/odor cleaning after potty training a puppy. Just had our carpet cleaned by AIM and am very pleased with the job he did. Before I scheduled he took the time to explain why what he does is different from other services. I am impressed with his knowledge of what works and why. We have pets so we had some stains and odor and it is all gone! Our carpet looks brand new it is soft to walk on. Professional, courteous and told it how it is. Prices are on the higher side but you get what you paid for. My carpet and couch look brand new and the pet oder is gone. If you have pets and small children putting stains in your carpet, this is the business I suggest. It was worth it.

Robert (owner/crew chief) is very personable, friendly and professional. He explained different carpet treatments and didn't try to talk me into anything I didn't need done. I like that he does the job himself and takes great pride in his work. He genuinely cares about his customers being satisfied. My carpets look and feel like new plus smell great. I will defintely use AIM again. I highly recommend them!

Special thanks to my friend Robert Stigall and Austin from AIM Carpet Care. They came and cleaned my carpet today. They were courteous, friendly and professional. They did an amazing job! Bob was very professional ! I called him out to clean a commercial building he worked around my schedule! He worked his but off made sure I was happy with his job! He also showed me what tile should look like when cleaned properly! AIM Carpet Care did an amazing job on one of my rental properties. Scheduling was easy and customer service was top notch. Robert was right on time for my appointment and walked me through every step that he would do to remove the pet odors. He and his assistant were efficient and professional. I read many reviews from several cleaning services before choosing Aim. Very very happy I chose Aim. From our first phone conversation to the text reminders to the day of service arriving right on time, Aim is above the rest with knowledge, promptness and truly caring about their job/customers. And then there is the actual cleaning!!! Everything he cleaned looks amazing! Everything is refreshed, brighter and smells so nice and fresh. Aim will be my cleaning service from now on. I am thrilled actually to have clean floors! And I was very pleased with the cost, surprised is what I was!!! Owner was responsive to my needs, as I needed a quick cleaning due to selling of house and photo shoot of home was scheduled rapidly. I had sun-baked stains on carpet in a solarium and they were removed much more successfully than I expected. Owner and staff were very personable and interactive, yet focused on getting the job done quickly and effectively. **Price of cleaning was more than fair! They worked in hot weather and never complained or asked for accommodations. Would absolutely use again and recommend.

We had a few pet stains and just wanted the carpet cleaned in general. The man was very nice and professional and didn t mind two little kids running around randomly. He was in and out in an hour. Our carpets look and smell great!! Cheaper than I thought it was going to be too!! Totally worth it!!
