Customer service very helpful. If you purchase through the app you get an even bigger discount plus it has vip member rewards you can earn. Advanced Auto Parts is it go to store for parts & anything car related.

In the last year or so I've gone to this location several times. Jason is usually who helps me, and he is wonderful! Very helpful and courteous. It's always a pleasure dealing with him. The service at this location is far superior to the location on McGalliard. Good prices and lots of items in stock. This store will be my go-to site for any automotive needs.

Guys at the counter were great. They helped me find a blower motor belt for a furnace. They were super helpful, not to mention it was right at closing time. Thanks to them I was able to get my customers heat going without delay.

Not friendly or helpful most of the time. Employee made fun of a purchase with customer standing there, not realizing who he was talking to. Twice now, we've been given wrong parts. I just don't feel like they care whether they get my business or not.

I use advance auto way more than the other parts houses in town because I like the order online and pick up in store option. I know they all have that but Advance auto has the easiest quickest online set up and if you already have your vehicle tore apart they will deliver certain items to your home. There is no time guarantee on their delivery but it is still better than walking there and back. Advance also always gives me the right parts I have had issues with the others when getting back opening the part up and having the wrong part so then got to go back and waste another 45 mins or so. I would recommend Advance Auto to anyone

Man these people here at advance are awesome for one and another I've never have had poor customer service there it's always a pleasure to go there and do business I give these guys 50 thumbs up

We had wheel bearing go out and had to change it in the parking lot, they went above and beyond to help us with parts and tools to get us on our way, thank u so much for all your help and patience

Not one of my favorite stores to go to because their prices are not as reasonable as O'Rielly's but they are definitely much cheaper than AutoZone. Very seldom does Advance Auto beat O'Rielly's but when they do they do a pretty good job. The staff here are just as knowledgeable as the staff at O'Reilly's and just as friendly.

Not good. Went in to buy something for my car. Left my keys in my car. I was in the store not even 10 mins & come out & somebody stole my car keys. So no not a good experience at all..

You need a part for your car you need to find out something about the car your car staff is right there on the spot they will help trying to help get the bar if you ain't got it they will order it for you

It was ok but the man that put whipper blades on did not get them on right. One came off and the arm hit the window and cracked it.
