My car was taken to this body shop for repairs or what not. I needed my belongings out of it. I called and told them that due to traffic I wouldn't get there until 4 min before closing. He said to go ahead and come on he'd wait for me and allow me to get my things. That was awesome!!!! Not sure his name but he was very accommodating.

My boyfriend took his Prius in for some body work this summer and Mooresville Body Shop did a fantastic job. The car had rear bumper damage from a hit and run and front bumper damage from a hydroplane accident. It took a while to get some of the parts in due to backorder issues, but once everything was in, the work was done quickly and exceeded expectations. It looks like a brand new car! 10/10 would recommend.

10/10 recommend! With part delays and staffing shortages across the nation, every place I contacted couldn t get me in for 6-8 weeks just for an estimate. Brady was very responsive and accommodating and got me in for an estimate and repairs completed within just a few weeks. The car looks great and the entire team was extremely helpful/professional. My fianc� and I took our vehicle in and lead my fiance to believe they would get the vehicle in and out. We called to inquire a few times over 2 weeks and they kept saying they are waiting on headlight. When they contacted us this past Friday and said it was ready it was not! They were still waiting on a trim piece and the car was not back to original condition! There was minimal damage and only a couple parts to have to order but has been in shop 2 1/2 wks so far and still waiting! Also on top of that they had my fianc� pay the $500 deductible and the full amount for the vehicle! We have over $1000 out in rental vehicle as well. Horrible experience for my fiance and her family, as well who are also dealing w the horrible experience!Service: Body & Trim

so i took my truck in to get a quote on for repairs on my truck. got an estimate from them and insurance. they quoted me half of what my ins. did. i feel like they took my insurance for every dollar they quoted. the bed side i was told they would have no problem pulling the dent out, they end up replacing the whole bedside instead. (which would of avoided the horrible paint match job). ins. was 6400 total claim.(they quoted me 3400ish) i definitely didnt get 6400 dollars worth of quality workmanship. waited over 4 weeks for repairs. was told multiple days when it should be finished. kept my tailgate to try and blend it with the different color white they used on my truck. told me it would be done in two days ended up waiting almost a full two weeks. go to pick it up and the paint was not the same color. was told over and over about how tri coat is so difficult to match up and i pretty much have to deal with it. a few days later i take it through the wash bc it was filthy, and the paint has started to flake under the rear passenger door. they didnt paint the complete rear fender where it rolls under. its a rough finish feels like sand paper. there are little pieces of dirt/debris under the paint on the bedside. the things i thought they should have made right i brought to their attention was blown off with excuses. so on their counter it says you are to pay them your deductible. so at pick up i go to pay them and they said they didnt need a payment. wonder if its bc they seen ins was gonna pay them 6400. so i will highly reccommend that you go through one of your insurance preferred vendors.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Awful customer service and terrible communicator. Put the phone on hold before cussing about your customers to your employee. Had to bug them multiple times to look at our vehicle after we left it with them. You don't just take someone's keys and never call them or update them. Every time we did get a hold of them they acted like we were inconveniencing them by calling and trying to understand what was wrong and when they'd be able to work on it. Ultimately the repair took 30 minutes and wasn't a big deal, but we will never work with them again since it was such an unpleasant experience.Service: Body & Trim

These guys came recommended by a friend and now I recommend them to anyone I know needing repairs! The whole experience was easy. Sometimes insurance repairs are a pain, not with these guys! I see some old reviews on here and can't say much about that time frame. Here in Nov, 2015, I had one of my two trucks taken care of with exceptional service and workmanship. My 2000 Chevy had been marred significantly from a break in and I decided to get estimates in my area. I had used MBS several years ago under different management and decided to stop in there again. Brady and Jake spoke with me, gave me an estimate, worked with State Farm, took my calls, returned my calls and had me truck out looking great in days.When I picked up my 2000 Chevy, which I bought new and have taken pride in caring for it, I gave them my 2012 GMC to repair some of my towing dents and scratches. I hope I'm over that learning curve. Anyhow, I'll report back here after picking that one up. Communication with them on the truck was good as well as they offered it back to me very quickly. I hope to get it today.Dec 2015 and I have my 2012 GMC back and it looks good. Again, they took care of a few extra things at no additional expense.Thanks again

You guys gave my friend an estimate on time prior to even viewing her vehicle we are highly disappointed and we will not be using or recommending your services in the future!You guys keep lying about when it will be done.

(update: now the passenger side with down has fallen off track also )Horrible work. Had it 2 months. #1 When they give it back the tire rubs the wheel well. #2 Bumpers hanging so low I can get my hand under the head lights. #3 Put a rim that wasn't even the same color. #4 Headlights are crooked and don't line up. #5 Inside door handle don't work. # 6 Broke door panel trim that now hanging.#7 alignment was so messed up that the steering wheel was crooked and pulled hard to the left. #8 scratched the bumper on both sides trying to shove the head lights in

Stopped in for a quote, though didn't actually have service performed.They seemed very knowledgeable but were very upfront and direct. Not the best people skills it seemed. But if you're good at what you do then I believe that's ok.

Not friendly, not helpful, felt like they took advantage of my granddaughters misfortune. Insurance paid them so there was no reason for them to take her belongings that were inside. They showed no concern for her missing belongings. I am just sure that we are not the first people that this has happened to, and I'm sure we won't be the last.

Even though I didnt get my truck fixed here( I sold the damn thing) the deal he put together was extremely fair. If I need future body work or paint done, this is where I'll be.....

I was told that they were open on Saturday. When I spoke with them over the phone. I went to their location the next Saturday. The bay was open, lights were on, the open sign was on, the posted hours stated that they were open on Saturdays, but the doors were locked. I will not be returning to the location.

I personally just found the quote unquote professionalism to just be subpar, considering the amount of money needing to be done for the job. I feel that this is a problem facing small businesses who are trying to upsell, after the Covid-19 pandemic, to maximize profits
