They did an excellent job on the windshield replacement. Customer support was great and they offer a lifetime windshield leak seal. I'll definitely use them again. Thanks J&L Glass

I had a wonderful experience, including a very specific repair to my door, that saved me literally thousands of dollars. They replaced, and repaired a large glass oval in my door, which I didn't know could be done. Our installer (Aaron) was incredibly patient, hard working and kind. I would have them back for any other glass work. I am delighted, and would highly recommend.Services: General door repair, Glass installation, Window repair

I took in a dual pain window 26x28 so a small pane window that one glass needed replaced. I about fell over with a $180 to fix it. A small brand new window is only $200. 1st and last time there.

The office staff was outstanding. I have no problems with them at all. They were helpful and professional.The installer scratched my window when he first put it in and when he came back to install the new window blamed it on, in his words, those Mexicans don t know how to make windows . I thought that comment was totally inappropriate and unprofessional.I informed the installer that I had purchased new vinyl bead to be used. After installing the window, he started putting up the old vinyl bead. I informed the installer again that I had purchased new bead to be used and asked him if he needed a tape measure to accurately measure the length of the bead and he responded do you want to do it .So, I would rate the office staff at 5 stars and the installer a 1 star. He needs to learn customer service is key to have a successful business.

They came out and gave me a free estimate and showed me color samples. I wasn t 100% sure I chose the right color, but they turned out perfect. Big thanks to Willy. He does top notch work. Give that man a raise and buy him a truck. He s earned it.
