I don t ever write reviews. But I had to write one for Mooresville Tire and Auto. I broke down on the highway, and they were able to diagnose my cars problem and get my parts expedited to the shop and saved me a ton of money while doing it. I had to change my travel plans because of the breakdown, but these guys here made sure the changes I made didn t need to be drastic. They got me back on the road in a timely manner. Their technicians stayed past close to work on my car to make sure I could get on the road that night. The manager was communicative throughout the entire experience and was very empathetic. Would recommend to anyone! 10/10! Great shop.

Very great service today. Price was very comparable to anyone around. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Guy who serviced my vehicle was very respectful, and even said since my car was so clean he was trying not to touch the paint. Outstanding service

Great friendly and fast service.Had a wheel bearing go out on my way across the country so I called these guys and Jon had my car on a lift within 10 minutes after arriving. Very courteous staff.They got me out of a bind.Thanks much and God Bless.

If it wasn't an almost emergency, I would not have come here.....but it was convenient and close to home. The person at the desk, David, is VERY unprofessional and i am not even sure he knows how to do his job efficiently. I am surprised he has people who work the same time he is here.. To have the phone ring and to watch him go out to the garage and yell at the guys out there "can one you guys that are just standing around answer the phone" while there are customers around is absolutely not right!!!! He should NOT be left alone!!! There are other things I witnessed while waiting that are beyond belief. He is rude and really needs to work on his people skills and his computer skills because no matter how many times you beat the mouse on the counter it will not make the system to any faster. I will say being able to speak with the person who actually worked on my vehicle and the end result was the best of the whole experience. Melvin is an AWESOME employee and treated this customer as a person and not some annoyance. Many many kudos to Melvin and thank you for making this experience bearable at the end!!!! Melvin would get 5 stars from me.....

I have been bringing my car here for years. I have had nothing but EXCELLENT and quick service. All employees are great and go above and beyond to make sure I have the best experience possible. They give you the best deal they can and ensure that all your questions are answered. I will never take my car anywhere else!!!

I've been here several times and I'm always pleased with their customer service and the work they do. Especially today after a pothole ate my tire on a day that didn't include extra time for sitting in a waiting room. They had me in and out ahead of their estimated time. Many thanks!

Great service, reasonable prices, got me in and out and worked around my schedule. Two thumbs up guys. Been going to these guys for 10 years. Small stuff like tires to axle seals and stuff I hate doing on my own.

A neighbor referred me to this place, and man has it paid off! These guys not only do a terrific job, but are friendly and knowledgeable as well.. I have trusted them with my car, my wife's car and my mother's car and they have exceeded all expectations time and time again! A+

My son and his best friend had their tire serviced here just the other day, and even though they didn't charge them anything, their "fix" could have cost them their lives!!! If you can't, or don't know how to fix a tire, then don't! You could have just told them that, and they would have made other arrangements. Unbelievable that Goodyear employees such careless, and unprofessional people! Corporate will also be hearing from me!!!

After standing around in an empty lobby for 20 minutes someone finally came to the front, walked up threw some papers on the desk and walked back to the garage without a word spoken. The only acknowledgement I got was a look like I was a nuisance for being there then he walked back into the garage. I went a mile up the road to Big O Tire and was greeted at the door with a smile and got my needs takin care of quickly and was on my way. I highly suggest you take your business elsewhere, unless your ok with perpetuating business practices that treat paying customers like bums looking for a hand out. As someone who was born and raised in mooresville I promise that they are not what so many other friendly local businesses in this town represent. Thank you for reading this review and I hope you heed my warning.

This is a place ladies normally hate to visit. I must say, the gentlemen there were extremely nice, and went as far as to ask if there was anything specific I wanted to watch on their tv! They also were kind enough to doublecheck another issue with my car that I had questions about. I highly recommend them!!

Super friendly people. I was volunteering at the boys and girl club and they came iver and tried to help me get on the road with a flat tire. Couldn't so he took me to the shop and got me a new tire and took me back to my vehicle and put it on for me.he didnt kill me with extra charges.he made me feel safe and they were friendly

I brought my Cummins in for an oil change and an issue I was having with the transmission. Ryan, the manager at the counter suggested that they change the fluid and filter to see if if it might be a dirty filter. Only to find that the inner filter had spun off its place causing all my problems! Saved me thousands and help with my preventative maintenance. You have earned a customer for life.

Tried to charge me $400 for a ball joint replacement. Then tried to charge me $600 for an alternator and battery but i didnt need the battery in the first place the one i have is brand new. Overpriced, Liars and crooks dont go there.

Went to get new tires from this place and requested a specific type of tire. They put cheaper tires on my vehicle then what I wanted and then told me it would be another $60 for each tire to get the ones I actually wanted. Avoid this place at all costs!!! They are scam artists!

Well to start off with,I always take my vehicles they're,well I did.But since the owner passed away almost 3 years ago its never been the same.They always look for other things wrong with the vehicle.that's not what I went for.Trying to get more money out of me.

Absolutely the worst place to take your car. If you like to keep your money, do not go here! These fools have no idea what they are doing. They will rip you off over and over again! They got us for over $1,000 "fixing" it, when the issue ended up being a $75 fix...and still tried to get another $200+....go somewhere else!!!!

Stopped in today because my valve stem broke on my 2009 Dodge Journey. The man told me it would be $80 to replace it because it has a pressure sensor in it. I believe he saw me as an uneducated woman & knew I needed it fixed now so he was going to try to sell it to me for an overpriced amount! I called Walmart tire and lube. Guess what they replaced it for $10! I slowly drove there and got it done. I will never return to Mooresville Auto & Tire service!

Has changed hands. Very rude now. Not at all like it used to be. Also herd the guys at the front desk trying to con a older guy for work he didn't need and they thought it was funny. Happy the guy knew better. Won't be going back.

While asking for a battery replacement I was told I needed struts,shocks, 4 tires and alignment totalling approximately $2000.00. I put a hold on that as I hoped my 3 year old vehicle was covered under warranty. I took it to my dealer and he informed me that although these items were not under warranty they did not need to be replaced. The dealer stated "that garages like that give us all a bad name".
