My dash lit up like a Christmas tree leaving my house on a Wednesday night and I was able to get it in to GoIndy first thing in the morning on Thursday. The service manager Johnny was TOP-NOTCH. He was sympathetic and listened to my concerns, allowed me to speak to the mechanics about what I was feeling with my SUV and made sure he was there from start to finish the two days in a row that I had it in the shop. The pricing was fair, the service was impeccable, and my SUV is driving like new. Thank you to the staff (Mark, Owen & Johnny) for the excellent service - I will recommend you guys!

Great service, never got annoyed by me with my phone calls for updates. Johnny, the service manager, is timely with his responses and quick to get the parts needed. Mark, the mechanic, is knowledgeable and listens when you describe what's wrong with your vehicle. They did my up pipes and front axle on my f350. Beat other shops prices as well. Will be my choice shop.

Great company to do work with. Personally running a small business, I know the care and detail I try my hardest to put into every job, always aiming to exceed clients expectations. Go Indy Automotive did just that. Thoroughly impressed with how the Service Manager kept me in the loop, and the efficiency in which the entire team handled my vehicle. I depend on my truck for my business, and they did a great job getting me in and out in a timely fashion. Great payment options as well which you don't see with most companies. I have already and will continue to refer this company for any and all Automotive needs in the future!!!

They made the car buying process smooth and fast. I work a lot of hours and they were able to work around my schedule and made sure I was taken care of. Most everything was done over the phone so when I came in all I had to do was sign papers. They even had the cat delivered to the Mooresville location closer to my home. Thank you to Moe and the team for everything. We love our new car!

Johnny Shaefer is nothing but knowledge, polite and friendly. Him and his staff provided me with quality work at a reasonable price. At no point did I feel out of the loop about what my vehicle needed and what was being done to it. Next time I need any automotive service or maintenance I'll be sure to call-l-l-l-l-l Johnny and the fine folks are Go Indy Automotive!

I got my car here jay helped us out and was awesome and my water pump went out and they are fixing it for me I would recommend this carlot 100% love it and the people are all friendly nice and they help u no matter what

Great service I came in early in the morning and was helped by Johnny Schaefer. He was polite and took the time listen to our concerns with the vehicle. The work was done well and swiftly I was back on the road by 12:30.

I brought in my Mercedes CLA 250 and they did a very good job changing my brakes and rotating/balancing my tires. I don t trust very many mechanics with my car. At Go Indy Automotive they are very professional and friendly and won t try to up-sell any unnecessary service.

Took car in to get wheel checked.Went to pick up and my top was down.I did not authorize this.I was told it was for a trade in value.The top does not work properly now.I was lied to by one of the owners.He blamed the mechanic.

Great fellas most easy car buying experience ever they worked hard and went to bat for me I've got really bad credit I've had my identity stolen 2 times and these guys got me into the car I wanted the car I deserve and did it quick these guys are awesome and I really recommend them to everyone in Indianapolis

I don't know a lot about cars but Johnny explained everything to me in plain English, literally showed me the broken parts on my car, and offered services at a reasonable price. Got me out the same day!!!
