Had my transmission rebuilt by Edwards got 20,000 miles out of it. The transmission pump gave again. Bearings are spun on it right now would not recommend poor work.

Went to Edward's transmission my car had greasy fingerprints all over the inside of my car and a oily residue on my windows spent $3000.00 and the wouldn't give me the pen I signed the receipt with and asked them to put on 2 different card's and got home and they rang 2 different transactions on the same card will never go back and will not recomend any of my friends

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THINGS WILL KEEP BREAKING THAT ARE NOT COVERED UNDER THERE WARRANTY--There warranty is trash-- I took my car there a few months ago to get a new transmission. It ran ok for 2 months. Came out of store yesterday and the car won't even go into gear. So now I'm out another tow bill to take it back to someone who probably won't fix it again. If you like to keep spending money on something that is supposed to be fixed this is the place to go. Edit-It was a transmission cable that is not under warranty like I thought, $450 more. Almost 6k and its not fixed right STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

I called twice to try and get someone to talk to me about getting my transmision done. Both times I called I spoke with very polite and professional people who said they would get someone to call me back quickly. NEVER HAPPENED. Now 2 days later making calls to find someone else to take my money.

Highly recommend Edward's Transmission in Mooresville IN. Honest, Great and fast service including towing of my car. I recieved same day update and quote for the repairs needed as well as periodical updated on the parts needed shipment status. My car is like a essential family member to me and when it get sick I need fast repairs...thanks to Edward's it was fast and without any BS. The estimate was what I paid...no hidden fees like hazard waste removal. The guys were honest, truthful and up front with everything. Due to the great experience I brought my daughter car for check up there too. Thank you Edward's Transmission for being there when I needed you most.

Had good service and feel like we got a fair price to replace the transmission on our car. My problem is that when we got the car back after two weeks it smelled soo bad like cigarettes smoke. We have never smoked or know people who smoke and the smell is so strong that it gives us headaches when we get in. Now pur carseats and everything left in the car smells like it. We are hoping to sell this cR and if we can't get the smell out I knownit will devalue it. After dropping almost 6k it's just not what I want to deal with now.Service: Transmission repair

There are much better shops with much better customer service in Mooresville that you can use instead. Save yourself the headache, money, and time and find a better shop to use. I have tried to reach out to their corporate office about my issues as well, but have been waiting a while now for the "district manger" to call me back.

IF I COULD ZERO STARS I WOULD. I left my van to get looked at by rudy. I was told that I needed a new engine. I went to 3, THATS 3 different mechanics and all 3 of them told me that it was my fuel injectors. So im highly disappointed. I do not see why a company would lie just to make some money. I was told it would be 6000$ for an engine, compared to$900 for parts AND labor for my fuel injectors. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I needed work done on my transmission. I had Edwards take it and take a look at it. They told me what was wrong with it. While I ended up using someone closer to home, they were very professional and caring and kept me updated on everything that was being done.

So I took my car here for problems shifting. Found out it wasn't transmission it was my engine. Was charged a fair price and was in and out with the help of some great staff. I would highly recommend.
