Don helped me, for the second time, purchase another great vehicle. About 4 years ago I happened on this dealership even though it s hours away from my home. The prices were the best around, so it was worth commuting to get a great deal. Now in 2024 it was time for another, and I didn t look anywhere but Community Ford of Mooresville! I found another great car, at a great price, and financing was a breeze. Don was our salesman for a second time, and it went as smoothly as the first. So happy with my new Lincoln! In some years, I m sure I ll be back again asking Don to help me get another great vehicle. I always recommend Don and Community Ford of Mooresville!

We had a very pleasant experience with Community Ford in Mooresville. Devin was very helpful finding the type of vehicle we wanted, in a price range we were looking for. After a couple of visits and test drives, we found a great vehicle. Devin was available day or night for questions and answered promptly. We worked with both Don and Devin, finalizing paperwork and financing. Highest marks to both Don and Devin, along with the General Manager's (Joel) eagerness to help. It was a pleasant, no-pressure purchase, with everyone doing whatever they could to find us what we wanted. We are totally pleased with the whole buying process and enjoy driving our vehicle!

They did not honor my X plan pricing. I ordered a 2022 Maverick with no money down. I waited a year to get it but it just did not feel like a true truck for me. It felt like a car with a bed. So I withdrew purchasing it. A few months later I chose to order a 2023 Ford Ranger but Bob M. chose to treat me in a whiny unprofessional manner because I backed out on the Maverick order earlier. He invited me to visit 12.26.22 but in his crying it seemed to be a better plan to take his offer a step further and place a order with a different dealer. This dealer even allowed my X plan pricing and locked in 3.8% for 60 mo. I placed a deposit on 12/26/22 and ordered my Ranger it arrived April 8, 2023. Today, I am the proud owner of a 2023 Ford Ranger Lariat FX2 Supercrew for $263.58 thru Ford Motor Credit.

I really liked the way Lydia was prepared for I r me when I arrived. The truck was sitting at the front door, was in and driving for a test drive within 5 minutes. I received what I was wanting in trade for my old vehicle and she helped the rest of the process to go smoothly. Very good personality and not pushy on sales. I like that as well. If you need a vehicle see Lydia.

What started as a pleasant experience, quickly turned into a nightmare. My husband bought a truck, only to pass away 5 days later. I went to return the truck and was given 3,000$( still waiting for check) out of an 8,000$. Down payment . They made 5,000$ profit from a crying widow.

Here is my review in the form of a letter sent to this Dealership today.Approximately 3 weeks ago, I was interested in buying a Used 2017? Hyundai Sonata Hybrid Limited that was for sale at your dealership.I spoke with your Sales people, Matt Adamson & Donna Owen, and told them I was very interested. Both Matt and Donna were very professional in my dealings with them. Neither of them mentioned that someone had put a $50 deposit on the vehicle and I don't believe they were aware of that fact. Over the course of two days, I was put in touch with your finance guy (don't remember his name) and he started the process of setting up financing. When I told him I wasn't interested in GAP financing or Credit Life Insurance, he stopped me mid-sentence and said, "Well you know there is a deposit on that car." I said "Is the car for sale?" He said it would depend on the person with the deposit and what happened that afternoon. Needless to say, the car was sold to that person. What I would like to know, is why your finance guy ran my credit through Chase Auto and subjected me to a 4 point decrease in my 870 credit rating? This also triggered an loan account denial on a vehicle that was not available for sale.Look for a scathing review online from me. I am less than impressed with the manner in which your representative tried to strongarm me into buying a service (GAP insurance, etc.) I did not want.

My husband and I reached out to Lydia back in February inquiring about purchasing the new Raptor R. Lydia was able to get us all set with ordering it exactly how we wanted. She was wonderful about staying in contact with us throughout the entire order/build. We picked our new truck up over the weekend and couldn t be happier! Don Dorsett sold me my new Ford vehicle, and I couldn t be happier with the entire process, from me seeing a car I was interested in, through all the very patient emails I received throughout the process, to going in and test driving the vehicle, to buying the car. 100% would recommend my friends and family and anyone who reads this to buy a car from Community Ford (this is our 3rd I believe over many years), and if Don is available, ask for him! :)

Went there around a week or two ago and recieved help from Dave! He was amazing, I had to call back and reschedule our oil change before the day we came in, and he took care of it no problem, and didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary purchases! In store he was very kind, professional, and fast! I've been to this one 4 or 5 times, and I always hope he's in! After moving to Beech Grove, I still come out to Mooresville Ford, just for Dave and his fantastic customer service!

I'm very glad I decided to drive from Bloomington to Mooresville to look for a vehicle. Lydia was very kind and took the time to explain everything in detail, as well as answer any and all of my questions. The approval process took many hours (not their fault) and they worked past business hours to get me approved! It was a friendly, comforting experience compared to my last one in Bloomington. Thank you all for getting me a car and for making it a good experience. If I ever need another I'll be coming to you guys first!

When I bought my 2015 Kia Sportage the sales manager was very rude! When I got the vehicle home the battery cables didn't even fit the battery the battery was not tied down it just was flopping around under the hood very poor way to do business! They should go through their vehicles a little better car wouldn't even start after driving it because the battery came unhooked! Zero Stars! You guys also have a sticker on the window that says you have changed the oil in the past 500 miles and there's no way in hell! The oil is black and the filter looks like it's 10 years old! They were supposed to air up the tires so the tire sensor went out and did not! Said the tire sensor would probably need to be replaced if the light didn't go out, both tires on the passenger side were low by 10 lb or more. Sensor went out after I aired the tires up have not had a problem since. Very poor work on the dealerships behalf!

Kenny and Linda Towe, we searched half the state online, found what we wanted and made contact. I kind of wanted the minimal experience. The dealership had great secure website I filled my credit application, they imeadeiatly responded it was received. My customer rep was Don, made me feel welcome and comfortable. He had the truck cleaned up and gassed up. He explained the newer gadgets. How to do personal adjustments and settings. Mild manored credit rep was great, well informed and quick. Cute girls around the office, cool nostalgic deco. Over all my experience was smooth, quick, and painless. EXACTLY WHAT WAS LOOKING FOR.

Drop my car off for a airbag recall and I get it back with all these scratches and chips. I don t trust this dealership at all anymore. If you do have work done there. I strongly encourage you to take before pictures of your vehicle.

The service center is really terrible. I took my 2019 Ford Fusion with 45,000 miles there a few weeks back to have the transmission looked at. The transmission has been shuddering when accelerating from a stop and seemed to be hunting for gears at cruising speed. You could feel the shudder and see it in the tachometer. I told them I though it seemed plausible that the torque converter was going out. They told me that there was nothing wrong with the car and to keep driving it until it gets worse. I was shocked. I called Don Hinds Ford in Fishers and they told me I was the third customer to call that same day seeking a second opinion separate from Community. I took my car there and they confirmed my suspicions of a bad TQ and had all the parts in stock to replace it under warranty the same day. On top of all that the service advisors in the service department seemed absolutely lost and rude. We will continue to drive 45 minutes to Don Hinds after this and I will not be back to Community.

I called Community Ford to ask if they would be able to look at my F150 regarding the driver's side headlight not working. I spoke with Jorge in the garage area. He said to bring it over and they would look at it right away. When I spoke to the man running the service desk he was very unhelpful and a bit rude. He informed me they could not look at my truck right away and he could not give me an appointment to bring the truck in to have it looked at. I don't understand why an employee would say to bring the truck over and they'd look at it if they weren't able to do so.

I would like to give a 5 plus star to Lydia for an amazing job on getting me my jeep!!!! The reason for my 1 star is for my dissatisfaction in the way Jared, the finance manager, handled everything. First, he was pushy on me getting the gap insurance (even after I said I didn't want to purchase anything extra) and acted like I didn't know what it was. I explained I had budget and wanted to stay in my budget and still keep pushing the insurance. I again said you don't know my finances and I dont want any extras and he again was pushy. Then came back with a lower payment including the gap insurance. Please keep I mind I was there on Saturday and he was not doing anything to make the deal happen on Saturday. So on Monday I left work 2 hours early to get this deal done only to find out he saud we could have done this on Saturday. I was not happy with thus considering I took off work 2 hours early.

I found this dealership online and Lydia Roberts immediately emailed me about my interest. She was very quick with her responses, worked up 4 deals for us within the hour and happily answered any questions we had, promptly. She then went as far as delivering my new vehicle to the ballpark where our daughter was playing in a softball tournament for the day. I test drove the new vehicle and she took the old one back with her. We were really pleased with her service, the finance departments service, it was a great overall experience.

Updated. I've come here for service for 5 years. During a recent maintenance visit, I asked for an additional quote for new struts on my twenty nineteen expedition. The quote seemed pretty high and so I held off on doing the struts for now but had the rest of the service work completed. The service work totaled over $500 but I was charged an additional $165 inspection fee to quote the strut job. Neadless to say I wasn't too thrilled about that. The GM did call me to follow-up and said he would refund the fee which I greatly appreciated. I wish they would be a little more upfront about inspection fees if they're going to charge them.

I would not recommend this dealership. My husband bought a 2019 Chevy Silverado from Lydia in good faith that there was nothing wrong with the truck we had to take it in shortly afterwards because we heard metal rubbing together Mooresville Ford told us sorry we don t know what is wrong with it . So we had to take it to Chevy in Mooresville and they have had the truck for over a month and now they think they know what is wrong with the truck it s after market break pads and rotors. I called Ford in Mooresville to pay for it since I was told nothing was ring with the truck Lydia said Unfortunately, we can t and didn t give me a reason. We are going to be out more money than we should have! Please do not buy from here!

Everyone was so welcoming... I made a 3 hour drive because of the deal but the service made it worth all the while. Being greeted by Everyone is uncommon. My salesperson Don was fabulous as well as the financial manager. It was a great experience... given by a professional team !
