Came into the store and had to wait in line for 10 minutes because there while there were multiple employees in the store there was only 1 employee up front at the checkout area. From the time I walked in looked up, found, and got the one replacement light I needed for my car and went and stood behind another gentleman who had been waiting to check out since at least I walked in (and it seemed longer) the only employee up there to check us out was too busy helping someone on the phone instead of the customers who actually came into the store to make a purchase, not just ask questions over the phone! I understand phone calls must be answered but I think in-store customers should come first. Not impressed at all******EDIT******* After some thought I feel like I should mention the lady that waited on us was VERY sweet and polite. The only issue I had as I stated earlier was I took the time to come into the store to make a purchase while someone else just called in asking a question and received first rate service all the while causing the gentleman in front of me and I extra wait time :(

The gentleman who waited on my friend and I seem to be training a girl he was very rude and told us to Google the problem and how and what parts the piece works, because he had no idea! And of course, he says I'm not mechanic. As you can see, I only work here! In which case we understood that.But he could not tell us anything about the part except for the part number.But he could not tell us.So therefore We ended up going to auto zone who was much, much nicer And explained in depth where this Part went And What all the part Was neededTo do in the car .Sincerely unhappy customer

The man there wanted to make sure I didn't spend $ on something that wasn't the real problem. Came out to my truck and put a meter on it, checked my oil,etc. Above the call of duty! I had sent someone there a few yrs ago and when he didn't go there he was a sorry guy.

Advance always has what I'm looking for, and the service provided is always way better than anywhere else. To get from my home to Advance, I drive past 3 other auto part stores. That's saying a lot when my husband is working on a vehicle and I make multiple trips in a day.

I needed a car battery and received the best customer service here. Scott did a great job replacing my car battery and explaining my battery options and warranty. Even poured the bottle of heat I purchased, into my gas tank for me. I highly recommend Advanced Auto.

I forgot to do this after I left the store but I stopped at this location 585 S State Rd 67 Mooresville a couple weeks ago. I stopped because my 2009 Mazda 3 was starting slow and it had a new battery and alternator. Long story short they discovered the battery was defective and spraying acid. They replaced the battery but I was IMPRESSED to say the least at the service I received. Definitely will be my go to store in the future. say

Had issue with new battery while driving up to Indi. Pulled in just as car was about to die. Guys had me out the door with new one installed in 30 min. Super helpful.

Chris was excellent and knew he was an agent of customer service. Penny on the other hand is not very cordial and if it were my shop I would not have her upfront as a representation of my business. She needs to know that she is doing customer service.

Rude. I went into the store to purchase wiper blades at 7:20 on a Saturday evening. Once I found the blades I needed, I carried them to the counter, where the person sitting at the counter did not acknowledge my presence. He then proceeded to take a phone call, and looked up and ordered a muffler for the person on the phone. A second employee was sitting at a desk behind the counter; he looked up, but then went about his business.After four or five minutes of standing there, I left the blades on the checkout counter and walked out. I then drove two blocks to AutoZone, where I was greeted by a helpful employee, and successfully purchased my wiper blades.If the Advance employee, a young man with an unkempt beard, had even looked up and said so much as, "one minute please," I would not have walked out. Apparently ordering a $31 muffler for someone on the phone was more important to him than the person with $50 in wiper blades standing at the counter.

Impressive service. The staff member helped us pick out wiper blades. Then he came out to help us put them on the car, in the rain, and without us even asking him to. Thank you!!

Recently bought a new car and needed to replace the front rotors and brake pads.. I went to Orileys first and they didn t have them in stock.. Came to this store and they had both sizes in stock and I was able to walk out the door with the parts I needed!

Rude and lazy, took forever to even answer phone and then to be put on hold and forgotten. Would not take half a minute to unlock the rear entrance to drop off used oil. It's okay, O'Reilly Auto took the used oil and will now get all of my business.

Service is great and they deliver and have a loan a tool program. All the drivers are nice and courteous and they usually get there in a timely manner. They even delivered parts to me when my car was broken down on the side of the road!!!!!!!! That was tops in my book. You can't get that kind of service from autozone or Napa or anybody else for that matter.......

Pay very special attention to their alleged lifetime warranty. Parts failing due to normal wear and tear are not covered, this includes alternators failing due to bad brushes, shocks failing due to standard driving conditions and so on. Save yourself money in the future and go to AutoZone, where the warranty is actually honored.

I bought a battery, which fit and performed as expected. There was some wait time for processing the return of the old battery for the core charge, but it was just a matter of timing.

Ordered online. Had the core with me when I came in to pick up. They gave me a receipt saying they charged $80. They actually charged $130 so part and core. It will take up to *******10 DAYS** to get my $50 back for the core
