They was short on staff and my 3pm appointment time was not honored. I had to go back the following day. Other than that the job was done good.

Anytime I ve actually been able to get the assistance I required; I have no complaints. Otherwise, most of the time the staff is rude & in no way helpful. And they NEVER answer the phone. Typical for Monticello though.

I arrived at 1:40 pm, no one came out to greet me. I got out and came inside, no one around. I had to call out for help. Amy came out from behind the batteries. I asked if they we helping peopleShe answered yes. Then went back to what she was doing with the batteries. After making me wait. She had to ask someone to buzz her out to get my info. Locked herself out again. Then took my info. I asked how long, her response was 15 to 30 minutes if she could find her crew. Really?? It's now 2 pm and the crew came back to work on cars. No apologies were given.

We just drove 30 minutes to get a new tire due to a blowout. Got there as soon as it opened, and an extremely rude man came out and asked if we had an appointment. To which we answered no, because we didn't predict the blowout. He very rudely barked "Appointments only! It's been like this for 5 months!" And walked away. I have scoured the website, and NOWHERE does it say by appointment only. They've lost my business, which is a shame because we have 6 cars in our household.

After two techs got my tire size from the sidewalls, they still quoted my wife and me the wrong tires. Then they said my wife gave them the wrong tire size on the phone and offered to sell me a much more expensive set, which I declined. They then offered to sell me a set of the THREE tires they had in stock. I do not drive a tricycle, so this was a no. No apology or attempt at adult-level service. Just excuses and rude attitudes. Stevie Wonder's reading glasses are more useful than this place. You're better off paying the extra ten dollars at Tire Barn like I did.

I would not recommend, a waste of your time and money. I came here in October to get a battery replaced and it took them 5 hours to do it. Two months later, I have a battery that is not keeping a charge. I could've spent the day doing something productive,

This place lies , pulled up the guy asked me what im their for told him an oil change . He offers me the oil change and if i wanted my power steering fluid checked and filled if needed also if i wanted air filter changed and a buncha other fast talking offers he threw at me . I told him i wanted the power steering fluid checked and not the air filter . I have a known leak in it, i just thought if i told him to check they would see it was empty and fill it up anyways . I got my trail blazer back, and when I pulled off my truck was making the sound when its empty on power steering fluid . I went back and told the same guy that it was empty , he just shrugged his shoulders and poured power steering fluid into the reseverior like he knew they didnt check he was just tryina get me charged for it . I was super pissed and was tempted to call corporate on the situation . But i didnt because corporate will go after the one guy when its actually everyone in their . Honest relatable reviews go so much further ..my problem is why would you have a guy stand outside and solicit these services then charge customers if they arnt even going to do them just makes you wonder about air filters and every other offer ... hard to find a decent person to work on cars nowadays. Highly dissappointed, just get your oil changed or tires and get out dont take none of the extra offers .

Apparently Walmart never changed my oil because now my car says needs oil change and I went there on the 5th.. this isn t the first time they ve lied to us. Last year we went there with the van and one of our head lights was out.. (they didn t know that) so while they were changing our oil Kevin went and bought a light for the van. As we were checking out the mechanic came up to us and said we checked all the lights , everything is fine. I was hoping it was a one time thing but it appears to me that the people in the auto center LIE about doing any kind of work if they can get away with it. God forgive me if I m wrong for making that assumption.

Took a long time to do a simple install of my Jeep battery. However, they were nice and wiped down the interior when they finished.

Couldn't even plug a tire. Had to buy and plug myself in their auto parking lot. I would not trust my car with such inexperienced workers.
