I was in the market for a 3/4 ton truck for work and ended up re-uniting with my good friend, Jesse Senese, at Twin Lakes CDJR dealership and he helped me with the whole process more than I could have imagined. I went in there, we caught up, figured out my needs and wants for my future truck, and after some considerations, he introduced me to my new truck! Then after a lot of hard work from him and Seth Turner, we got the deal set! I really couldn't be happier. Not only does that turbo diesel Cummins engine have the power to get our jobs done at work, but it's even great for me to haul my whole family around in comfort. Everything I could have wanted and then some.

I went here for oil changes for my Jeep and would work with Becca in service. She was always very helpful. Because of the great service I always received I bought from this dealership as well. I worked with Kevan, Seth, and Mike for the trade of my vehicle and sale of a new vehicle for me. Everyone was friendly, knowledge and answered any questions I had during the process. I would recommend this dealership for sales and service.

Everyone was very professional, friendly and went above and beyond expectations to get us into the vehicle we wanted. We drove two hours not realizing the dealership closed at 3 on Saturday, arrived at 4 o'clock and didn't wrap up until 7. Everyone necessary to complete the transactions was willing to stay until we drove off the lot with our new vehicle. Javier was great to work with along with all involved.

Twin Lakes service department is absolutely the best. Cody Pugh s customer service is superior! Shawn Platteter knew how to pinpoint an engine issue within an hour that took another Dodge dealership over two weeks with no resolve for the problem. We will definitely be going back to service our Dodge vehicles at Twin Lakes! Thank you Twin Lakes for all your help!Mike Taylor

My fiance and I went in to look at a vehicle we had seen online. Jesse was our salesman and he had the car ready for a test drive when we got there. Price was a little bit higher than we wanted and our trade in couldn t get us where we needed to be but their manager and finance team met us halfway and we got the deal done. Appreciated not being ignored when it came to me haggling and they treated us like family. Jesse followed up the following week and asked us how we were enjoying the vehicle which was a nice touch. Most dealerships couldn t care less after they get the sale. Will definitely buy from these guys again. A+++ service and I d definitely pay a little more for that. Thanks again guys!!

The group of people there are great to work with. Kevan Biczo was amazing. He stood out in the rain after hours and listened to what we were looking for then worked hard to find us our truck! They went above and beyond to go get it for us. I will definitely be going back to them when I need another vehicle!

We just bought our used 2017 Chevy Colorado from Twin Lakes Chrysler Jeep and I couldn't of been more pleased and happy with how we were treated. Rylee Ward did a great job working with us and treated us very professional. We even got to know here and some about her family.A very sweet and kind young lady.Even though she was a newer sales person the other staff jumped right in to help her and made our experience wonderful.Thank you for all you did for us Rylee.I love my truck!!

Kevan did an awesome job getting me pictures and information on a Rebel truck I've been trying to find for months. Seth did a great job taking care of the paperwork and getting me out the door. I would definitely work with Twin Lakes again.

Got our new truck here by Jesse S. Had no issues and the process was very smooth. Got to test drive our truck before getting it. They were very patient with us and explaining the process in detail. Would recommend them anyday. :)

I highly recommend this dealership!!! The salesman Jesse and I were able to broker a deal via text messaging on a Monday. The next day, I drove 3.5 hours north to the dealership to trade my vehicle for a vehicle they had on their lot. Because of my busy schedule and needing to be back home, Jesse and other key employees arrived before the dealership opened ensuring I was back on the road as quickly as possible. When I arrived an hour before the dealership opened, I was not only given the opportunity to see the vehicle I was purchasing, but more importantly, I was invited inside the dealership to keep warm.This dealership bent over backwards for me!! They really did!!

My husband and I came in late on a weeknight and our salesman, Caden, helped us find the perfect vehicle for us! We walked away with a beautiful Grand Cherokee at a reasonable price. All of the managers and other salesman seem very kind as well. Two days later we came back to see Caden again and my husband walked away with a truck that suited our needs at a great price. Highly recommend the dealership and seeing Caden if you need a new vehicle!

Jesse was fantastic to work with! He is very knowledgeable, friendly, and does not pressure you into anything! Everyone that I dealt with at Twin Lakes were fantastic. I looked at a truck for just a few minutes on a Wednesday afternoon and talked to Jesse, the next day I called with some questions and he was off but Phil helped me. When my credit union needed a few things emailed to me Seth contacted me and got it done promptly. I picked it up Friday afternoon after basically doing the whole deal on the phone and email. Signed a few things with Seth and I was out the door. I live four hours away and had the best buying experience I have ever had! I highly recommend giving these three gentlemen a shot at your business. Thanks guys!

Curt was very friendly and helpful when it came to us looking for our new vehicle. We had contacted him several times about a few vehicles on the lot to gather information and he was never pushy when we said we were still looking around. When the perfect vehicle finally landed on their lot we made sure he got our business. The entire staff is extremely friendly and they make you feel very much like family the moment you walk in the door. We couldn t recommend Curt and the entire staff at Twin Lakes CDJR enough!
