Would be nice if they didn t sell junk cars. Sell a 16,000 dollar car and 3 days after purchasing it it s in the shop. Terrible way to run a business. Untrustworthy sales people. Would have been nice if they disclosed the information beforehand. Wouldn t send my worst enemy here to get a vehicle. You want to buy a lemon that you just throw your hard earned money in this is the place to go.

The lady's in office were very helpful and friendly. Even though says no warranty on vehicle I'm praying they'll fix something if goies wrong do right.

Amanda made my search for a different vehicle hassle free. And it is a vehicle that meets my needs with the kids. And with vehicles coming with a warranty I know I will always be worry free if anything would happen to need done to it. I would recommend Superior Auto to anyone that I know is looking for a vehicle.

We went to Superior Auto of Monticello in search of a vehicle cause our cars transmission was going out. The staff there went above and beyond to make the experience wonderful. Mandy was so fun to work with and made the whole process a breeze. They found a vehicle that we loved and worked hard to get the price down to where we could afford it. They even gave us a fair offer on our trade in and we couldn t be happier. I would highly recommend Superior Auto to anyone. I look forward to doing business with them again in the future for more vehicles.

I was very happy with my service here until the past few days. I have paid early on my vehicle and I am I had a couple of payments. I was told when I purchased the vehicle that if I missed a payment it would not affect me. Mind you I am paid a head on my account. I have been getting calls over and over again while I am at work from them stating that they are going to repossess my car. If I do not pay, I have only ever missed one payment and it is this current one, but as I stated before, I am paid ahead. I don t think it is right or fair to be told one thing, and then they act on the situation in the opposite manner I was told they would. I just do not agree that when I am paid ahead on my car, if I do not pay a current payment that they are going to repossess my vehicle. In addition, the staff was very rude over the phone. And I have never received such disrespect from. A place of business.

The WORST place to ever get a vehicle. Very rude staff. 4 days behind and they come tow my car call to at least get my kids things out and personal information out of the glove compartment they won't even let me do that. I don't want the car it's junk has been since day 1. They fix them up long enough for you to drive off the lot then it's on you. Do NOT recommend unless your very wealthy and can afford to put thousands into it like we had to. GO ELSEWHERE there's plenty of good car lots out there.

Ashley was amazing. And they need to bring her back.I think Theresa at the monticello superior auto forgot that we are customers and we are her paycheck. If we are expected to follow the contract she should have to as well. She also has been making up rules as she goes. With this being said I would like to go further into detail of what is going on. I have never been late on a payment. I forgot to make my payment bcuz I didn't realize it was friday. Theresa showed up to my house first thing Saturday morning rude as heck to me. Then the following week i didn't have the money to pay my payment due to having issues with my bank; theresa came to my house threatening me in front of my 5 year old. Saying that she will be taking my car whether it's in my garage or not. And that she will be back Monday if I don't have insurance on my cosigner when my contract states I only have t this is my 2nd vehicle from them and never had an issue the first time. Im just annoyed and feel completely disrespected.o have it on my car. It gets old.

The Monticello store has always done right by me, but lately they have gone above and beyond and been exceedingly awesome! Seth and Mandy are great! No doubt they know what they are doing!

My name is Christopher Hillman, about a year ago I had an amazing experience, I purchased a Chevy HHR, love the car, the people there are amazing I would highly recommend doing business with them. This will be my second vehicle with them, so go check them out.

I really like doing business at the Monticello Superior Auto, Inc the people that work there are great, friendly, and go out of their way to make sure that you the customer is happy and they call you by your first name. Never have a problem. The group of individuals at our local Superior Auto are the best of the bunch. Every vehicle I get has has minor problems but with used cars which ones don't. The Team members there are always happy and helpful. Just updated our older car for a newer SUV. Will be back if ever another vehicle is ever needed.

Rip off! I paid for the car three times over! They were real nice until the end. I made every payment on time. At the end of the payment arrangement I asked for another week and I would just pay it all off. The kind people there said if I didn t pay the payment they would repo my car. Really? After I ve already paid $12,000 on it? So I made the payment. It s just the fact that I was almost done paying it off and they couldn t wait a week to get the full amount owed. A week later they received the last $1200 dollars. I m glad I am done with this company. If you don t want to get ripped off; stay away from superior auto communist company.

They dont deserve even one star. I bought a car from them. I had my wallet stolen and had no way to pay them till Friday they came to my job in the middle of the night and took it. I live a hour drive away and they have left me stranded at work with no way home. This is the most horrible experience I have ever had buying a vehicle in my life. Buyer beware they are crooks and have no compassion for anyone or anything. Do yourself a favor dont but from them unless you want to be screwed.

If I where able to give this establishment if that is what you want to call it a negative star rating i would. There vehicles are lemons. My wife has gotten two from there and both where junk shortly after purchasing. They have also double charge our bank account twice the first time almost leaving us stranded 250miles from home and also overdrew our account. (if not for a family member wiring us the money to get back home we would have been stranded) And now this time they double charged our account (unauthorized again) right before christmas leaving our 8 year old son without the christmas he deserves. I hope you all can sleep at night knowing that your negligence and unprofessionalism has taken a little boys christmas away from him.

My girlfriend bought a car from them yesterday not only did they over charge her for what the car is really worth the car it self didn t even run next morning when we had to go to work and all they could say is take it to a mechanic to see what s wrong with it.... definitely the last time I will ever speak of this place in a good way ever again.
