It's an auto parts store. They seem to currently have the better selection of tools and basic parts on hand in Monticello. Just like everyone else, they seem to have to order anything slightly odd. The staff is friendly.

Just met a Damon Wallace that is a new employee in Monticello IN. Very knowledgeable and extremely polite, even sold me on some new wipers and installed them for me.

Check prices! Just with two items, I was overcharged $26 for the same brand product vs' buying from Auto Zone.Also, the employees' attitudes could use a refresher!

Although it seems a bit more expensive than some parts stores, the employees are very friendly and helpful. They helped me check my engine codes on my old Obd1 car

They were very helpful, explaining different things to me on fone. He came out and tested my truck for free to make sure I had right parts. Very nice workers

Have been in there twice for parts. First time I was wanting battery cables. Guy couldn t find them. I finally did while he talked on the phone. Tried to pay for them finally left them on the counter and left. Second time I went in nobody in the front. Went and picked up what I wanted. Waited at counter. Had to yell to see if any body around. Lady from back answered. Said she was busy. Left parts on counter and left. Went to rural king and paid half the price. Worst auto parts store in monticello. And high priced

I have to give these guys props! Austin seemed very knowledgeable and very helpful. They had to bring parts from out of town which arrived the next morning. I really appreciate the help.

I have an auto shop now for quite some time and when they first opened I set up an account and they have been very awesome meeting the needs that I have asked of them they are very family oriented I'm in there quite often and the staff that greets you when you walk in they are friendly and helpful if they can't figure something out they work together to find what I'm looking for I would recommend orielys to anyone they have good quality parts I send my friends and family there all the time all the staff knows me by first name and I know them by first name if there was more stars to click on they would be clicked

Went there to purchase something and asked if they would price match Advance's 30% off online order and store pick up. They said no so Advance had what I needed so I ordered it from there and picked it up 20 minutes later at 30% off.
