I called Tall Timbers Parts amd Service department today to inquire about the availability of a part. I was informed by a very rude parts technician that they are not accepting phone calls right now and if I want to check on the availability of the part that I need to become in between 10 and three. So in order for me to find out if they have the part that I need I have to drive 45 minutes and be there in person because their THREE parts employees on staff weren t accepting phone calls today. The technician hung up on me before I finished talking and was very rude and dismissive. I would not recommend them to anyone for any reason. Horrible customer relations and all together rude.

End of season my 2015 legacy ulterra trolling motor was stuck in stow position. I called and Larry said to bring it in, bring it all including the foot control I never use. Two weeks time he had added 3 updates to motor and it was running. Minn-Kota took care of parts and labor. When I picked it up was still hooked up in shop and he run through all the functions. Quick repair, pleasent to work with, highly recommend for a minn-Kota service center.

These guys are awesome, they wrapped my boat for winter which came out great. Then this year when I opened my boat and got it running had a problem brought it there that day within a couple days Emerson contacted me with multiple parts trying to save me money. Stayed in contact with me the whole time and fixed a couple extra things while it was there no charge. Great guys to talk to a very fair and honest I recommend them all day everyday!
