I bought my 97 GMC Sierra ext cab from them in the middle of December. Everything about the sale was great, I was treated with respect, and they let us check over the truck on our own with out being pushy. The price negotiation was fair and I was satisfied with the truck! At the time there wasn t any reason to complain. As I noticed I was getting pretty close to my 45 day temporary registration expiring, (approximately 10 days left)I called Molter Auto Sales just to check up on the title to the truck and I was politely informed they haven t received it yet and I would be notified as soon as it came in. I respected what they said and assumed they would handle it. 10 days goes by, I don t have a title to the truck, my temp registration is expired, and I have a truck that legally can not be driven.I called the dealership back on the next business day to explain my issue, and then I was informed that the title had been lost, or possibly mailed elsewhere and they would figure it out whether they found it or had a duplicate title created for me. I continued to stay respectful about the situation.7 days go by and I still haven t hear back on what is going on so I call them again. Now I get informed after I had to call them, that they had applied for a duplicate title for me on the previous Friday and it would be roughly a week long process. At the same time they do offer to let me use a dealer plate so I can continue driving the truck, but remember I m an hour away. I shouldn t have to spend 2 hours driving just to borrow a plate that I shouldn t have to use in the first place. I received a call later the same week and get informed that my original title had been located and it would be mailed out to me along with a check to cover the late fee for the registration at the BMV.Today, roughly 60 days after purchasing the truck my title comes in WITHOUT a check to cover the late fee.Again, extremely happy with the truck! Not happy with the customer service!

First of all, their sales people are the typical lying pushy used car salesman you see on television. They will say anything to make a sale including lying to your face. They will only sell you the vehicles they want to sell you and nothing that you are interested in. The guy tried to put me into a red chevy pickup for 14,500 but told me I couldn't get approved for another car that was 11,500. When i asked about the check engine lights being on for the truck and cars that I looked at, I was told it was from them sitting, which i knew was a lie. Turns out it is due to valve being stuck open in the manifold on the car that I bought. On top of that, the left front brake caliper locked up, rotors were warped, neutral safety switch went out, water pump went out, inner and outer tie rods were shot, tires were all mix and match and had to be replaced, headlights are yellow and look like someone took steel wool to them. All within about 6 months of buying the car.Now I get that some of this is just routine maintenance but things like the caliper tierods and check engine light should have been checked before they sold the car. They deffinately should have told me what the issues were when I was asking and not lied to me about it. So No. I would not recomend them to anyone. I would not have gone through them myself if it wasnt for the fact the jeep I was driving needed alot of work and was just a little worse off than the car I am buying.

So I bought a $20000 Truck drove it from Monticello to North Judson then went to drive it to work and the truck died on me they did pay for the repairs so I ll give them some credit for that but when I bought the truck they did not give me a title application they said it would come in the mail so a month later nothing I I sent them several texts and they avoided me. So I called the Bank the loan is through and the dealer lied to the bank claimed they sent the application to the BMV so I had to get the application through email. Pay that kinda money and and this dealership can t even get the title work right. Then they Lie to the bank never will do business here again

Best place in Indiana to buy a used vehicle hands down!!! I recently purchased a mini cooper, this is my second purchase from this dealership. My previous purchase was an HHR that I drove for 5 years. I was offered a vehicle service contract as well as GAP insurance with both vehicles. Its always a risk when buying a used vehicle as no one can predict when a break down will occur so I took both. After reading the previous reviews I am curious why they wouldn't have done the same...I know it's offered.

Car experienced issues directly after buying it, including a check engine light. Molter's refused to help in any way and only cared about getting their money. They constantly tried contacting me for their money even though I had to use the money to fix the car I just bought.

Bought a truck and 3 days later the breaks went out. Turns out the lines was rusted away.. for 15k that should not have been an issue. I would not recommend to anyone.

Car died during test drive they had to come and jump start the car and sales man refused to admit that there was a problem said "for the price there are no problems with the vehicle. you dont know anything about being a mechanic do you" Very rude and short when he realized i wasn't buying.

Cars were very nice but was disappointed that the sales person didnt disclose everything about the car until we said something about it. They should tell everything up front so the buyer knows everything.

Terrible experience, hand shake on a price and then he back's out of it. I decided to except his price and get the truck home and the transmission goes out. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!
