I made an appointment a week in advance to drop off. My vehicle to have all the fluids changed and new tires. Put on, it dropped it off the day they told me too and went back at 5 o'clock to pick up my truck and they said they never got to do anything to it that they need it. For a few more days and I picked it up and went somewhere else. I was very disappointed.

Have always had a wonderful experience with this dealership! Had a great experience when we purchased my car back in September. It was a quick and easy purchase process. Even when we had a few hiccups when plating it, they stepped up and helped, making sure that we had everything we needed so when we could move forward, we and the BMV had everything they needed! Service has always been wonderful, too! They've made it so I don't feel crazy when my car makes any strange sounds and work hard to figure things out. They always give me a well thought out explanation as to what's going on that I can understand! I'm thankful for this facility and all who work here!

I have bought cars from Hubbard GM for years. I keep coming back because of the great deals and awesome people there. Their service is second to none, and I truly appreciate the relationship. If you are in the market for a car or need to get one fixed, there is no better place to take it.

On February 14th, 2024, my Ford truck broke down, making a horrible noise. This dealer was the closest place to stop for a mechanic. The service receptionist understood this was an emergency for me. She got two mechanics to look at it for me. They not only knew immediately that a spark plug had blown out, they got me on my way!

Had a great experience buying a car here. Went in to look at a 2008 Acura rdx and I walked out with the car I wanted. The sales person (camron) was very helpful and very friendly. He showed us exactly what we asked for. They explained all of the details and how they came up with their numbers for the price. Even gave us a 2 year 175,000 mile warranty on the car that covers majority of the vehicle. They even did a complementary oil change before I picked up the car that day. We have had the car for about a month now with no mechanical issues at all. Found a few cosmetic issues here and there, but nothing I am at all worried about. It is all easy to fix. All in all, it was a great experience. We will be returning in the future I am sure. Thank you all.

5 star service with the collision department as always! They did a fantastic job repairing my vehicle after an accident and had it back in my possession in just a week! They went above and beyond and my vehicle looks brand new inside and out! Enterprise also made my rental experience easy and enjoyable. Thanks guys!

Great place to purchase a new car. Sales staff is esay to work with & GM had a great 0% finance offer on certain new vehicles. I have been waiting for a year on the Ford wait list for a new Maverick small pickup truck. Instead I have a new Buick with more technology than I can handle.

Good place overall to do business. Took an hour, maybe hour and a half to get me financed at a good rate and down the road. Ron Byrd has especially been helpful with figuring out some minor issues for me with my vehicle a few weeks after purchase, hard to find that from a salesperson nowadays.

FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!I was in a jamb and stranded 300 miles from home. After getting towed 25 miles to the dealership, Kim & Vanessa rushed me in and got me out just before closing. I was back on the road 100 minutes after arriving at the dealership and they somehow turned an awful situation into a manageable ordeal.Thank you Kim! Thank you Vanessa!

I use Hubbard's for all my auto needs. They are professional and courteous. The shuttle is great when you need a lift to get your car or get home after drop off.

They repaired my car. Someone had backed into both the front & back doors on the same side of my car. They did a great job on both of my doors! I would recommend them!!

Quick oil change. Everyone was properly masked. I felt safe in the waiting room, with no others. Hubbard's have great customer service and experience.

Our truck broke down in another town call them and know hesitation and sent some young man out and picked us up I have breathing problems and oxygen was running out and it was so hot We were so thankful the young man was so polite and kind thanks to all.

Well they claim guaranteed credit and yet after all my information I was denied from guaranteed credit. So don't believe what they are saying. Nothing is guaranteed except taxes and death.
