Not crowded, the new building is really nice, we go there for our lawnmowers and they always have what we need. We bought our mowers from them and never had any issues. Employees are very nice and professional. If you have questions on "how to" they always answer them and even get a mechanic if needed. Definitely recommend.

Dropped off my tractor to have fluids changed.They did a great job and also gave it a good washing.Good service people were very kind

These people at this location are great, and I mean great, we had a belt brake on our John Deere gt235 mower, they went over and above the call of duty to help my wife get her mower going again. I would not hesitate to go back here and do business with them in the future. The lady in there service department is a very helpful and professional.

I went in there to have stihl saw fixed that has a short spark plug wire. They were super nice . Guy took it back and got the saw going and told me if I had anymore problems to bring it back and it would be covered. I ran for a few months and problem came back . They sent the saw off and got it fixed no charge . They also helped me with a broken weed eater string once! Super people ! I will do business there again !

I love this place for parts for my john deere mower. Prices are fair and people are friendly and helpful. Everytime I have been there for parts there is someone ready to assist me as soon as I walk in. They have always had the part I need so far and I keep finding them cheaper than online. I will continue to go here for parts as long as I have my john deere mower. I also bought a stihl leaf blower from here at the begining of the year and I am NOT dissapointed with it. The waranty on them is exceptionally good as well. It was a decent price and runs better than any other leaf blower I have used so far. I can't wait to do more business with them in the future.

Went to pick up parts for our mower. One employee behind the counter on the phone with a customer. He acknowledged me when he put the customer on hold. About 3-4 minutes later another employee came out, blew his nose then finally came over to ask how he could help me. Overall not a great experience. I was the only customer in the front area & it took approximately 5 +/- minutes for anyone to ask me what I needed, with dirty hands. I guess it's still a man's world for them?

Excellent service on mowing equipment. They just saved me over $200. Thought I needed new starter. Mouse had chewed wiring. I appreciate honesty in service personnel.

Parts for the trimmers are in a total different building where they sell trimmers. Barley have anything in Stock, Customer service there is barley to non. Wouldn't recommend this place, I would take the 5 min drive down the road to Phoenix lawn and garden they had everything you need all the show room with great friendly people that would be glad to help you with your questions or LAWNCARE needs

I own a John Deere L120 mower. I got it used with the house that I purchased. When I needed to do yearly maintenance on my mower I found out that you could buy maintenance kit for it. I was surprised to find that there was a John Deere store a mile from my house. They have maintenance kits for variety of John Deere mowers. They also sell John Deere mowers and a lot more.
