Whenever my wife and I have gone there the staff is friendly and ready to help. They are very patient when you take a long time to decide what you want and answer any questions you have. We love this store. We will always continue to shop there.

They went out of the way to get the thing that I needed from them which I will not say yet because it s gonna be Christmas time and my nephew may check this out, so LOL thank you for your service, and I will keep doing business with you. The staff was amazing. I needed a new washer and dryer set after moving and finding out my set wouldn t fit in the new house. They worked their butts off to get a stack kit for our new set and get it delivered. Daisha is awesome!!!

I have done business with American rental for a few years, I have furnished my whole house, from furnishings, to computers, I have only had one issue and they were right on it , I have no complaints, Ive been very happy with the company and as for the employees here in Monticello at American rental, they are fantastic people, they treat you as family, joke and laugh with you, and go above and beyond customer service. I love them.

We came in at the last minute of the day needing a fridge. They stayed open and served us. Then the delivery guys even offered to bring the fridge that night. They where AWESOME.

The office ladies are very friendly and laid back, so you can talk to them like you have known them for years and the delivery guys are two of the most courteous and friendly people I have ever met. They showed true concern of my home and my possessions. Kudos to all.

My hubby called them and the lady was nice over the phone. A couple hours later we stopped in and let me tell you we are walking out with a nice monthly plan and furniture!! the lady was super nice through the whole process. We will continue to go to American Rental in the future

Very friendly easy to get things from. Clean and nice building and appliances. I got stove, fridge and washer and dryer here love my items I got. Delivery guys are friendly and careful with your house. I will go to them again once I pay off what I have with them.

I bought a living room suit with a extra recliner. I love the furniture but I had a problem with the recliner that came with the set.i notified them with the problem and they came and got it Sent it out to fix and still wasn't right so they took it back and sent a new one in its place. Haven't had any problems since. Couldn't be more happy with my purchase and everyone who comes over love it. Very comfortable also.

I walked into American Rental with a warm welcome. After filling out a surprisingly simple application I was helped out by a very nice woman named Tana. She helped me picked out my items, we talked about how everything worked, she explained to me the lease agreement and sent me on my way. I had my items in just a couple days and couldn t be any happier. Definitely would tell anyone who needs any kind of big ticket item to go in and see Tana, you ll get amazing service and won t walk out feeling ripped off.

I am disabled and everyone went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed I would definitely recommend American rental to everybody I will never go anywhere else my experience was great

Sign says opens at 9am. I'm sitting here and its 9:10 the door is still locked. Called their number no answer. Taking my business elsewhere!I even went and ate breakfast next door. When we were done they were finally open. Went inside and walked around looking at furniture. We were not even greeted by the salesman or did he even speak at all the whole time we were there. I'll never go back. If I could give 0 stars I would.
