So I go here for my oil changes, tires and repairs. I had my rear pinion seal replaced 12/15 and the rear end went out less than 2 weeks later. The tow guy came from Decatur to pick up my car today and tow it to them in Monroe. I hope that they fix the problem and keep up the good service. I miss my car already. It shouldn't have failed but I'm sure they'll make it right. That's why I keep going all the way down to Monroe

If you have a long wheel base be prepared to play hell especially if they put you in dock 4. They have 2 docks about 20 feet down that would be a lot easier to back in to, but instead they make you back into the one that s between buildings and has a curb that you constantly have to run over to get backed in. Will not come back for delivery

Very quick service taking off and replacing four semi trailer tires and reinstalling yhem. Plus all of the crew was helpful and friendly! Highly recommended location!!!

If I had trouble backing in a Company truck , if you have a long hood you have no chance getting in this place especially if you re put in dock 4 .

Called for an Alignment with my tires and the guy behind the phone was extremely rude. He was having an attitude with me when I was simply asking on how much an alignment cost. I had no attitude back with him and just calmly said thank you and hung up. I will never come back for service if all your employees will do is hate their job and be rude to their customers. All I wanted was a price on what I wanted, and all I got was a rude employee with an attitude. Not pleased at all!

The customer service is awesome & efficient! With a lawn mower tire, I was in & out in 10 mins. once I had the tire! They are quick, friendly, and the customer comes first!

Don't bother filling out an on-line quote sheet, they don't read beyond your contact info. Did not get the size of tires I requested on the quote, did not receive the service requested. After completing the service, the vehicle came out with an airbag warning light that necessitated another service call to fix.

Went in for alignment job mechanic tried selling me 700 in parts and they were not bad after second opinion from other mechanic I suggest anyone taking thier vehicles thier gets 2 opinions before letting them repair.

Came in from Huntington @ 5PM & they did a great job at the end of their day to change all 4 tires on the car hauler for us. Thanks guys
