This dealership was a throw back, the owner gave us a little tour, we are car people, old thunderbird out back, we stopped in the look at the new Mustang, and this place is so cute! Has the feel of a old dealership, and it was neat to see!

We have purchased a vehicle here, bought tires, and received other service too. We love the family atmosphere and have always been treated well. The building does need some updates badly and the front area is a little awkward with no one out front all the time. I just give a shout and can get someone out there, although it's best just to call ahead.

Friendly, professional and courteous! Quickly diagnosed the airconditioner problem on my 2011 Escape. Part ordered, and repaired in 2 days! Highly recommend!

I was on my way to Chicago to catch an international flight to the Netherlands when the snow build-up on the road broke the shield on the bottom of my car. It began dragging and collecting snow. I stopped at Gutwein Motor, and the staff had me back on the road in no time. They were incredibly understanding and helpful. I made it to my flight on-time, I don't know what I would've done if I hadn't been fortunate enough to stumble upon this gem of a business!

My wife and I highly recommend Gutwein Ford for new and pre-owned vehicles and any repair work that needs to be done. They are honest, communicate very well and keep great service front and center.

We purchased a work van from Gutwein Motor in 2020 and our salesman did an excellent job. The transaction was a breeze. Two weeks ago, we called twice to inquire about a car and the salesman said he didn't know if it was on the lot, he would have someone look and call back. He never did. Called again a few days later and a different salesman said someone was test driving it. Never called to follow up with us. The car is still listed on their website. We purchased one at Dobson Ford in Winamac. They were happy to sell us a car.

Took my fianc�e s care there on Monday they called me and told me what they found so we said fix it and they said it should be done by Tuesday or Wednesday at the latest called them Wednesday they said oh we need more parts so it ll be tomorrow morning and then they never called and never called finally I called and they need a new plug cause something chewed on the wires why didn t the mechanic see that in the beginning of the take apart. I thought about going to them for my next purchase but if the sales is like the service I ll go deal with Steve at Jim Dobson s in Winamac

Been here several times for oil changes, but the last time was for warranty work. They took care of my car, gave me a loaner to drive. Very helpful, friendly, and professional.

Nothing in life is perfect, I know that. But, the service manager, Scott here doesn't. Demanding perfection & not accounting for uncontrollable variables in any customer service situation is what I observed here. If fast equals good to you, then this is your first choice in Ford automotive care. If safety & quality is what you want, Jim Dobson in Winamac or Best in Knox are probably your better choices.

Fixed recall on my car a month sooner than expected. Questions answered and didn't mind me calling to find out updated before they had parts. If I am looking to buy a car I will visit there lot. Salesman was not pushy when I was looking.

I get my car serviced here every couple months. Prices are reasonable and they let me know if something needs repaired. No need to look elsewhere.
