Excellent Service!! Techs are quick and VERY thorough with repairs. The labor bill was a little off from what was discussed, but it was made right!!!!Absolutely would give 6 stars if I could!!

These guys I would recommend lot is a litte small,But the service is awsome they know what their doing if not they wouldn't have a full lot for people to get trailer and trucks worked on

They don't deserve any stars. They charged $502.00 for making an 87 mile round trip and the only thing they did was replaced the bad tire on the trailer withe the spare that was under the trailer. They should be ashamed to charge that much. They didn't even have to get their jack out or remove the wheel all he did was have me back up on some boards so the outside tire would be off the ground and replaced it like that.

The tech that showed up was very polite and very quick.Had a little snag with the part needed but was easily resolved and when the needed item was available within 10 minutes my truck was fixed and ready to roll.Very impressed with there service and I will be going back to them for future work to be done on my semi, thank you for the patience and help your repairman showed even with it raining.

They are great. My truck broke down right there and they got me in and going in no time. They didn't take advantage of the situation and gouge on the cost. I definitely recommend themAnd I love this guy he is awesome.

Was broken down 10 miles out of French Lick. (Middle of nowhere). Took a bit for them to show, but that's understandable. They were dispatched from AAA. Super courteous, and helpful. Carried me and my van to Indianapolis, 113 miles, quickly and comfortably. Even stopped and we got a pop!Highly recommend!

I had an air dryer malfunction fault code light showing in the display paneI of my 16 Volvo 780. I took the truck in to Knowles to have the air dryer filter changed. They charged me $70.95, which I feel is a very fair price. I then drove to the TA in Seymour and noticed the light had returned. Dave told me to come back so they could read the fault codes with the computer. I returned on Monday, left the truck running so the code would not disappear again, and one of the mechanics read the code. They told me I would have to take the truck to Volvo as they were not equipped to deal with the issue. I was charged $100.00 for the fault code reading.As a Mercer driver my conclusion is this: Knowles is a good shop for having basic maintenance and repairs done on your truck if you already know specifically what you want done. I feel they do go good work and are very fair in this regard. However, I don t recommend them for brand specific (Kenworth, Peterbuilt, Volvo, International, etc) diagnostics. You may spend $100.00 only to take your truck to a brand specific shop/dealership anyhow.I took the truck to a Volvo dealership and it turned out the issue was as simple as an ECM reset, which only Volvo can do.

The guy I called and take to was very rude and very very disrespectful did not even care about even trying to help just wanted money for tow bill before could get anything out of my daughters car that was in a wreck .I would not recommend this company one dang bit .I will tell everyone to call Michaels
