I wish I could rate this a ZERO. My car was there for 2 weeks. When I went to to pick my car up, I paid, they pulled my car in and when I looked inside the car had clearly been vandalized. The person who pulled my car in didn't notice this? There's noone that looks at the car before I'm told it's ready to pick up? The response even from the service manager was Oh sorry we've had a rash of break ins. REALLY???

Had no issues with them at all! Really friendly and helpful. They were able to get me scheduled quickly, and diagnose my car. Also called me as soon as the part I needed came in!

Nice service advisor, Cindy, is very helpful and pleasant.Unfortunately some things are out of her control like exorbitant pricing.$30 for a tire rotation? Anywhere else I have ever been if it isn't included with an oil chance, it is no more than $10.Real easy to run a very high tab here just on basic maintenance services.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Auto maintenance, Oil change

The dealer doesn t seem to be able to troubleshoot the issue that you had when you brought the car in. My car supposed to be in there for one day and it end up to be 5 days. Just like the other reviews said they can t get the right part for some reason. I m disappointed with the mechanics there that couldn t figure it out what was wrong with my car. After I took my car back and spent $1300 to fixed it. They didn t fixed the issue that I had before I brought it in at all. I took it back to the dealer and 3 days later still didn t get the answer. If you are willing to not having a car for this long period and spent the money without knowing that the issue will be fixed please try to use this dealer.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Brake service & repair

Edit** Gurley Leeps Dept Manager Nate reached out to me in order to best fix and understand the sitution which was MUCH appreciated after the run around to getting the correct answers for the issue with our vehicle. Nate was extremly genuine and professional handling our situation and went above and beyond to help resolve our issue. I would highly recommend when using Gurley Leeps service department to keep extremely detailed notes on the status of your vehicles in between a diagnostic and throughout the entire process of communication with the Service advisors/mechanics to best assure all questions are asked, info is clear and everyone is on the same page.Original review-Lied to back and forth and could never actually get a manager after asking the service assistants. Too much miscommunication and lack of professionalism.

My experience was awful. Customer Service Representative was not knowledgeable about what services they provide. I found this I out after I dropped my car off. They had to out source my car. It's been 2 weeks and counting without my car.

It took 2 trips to Gurley Leep for them to figure out mt catalytic converter was bad then it took them a month and a half to get one then it was the wrong one finally when I picked up my car and it was 20 � outside they had the window down for some reason it must of snowed inside and melted making it smell inside then the inside of my windows were all fogged up
