Worst company ever to deal with. Called several times with a windshield issue.. one person told us one thing another person something different. Called first time because heads up was blurry, was told they could recalibrate, we told them the windshield we had previously was a different tint than we had before. They begged to differ.. so we told them we were getting it tinted before the recalibrate. They never told us not too. Needless to say when we called back they said they can t recalibrate.. it s needs a new windshield! Come replace it and it s the same tint as the one we had replaced originally.. but now my rain sensor doesn t work and they won t refund for the tint we had or cover the cost to return. Stephanie the manager stated they never show any calls the frist time.. and her staff would never tell anyone they can recalibrate. She not not very concerned or apologetic. Had they put the correct windshield in the first time, there would have been no issues. Very bad customer service in my opinion.

Called for quote..call center person couldn't find a 2002 Blazer in her system...and couldn't get the vin number right 4 times...was rude and then hung up on me.

Amanda is amazing. My new car needed a rear glass that was unavailable anywhere. Amanda found me one, and coordinated with the local autobody shop to get it installed. Amanda will work hard to accommodate your unique situation. I am a very picky person, especially when you re dealing with my $91,000 new car. Quality Glass did a great job for me. They came through when Safelite let me down. Price was surprising reasonable and work was fast. Jerry even did a bit of extra work that was not even part of the deal. When I need any glass for my car or home I will no doubt visit them again. They go above and beyond for customers which is rare anymore.

Ordered the wrong size windows and then charged me for their mistake and refused to make it right. Not to mention the windows were not sealed correctly and I had to repair myself. Would not recommend to anyone.

For someone looking for a job...they have an opening right now. To get your car fixed...they are dependable. They sell bathroom items...just walk in and look them over!

Great service and very honest. They repaired the stone chip on my windshield 3 yrs ago and it still looks perfect.
