Scheduled an appointment for my breaks to be done same day. Got a call a few minutes later seeing if I could come in sooner which actually helped out a ton. Logan was my service advisor and he explained everything and showed me everything he was suggesting. Main word there suggesting. There was no pressure to get anything other than what I had come in for. They quoted me out for all the repairs and did my brakes and rotors for a great price. Both gentleman working the counter were outstanding!

5 Stars at Midas in Mishawaka! Stopped in to have a nail removed from my son's tire. I haven't been to Midas in about a year, I noticed right away that there has been a change in management. Kelly helped me, was friendly, well-spoken and was able to get me in Asap, and out within 20 minutes. Definitely would be back!Thanks Kelly! Keep up the good work!

Super great service. Came in at 12 to get brakes and rotors and my car was done after 2 pm. The men in there were super kind and explained everything to me. Definitely will be coming back.

Logan and Kevin were amazing! They helped me figure out what was wrong with my car and explained it so that I could understand. I also didn t have to wait forever to get an oil change like most places and they even did a diagnostic to in less than 30 minutes!

Can t thank these guys enough. Had 3 total flats on the way to Michigan & back and we were left hopeless from other tire shops in the area. We had been traveling all night & they were open at 730 they were the 5th store we went to and went above and beyond for us!!!!! Would recommend this place and we don t even live in this state!! Explained process thoroughly and took us back there to see another problem we were having. Even went to get tires for us 15 minutes down the road!!!!

This location came highly recommended from a friend who knows how to spot a good mechanic. They were fair and didn't try to oversell me. The correspondence was quick and the work was good. I don't look forward to needing another trip to get car work done, but if I did I would call Midas Mishawaka again.

Cody and his team at Midas were excellent. They got me in same day and were able to help me with a brake flush. I'm in town from Arizona for an event with the Supra. Only shop willing to get hands on with my car. Showed care for my vehicle and took their time getting it done properly.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

Midas was so quick and efficient! I had my truck towed there on a Sunday, and they diagnosed and fixed the problem by noon on Monday. Will definitely be coming back!

I cannot say enough good things about the Mishawaka Midas location. The manager, along with the entire crew, was friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I called multiple tire/brake stores in the area and was quoted over $800 and a week out!! The mishawaka Midas got it done SAME DAY for less than half of that!! I even called the South Bend Midas, which is 15 minutes closer to me and still chose this location purely because of how the manager treated me on the phone. When in store, he worked diligently to help guests, his team, and phone calls during a very busy afternoon. EVERYONE at this location was kind and informative to every guest they helped. Good job!!!!!

Sunroof was stuck on way to NY. Stopped here in Indiana Matt manager was gracious and offered to have Anthony come out and look it 5 mins later I was on my way to NY. Highly recommend friendly and professional

These folks are amazing! Needed exhaust work on my wife s Saturn Ion on a Saturday afternoon, they got me right in, repaired the exhaust, did an oil change and replaced a faulty turn signal. Do not go here. Had my breaks done. On the way home there was an awful scraping noise. Called and took it back. Something underneath got bent while they were doing the breaks.Took my car here again a few weeks later ( thought things happen so give them another chance) to get the rear main seal replaced. They were 2k cheaper then anyone else. And was told my starter housing unit needed done as well and it was in shambles . I m not a car expert but I know a thing or two. just had a weird feeling. Told them no not right now and left. Did some research and crawled under my car to look around. Found the starter. Super easy to get to and see. IT WAS FINE! it was not in shambles. It didn t even have a crack anywhere on it. I also confirmed this with a few other people who work on cars. Also my car is still leaking oil. So yeah, not sure if that s just residual or what. Time will tell. But I m not going back there .

Probably the best tyre shop in Mishawaka. They were completely honest with me about the problem with tyre and told me it need nothing but a minor adjustment. Did not charge me a dime. Awesome service.Service: TiresService: Tires

Friendly staff when I went in. Put my car on the lift and 20min later adv they weren't able to change my oil, bec they didn't have filters in stock. They asked me to come back the next day to have it done. I had something come up and couldn't go back, so I had to go elsewhere.

You should definitely think twice before ever stepping into this business. My mother-in-law came here this past Saturday to get a second opinion about her rear brake pads needing replaced. The employee comes out and tells her she needs front brake work done and that now her two front calipers are seized and quoted her over $2,000 in repairs and says that her car is now undrivable after she drove it there and everything was fine. When she called a tow truck to have it towed somewhere else to have the work done that she needed they refused to give her the car keys to her own car. She finally was able to get them and have her car towed to a place that did just the rear pads, rotors and said that he front pads are at 7mm which are in the green. So they lied to her trying to get thousands of dollars out of her. This place is a total scam!

Cody is the store manager at this location. He and his staff are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The store is clean with a calm atmosphere. The inspection of my vehicle was thorough and complete. I was informed of all work that is needed for my car and I was presented with options for payment. I truly could not have asked for better customer service. I highly recommend this Midas location to all who need car service.

They were amazing. They were able to get us in quickly (well staffed). This place will fix your car problems, but you better have a game plan when you go inside, because they will try to pull every penny that they can get out of you. I suggest getting an estimate of your problem from somewhere else, maybe two, and then take it to Midas for their fast service. That's one thing I do love is that they usually let you pull right in without an appointment.
