Thoroughly enjoyed the buying experience. Which is something that I m not sure I ve ever said before about buying a car. Jacob was our salesperson and was great to work with. Exceeded my expectations.

I bought my vehicle from you guys almost two years ago. Salesperson sold me a platinum warranty on my car and since that day I have had to use that warranty twice already. First time was for an axle boot that needed to be replaced due to leaking grease and second issue was cover of some sort due to an oil leak in my engine. Second time I brought my vehicle in to get serviced for the issue I dropped it off the night before. Next morning I call to see if my vehicle had been checked in and they said it had not been checked in. So I decide to be patient and understanding until they call me telling me they're checking my car in and getting ready to take it in to get looked at. Cool sounds great. I get off work and call them but no response and straight tovoice-mail. So i head to the dealership and what do i find? My vehicle sitting in the same spot i parked it in the previous night. I walk in and I ask what's the situation with my car and they tell me it hasn't been checked in and they are low on people to do check ins due to a couple people quitting. Fast forward they finally get my car in back to get checked out quick and tell me they need to order the part and it will be in the next day. Got that all done finally after the hassle I dealt with. Well now I find the very same axle boot needs replaced once again due to it leaking grease. I am beyond tired of dealing with this dealership because at this point I feel like I have to get it in every six months to get the same stuff fixed again and again on top of an oil change.

I arrived at this dealership wanting to look at a selection of new vehicles and the instant I turned into the lot my car was swarmed by multiple sales associates. My vehicle wasn t even stopped or in a parking spot! They were tapping on my windows and gesturing for me to roll down my windows. This extremely aggressive sales approach made me incredibly uncomfortable, that I promptly left and went to a different dealership. I won t be returning.

My salesman, David, was absolutely amazing. He was so accommodating and awesome to talk to. I felt like he really had a genuine interest in what exactly I wanted. Customer service for everyone in the building is a 10/10. So glad I decided to work with this company as opposed to others I also had options at. AMAZING DEALERSHIP ALL AROUND!

The whole team is very helpful. They had fixed several of my family's cars. Recently they replaced my Dodge charger, air bags problem. They did a wonderful job. They even made a video explaining everything they did. As well of letting me know what other parts I need to replace..awesome job guys !!

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with the service department at Michiana Jeep dealership, and I must say that it was one of the most disappointing and frustrating encounters I have ever had. The level of lack of communication, rudeness, and sheer incompetence displayed by my service advisor was truly astonishing.First and foremost, the lack of communication was absolutely appalling. I fully understand the staffing shortages our country is experiencing but the fact my car wasn t even going to be looked at the day I had a service appointment should have been communicated to me. They failed to provide any proactive communication. It felt like I was the one chasing them down for information, which is completely unacceptable, especially when there are a multitude of other places I could go for service. Clear and timely communication is a basic expectation when it comes to service, and Michiana Jeep dealership failed miserably in this regard.Furthermore, the rudeness exhibited by my service advisor was beyond comprehension. Instead of providing assistance and addressing my concerns, they seemed more interested in dismissing my questions and concerns. Their dismissive attitude made me feel insignificant and unimportant as a customer. It is incredibly disheartening to be treated in such a disrespectful manner, especially when I entrusted my vehicle to their care.Perhaps the most frustrating aspect of my experience was the sheer incompetence displayed by my service advisor. Despite clearly explaining the issues I was facing with my vehicle, they failed to diagnose the problem accurately. This resulted in unnecessary delays and additional expenses. It is truly baffling to witness such a lack of expertise and attention to detail in a service department that claims to be reputable.Overall, my experience at Michiana Jeep dealership service department was nothing short of a nightmare. The lack of communication, rudeness, and incompetence demonstrated by my service advisor left me feeling frustrated, disrespected, and utterly disappointed. I strongly urge anyone considering their services to think twice and explore other options. Michiana Jeep dealership service department has a long way to go in terms of improving their customer service and professionalism.

I had a really good experience with this dealership. I was instantly greeted when I arrived. So that was good. I will say I don t like pushy sales so that a draw back for me. The guy was really trying to push the sale. If I m going to buy a car in buying it, if I m not then I m not. I get that they re salesmen but I know when somebody is trying to push something off on me and I hate it. I did get the jeep I wanted and at a great price. I d definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and family.

I never rate at 5 starts however, they deserve it! I have never had a service center send me a video going over everything and showing me the work they completed. It is so good to see that their customer service is amazing unlike most that you see nowadays! Hands down would recommend!

Never want to see anyone lose their jobs. But if you are going to have employees that are going to be talking with customers about service repair for automotive, you should send them to some training so they can be knowledgeable to understand the customer issues and be able to explain the the issues to the customer. Also they should know what is being done to the car, so they can relay the info to the customer properly. But overall it turned out to be a good visit. It was away much better than the Chrysler on SR 19 in Elkhart, they just wanted to make some money and get me out of there. And my car was never totally fix. But at this one they did not give up until we all agreed on that the issue was fix. And I wish I could remember the lady and mechanic name. I would give a shout out to them for working with me and give me my first good experience the Chrysler since I moved to South Bend and it's been 2.5 yrs.

I definitely do my research on pricing, interest rates, etc so I knew what a realistic price and payment should be, and everyone in the Indy area was a bit high (and either didn't have the color- or options I wanted) so I expanded my search. Michiana had the exact vehicle, trim, color, and options I wanted so I contacted them for a quote. Being 2.5 hours away, I didn't think they would take me seriously as a potential customer, but when they came back with a price and payment that was significantly lower than I even thought I would get, and ON THEIR FIRST OFFER, I worried that maybe it was going to be a bait and switch situation once I got to the dealership. I made the drive up and from the time I got there, everything was so easy and quick! The offer was 100% correct - there was no haggling over the price of my trade once I brought it in, I didn't get pressured into buying a different or more expensive vehicle, and nobody pressured me into getting the dealer "extras" like protection packages, engraved VIN numbers, or extra warranties. The whole process was so seamless and painless that we drove out in our new vehicle probably 45-60 minutes after we pulled in. And that included the test drive and vehicle features demo/setup. We were shocked but extremely pleased. I would definitely recommend Michiana. Thanks Tamara (sales) and Jimmy (finance) for such a tremendous experience!

I came in for a headlight adjustment, dealership said everything is fine but it s not, then proceeded to charge me $102.20. They then told me my oil was bad when I just had it changed the morning before I took the car in. Do not recommend them at all. There a rip off and a scam

I bought my Jeep at another dealership and it had some funky issues going on. It had been looked at twice already where I bought it, but they couldn't figure out the issue. Since it's still under warranty, we took it to MC to have it serviced. I was so thankful to get a call from Lori saying she took it for a drive and experienced the same issues I had with it (made me feel less crazy haha), they were able to find a couple different things that needed fixed, and they even caught a little rattle in the back that I barely noticed and said they'd like to get that taken care of, as well. I have my Jeep back now and it's like a whole new car!! Lori was awesome to work with and seemed to really know her stuff. Clearly the service techs that worked on my car were fabulous - both for the fix and for catching the rattle. If I ever have issues again, I will 100% trust coming back to MC.

This place cannot be trusted to sell a good, used car despite their claims of giving it a thorough "inspection."Bought a used 2009 car from them a couple of years ago. The dealer told us (a lie, I see now) about how many of his fellow dealers were thinking of buying it, how great it was, etc. One was thinking of it for his daughter. We asked for an inspection and some new tires, thinking we'd have at least some years of reasonably trouble-free use. We've had nothing but problems since. We've had to sink thousands extra into an already overpriced used car. And we're still having problems, including several random stalls at red lights with a line of traffic behind us.Either their "inspection" is sub-par, or they outright lied. Either way, Michiana Chrysler Dodge is *not* a place that can be trusted.

Worst experience of my life. Bought the car and when I got home noticed there was a couple cracks in the windshield. Was told it would be replaced but the guy who sold me the car had to initiate it. I called three days in a row and had to ask for a manager before he was suddenly available. Went in person today and he acted like we were being rude to him. When you don t return calls and act like you don t know what I m talking about then it s uncool. The sales guy is extremely disrespectful to me and my husband.

We came in, kind of on a whim, to check out a new Jeep. We worked with Jacob, and it was such a great experience! He was kind and patient, knowledgeable, and made this such a quick and easy process! We are loving our new Wrangler!Edit to add: Jacob even helped us get our beast of a car seat out of our original car when we were having trouble! He was even patient when my baby kept trying to mess with every little thing on his desk. He really made what is usually a stressful experience, something that was actually pleasant and enjoyable!

I was impressed with Ryan Chamberlin who is the sales consultant. He was very nice and he helped me a lot in finding the car I was looking for. He was able to help and answer all the questions I had. Though it s only been a month since I bought my car, I would say I love it and it feels like it s a new car and in good condition. I would definitely recommend anyone to go check them out and also meet Ryan. So far so good!!

Had an emergency and I am from out of town and called first thing in the morning explaining what had happened. Mike said to get it towed here and we will look at it and give you a price to repair. He also recommended a tow company for me as well which got to me within a hour. Not only did they do that, they made the repair same day. The service I received was exceptional and would definitely recommend to anyone.

Went to pick the truck up I was told that both recalls were done I got there after talking to the service rep. they only got done one recall. I will never go back to this place it's a totally joke there

Thomas the salesperson didn't give a description of the vehicle. I question him often about the condition of the vehicle and he never gave me one. I will never do business at this dealership again. And I will not refer anyone to them. They wanted to handle things privately. But, too no avail. They cherish money more than they do a person life!!I asked specific questions of a person that was selling the car.Brakes, rotors, tires, idle arm, wheel alignment, ir needs throttle position sensor, was it missing, did it idle hard. I asked these questions before purchase. Thomas harassed the loan officer and pressure the loan everything that I asked is wrong with this vehicle. They keep saying AS-IS I asked for complete disclosure BEFORE purchase. They are in his text messages!! They are cowards and money hustlers that took advantage of a 66 year old woman. They are proud of this deal.I ask Thomas before purchase about the brakes and rotors. He said the vehicle was fully inspected. I need to have the brakes and rotors replaced. Thomas said the vehicle is AS-IS.So he wants to murder me AS-IS! I was instructed to drive this vehicle as less as possible!! So you want me to get on the highway from Michigan to Indiana for you to look at the vehicle? With no brakes and in need of a throttle position sensorr replacement. That tells everyone how you value my life I'm trying to increase your sales. My attorney states this is not harassment it's a REVIEW of what I REVIEW of you and your business practices. AS-IS.You keep saying this is not the way you do business. But that's the business you employed Thomas to do for youHave a niceI'm a 66 year old black woman with congestive heart failure and a pacemaker defibrillator. Thomas the salesman delivered a vehicle to me knowing that the brakes and rotors are metal to metal, throttle position sensor and canister purge valve. Before I purchased the vehicle I asked these questions he said "fully inspected" and sold me the vehicle. Now him and the dealership state As-is

The receptionist was very rude. She ignored us for half an hour so she could talk and joke with salesman. I am in CS so I know how a customer should be treated. My husband asked if we could talk to the tech who did the tune up on our vehicle which was over $700 told us he was not available. Now the engine light is on and are being told we have to pay to have it diagnosed and thats over $200 when auto zone did it for free. I'm pretty sure we will not return when we purchase another vehicle or recommend them to anyone!

Don t use this dealer! The service from sales is awful. One of their employees had the spare key to the vehicle I bought so it was not available when I left. I informed them that I was moving and would not be close and asked them to please send it to me, they sent it through the postal and it was lost. They had no tracking and expected me to pay to replace it. Now there is a package with my home address and a key to my vehicle lost somewhere and I don t have a spare key. The top cover of my engine was broken at purchase and when I returned to get it repaired I was told I would have to pay for that also.

Josh was great to deal with and did a fine job getting us signed up with the Jeep app and showing us all the vehicle s features. We were not impressed that the Jeep was shown on line at a price that apparently did not include the price of the wheels & tires shown in the photos. We were told those would cost us $3500 more. That felt pretty dirty.

I came in to get the heat in the driver side seat checked out. I purchased the warranty on my car when I bought it 2 months ago. I told the lady I couldn t afford the diagnostic fee when I first got there but they checked anyway. They had to order the parts and said I would have to pay the diagnostic fee before I could get my car back. I was ready to cry. They offered to pay half of the repair. I thought this would be covered under the warranty.

I went in to buy a new to me truck. Tammy was my salesperson. She went above and beyond to get me into a very nice truck. It was one of the best experiences I've had with a dealership. If you're in the market for a new vehicle, ask for Tammy, she can get the wheels rolling for you!!

If I could, I would give this dealership a negative number. They don't care about people. Father purchased a vehicle from them and the finance department failed to provide a copy of all the signed paperwork. My mother, his wife, called the finance department trying to obtain a copy of the signed paperwork and explained my father was in the hospital, not sure of release date and asked if she could come pick up the copies. The finance department told her that my dad would be the only one who could get signed copies because of "confidential information". I had to laugh at that. His wife couldn't get his confidential paperwork. We then explained that my dad was in the hospital and didn't have a definitive discharge date. The finance person said, "it will be here when he gets out, even if that's a few weeks from now." My dad even tried to speak up from his hospital bed and let the rep know he was in the hospital and couldn't come in. It didn't matter. How heartless can you be? When asked is this the normal practice to have customers sign copies and not be provided with signed copies, the response was , "No. I wasn't here that day, so I don't know what happened" Needless to say, we still do not have our signed copies.Stay away from this place! They don't care about people.

Very unprofessional and overall some of the worse service I ve encountered at a service place. I should have took the other negative reviews more seriously, this place wasted my time today, did not complete the services I requested both over the phone and also in person, and my car now smells strongly of cigarette smoke.

I ve had a jeep srt in there service sense august 29th. Was told part (transmission) was ordered and would be 2 weeks. Call them after 2 weeks of waiting for them to have no idea what s going on with my jeep. Advisor I had quit. So I get new advisor who reels me they expedited a transmission and will be in by end of week. 2 weeks later finally ready to pick up. Ask them numerous times if it was test drove they lied and said yes. After making a 45 minute drive I get there and go to reverse my vehicle. Starts making grinding noise. Get told they put a bad transmission in and they blew it off like it s no big deal. Like it happens all the time. Made it seem like a burden to give me a loaner vehicle. September 29th I get told a new part will be in within 2 weeks. 18 days later (today) I call because the loaner cars battery is bad and asked about my transmission. Told I would receive a call after a little digging. Never received a call back. When s enough enough? I ve held back from leaving a review. But this is very unprofessional. Also my advisor I got after the last one was fired or quit was also let go today
