I bought a new Ford car at Lexus, not only did they have a better price, but they had better service, everything went very smoothly, and it was fun negotiating the price with the sales manager. If you like their car, please talk Price and own it.I will choose them for my next car and recommend them to my friends.

I recently completed my first out of state car purchase from Russ Taylor at Jordan Lexus and it could not have gone any better.I had been looking online for months and finally came across the exact car I wanted at a great price at Jordan Lexus. Throughout the process Russ was very transparent, responsive and easy to work with. The car is perfect and I couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend Jordan Lexus and Russ Taylor to anyone looking for a hassle free car purchasing experince.

If you are considering buying a Lexus, you need to go to Jordan Lexus of Mishawaka and ask for Juan Sandoval. Juan, who is very personable, made us feel comfortable and made our buying experience a great one. I m retired and have purchased several new cars throughout my lifetime. This was one of my best experiences. Juan took his time, listened to us, asked questions and guided us to the right vehicle at an agreeable price. Juan was knowledgeable, focused on our needs and was very accommodating. Long after our purchase, a concern came up. I contacted Juan and he took care of the situation on his own time. You can trust Juan and his word. My purchase was a straightforward, uncomplicated process. The entire Jordan staff, from Juan to Sales Manager Ryan and all of those that helped complete the purchase were outstanding.

I had such an incredible experience at this car dealership! Teruko Gathright truly went above and beyond. Not only did they stay open beyond their regular hours, but their hospitality was off the charts. The staff was so kind, efficient, and transparent throughout the entire process. They made me feel valued and took the time to address all my concerns. I can't recommend them enough! If you're looking for a dealership that truly cares about their customers, this is the place to go!

The upfront quick of the review: Great Service, Alex Otto was attentive and helpful.The long winded approach review: We had a car stolen several months ago. The entire process from police to insurance had already left us battered by when it was time to start car shopping to replace it. We thought the violations of the theft and the disinterest of the police and abuse from the insurance company was going to be the worst parts. Used Car sales quickly showed us we had just scratched the surface of misery. By the time we stumbled into Jordan Lexus we are battle weary and disenfranchised as a whole.The process there was the was balm we needed. They stood by their integrity. They were (and continue to be) helpful beyond anything we experienced in a 200 mile shopping radius. From sales to the manager everyone wanted the process to go RIGHT. If you are looking to have an experience that makes you HAPPY to buy a car vs dread with every fiber of your being, head to Jordan Lexus & ask for Alex.

Best car buying experience in a long time. Russ was awesome to deal with from start to finish. They stayed past closing to get everything done. Never felt rushed or that any question we had was an inconvenience. Highly recommend this dealership. Thank you guys. Love my Lexus gx 460.

She was very helpful during the purchase process and was extremely helpful after the purchase showing me all the features since I was not familiar with many of them. I purchased a used vehicle at a fair price and was also offered a reasonable price on my trade-in. Dealer fees were low too. Russ was great to work with... No pressure, provided carfax and other documentation so I understood the vehicle history, and allowed me a no hassle test drive. I'd buy here again. Thank you.

I would give them a 1 star if it wasn't for their no hassle return policy and returning my vehicle no questions asked. They failed to disclose details on a pretty bad recall on the 2019 Lincoln MKC where the vehicle can catch fire and Ford is telling owners to not park their vehicle outside until recall is fixed. Seems to me this dealer purposely hid these details about the recall so they could make this sale. Also I was lied to by Juan multiple times about this vehicle. He said they purchased it directly from the owner when this was an auction vehicle. Also he told me when they have cars on their lot with active recalls they fix the recalls before selling which proved to be a lie as this MKC has active recall on to where the vehicle can catch fire. Seems to me they will tell you anything here to make a sale. I would buy from again if they had something I liked but buyer beware buying from this dealer as they will tell you anything even if it's a lie to sell you something. Make sure you do your research on vehicle you buy here as they will hide information from you and lie to you if need to be sell you something.

Usually pretty helpful when servicing my Lexus. When it came to time to purchase a Lexus, it was a different story. My husband and I came in and we test drove a used a Lexus. We asked them to calculate how much it would be a month. They came in with a half hazard document with some obscene amount. I asked what interest rate they set this amount to. The manager stated that he didn't really run anything since we were not serious enough. I advised them that we were in their establishment, we test drove their car and we were talking to him which seemed to entail we were serious enough to get the common courtesy of an appropriate estimate. I don't know what else we needed to present to be serious enough. I asked if they were going to negotiate two thousand dollars down if we were to put down cash for the car. They stated no. This was all done standing in the lobby. We purchased a car at Gates the 1 hour later for 2,000$ less and a lifetime warranty.

I will never buy anything from them again!Very rude manager I haven t even had my vehicle a month and the speakers are messed up probably when I bought it I thought it was just the base they told me I have to take it somewhere else and pay that place $200To take a lookI called the manager back and told him I feel like I shouldn t have Very Very Rude!!Tomorrow going to call his boss

These guys are the bomb! They showed us the car before it was detailed (pre-owned) because we were so interested in it. They answered every question we had. We were about to leave the country for vacation; so they took a personal check; and waited a few days to cash it until we had time to move funds. They then held the car for us until we returned 12 days later. We bought the car knowing it had a small dent/scrape with a bit of rust. We planned to have it fixed. Upon picking up the car, we found they fixed the dent/rust at their own expense! We bought a maintenance insurance policy from them; but after returning from vacation we had changed our minds about the insurance. We asked to return the policy. They didn t even ask why. They kindly drew up the papers and returned our money. This group is top notch. This is a bold statement to make about a dealership; but this group is trustworthy!

In my 50 plus years of purchasing vehicles, this was absolutely the best experience ever. From Juan Sandoval, the sales associate; Bre, Dawn and the Sales Manager Todd, everyone was great. No haggling over the price, (which was more than fair). Trade in value on my vehicle was very fair.I would definitely purchase another vehicle at this dealership. Keep up the great work.

I had a wonderful experience at Jordan Lexus of Mishawaka, and I'd like to give Russ a big shout out. What impressed me the most about Jordan was that I immediately had a Carfax and full inspection workup at the time I test drove the car. I knew exactly what I was buying from the start, and there were no surprises. This is an honest, and well operated dealership, and I would definitely do business with these awesome people again.
