I've used Drive & Shine for years. I normally clean the interior myself and just have their interior service a try...THEY DID AN AMAZING JOB! With the vehicle on a conveyor belt, they were able to clean my car in half the time it takes me and twice as good! I definitely plan on using this service once a month so I can maintain throughout. After all the day to day stress and struggles, we all deserve to pamper ourselves once in a while. Give it a try, they won't disappoint!

Employees have great customer service. Lube Center did excellent. Car wash is as expected for an automatic. This was my 2nd time using the interior cleaning. 1st time, I was highly satisfied. Today, I am very dissatisfied. The dashboard appears untouched, and the majority of the 8 minutes my vehicle was on the interior conveyer belt, it was not hands-on. My vehicle was only touched immediately at the entrance when a young lady wiped the door and at the exit when the vacuum was clogged, not at all in between. Complete waste of 25$ for the interior clean.

Quick oil change & clean filters all while out running errands, VIP discount plus an interior clean. All together, 25 minutes tops. See you in again in 3 months.

Wow! Very impressed with their Detailing option! Brian, the detailing manager, CALLED ME BACK when he had a cancellation!! He could have easily just cruised through his Saturday, but he didn t, he got my car in and the car is as good as new!!! We ve never had a professional cleaning done for this car and it had about 5 lbs of sand and another 5 lbs of dog hair- I wasn t that hopeful when I dropped it off- WOW again! Brian worked so hard on my car- stayed a bit late (I m sure because my car was so terrible) and was professional and smiling throughout the transaction. Brian is a PRO!!!

David was very professional at solving a mechanical issue with my car and quickly figured it was an oil pressure sensor that was needed. It was quickly replaced and it resolved my vehicles problem. The part was inexpensive and with great service replacing it, Drive and Shine could have saved me from spending enormous amounts of money down the road in repairs. Honesty and hardworking is what makes a business successful. Keep up the great work! Thanks again!!

Brian and Connor were amazing! A bird must ve gotten trapped in the backseat and it was not pretty They got us in same day and did a fab job on the interior and the exterior too! Beyond grateful!! Thanks guys

I went to get my oil changed and it was a great appointment. The staff was so courteous and appreciative to each other which was so nice to hear. They informed of everything they were doing throughout the entire process. Asked me if I had any questions when they were done The appointment was very fast and thorough!! Another thing I appreciated was they said when and if you are ready for anything additional just let us know. Nothing was pushed on me. Great place with an amazing staff!!

My 2016 Corolla definitely had a lot of gunk and junk. But Brian in Detailing did an outstanding job of bringing it back to life. Looks like a brand new interior! He was also friendly and helpful. Great work all around. Thanks!

Nick is the nicest manager, he was amazing! He took his time to help me figure out an issue with my vehicle. I am so blessed that he helped me with an issue that was very simple for him to fix! He saved me time and money!

Excellent service at the interior clean bay! Nick in particular was so attentive to serve each customers car as if they were the only customer there. He was personable and informative of the services that they offer. He was busy and moving non-stop to unclog the vacuums of debris while stopping and greeting each customer at their driver s side door with a friendly welcome and smile. Nick is a great asset to the team! Definitely returning here again and again!!

My wife & I returned yesterday from our 3 month, 5,000+ mile tour of the western U.S. Each time we needed a car wash we sought out the premium facilities. Through 8 or 9 car washes, all very good, we compare them to Drive & Shine facilities here. Rating on a scale of 1 to 10, our car washes on the trip would rate 5 to 6 versus a D&S rating of a solid 9. Including the 6 car washes visited on our 2023 2 1/2 month winter tour of the South & Southeastern U.S. we conclude that D&R quality is very hard to beat. The only upgrade that would take our 9 score to a 10 is an initial water power wash to eliminate much of the grit and grime before the soap and brushing sequence.

Had a great experience. Was interested in detailing, so when I was getting my oil change Dakota talked me through next steps. Dakota saw that I was waiting for a while to have someone come discuss the detail. He immediately went and grabbed Joe to help. Joe walked me through my options and helped me save a lot by better understanding what a VIP membership provides. Dakota, Joe and the broader team were great.Would absolutely recommend this Drive and Shine!Update for the detailing job that Brian did- I can t stop smiling since I left bc my Jeep looks fantastic. It s had a rough life and it showed especially on the interior. The water stains on the interior roof, mulch pieces and lord knows what under the drivers seat- gone, no trace of any of it. Brian was wonderful, too. He made sure I understood what was done, asked if I had questions or concerns about it and had me take a good long look around before I left. Throughout the whole process, the team was gracious, helpful and left me as a customer who will absolutely be back for and recommend this location and Brian, specifically, for detailing .

Issac & HIS team are awesome guys took care of me lowkey I saved over a grand coming to Drive n shine. Issac was walking me thru the whole process like a real G! Thank again Issac! They need to make Issac a GM for real!! His Customer service, very informative about what s going on with my vehicle & giving me his suggestions & opinion on what I should do next about keeping my vehicle in top shape was on point he ain t miss a beat. Much respect!!!

My first time at this establishment. Very clean and efficient. Isaac was very professional and helpful.Edit: Started off with a 5 star review. They did not have the air filter for my 4 Runner and said they would call me when it came in. Two weeks and I have not gotten a call. They did bill me for it however. I have called the store manager and the district manager with no return phone call. Mess with my money and you only get 1 star!!

Everything is usually excellent there! When I had my oil changed today, they told me that you no longer give out Car washes after full service oil change! Which I find to be a little cheap on your part as much as you pay for that service you should offer a car wash just my thoughts thank you

A goal of a dynamic company is to exceed the expectations of their guests. Last week on two separate occasions I was treated with exceptional efforts and thoughtfulness by two different team members. Conner, in the interior cleaning bay, discovered that my driver seat was malfunctioning and he felt confident that he could resolve the issue. My spring had sprung and the seat could only move left to right and could not be moved backwards to allow me to drive it anywhere. He patiently took the entire seat assembly apart until he unveiled the issue and it promptly was resolved. Two days later a headlight issue developed and since I had to visit the service bay 2 times they would not accept any payment for their time or the part installed. I m exceedingly grateful and humbled by the kindness shared in such an unconditional manner. Thank you again.

Everyone was so pleasant and greeting with smiles and so respectful and kind. The entire crew that detailed my car did an amazing job. I was very happy with end results and will continue returning. I love the car wash and the detailing as well as the oil change. Thank you all Andrea, Sadie, Edward, DeeDee, Anthony, Tanner and of Course Nick for an awesome team effort. They were all steady working so unfortunately I was unable to share with you these wonderful young people and their faces but you definitely want to stop in and enjoy their great work and effort. Just look at my beauty Thank you all so much if there was a 10 star you d get that for sure.

Excellent service, even during a blizzard. Ha! Sean and his team handled my oil & filter changes with care and speed. I was there less than 20 minutes and never left my car. No one is excited to have their oil changed. Drive & Shine has made it 100x easier and completely painless.

Such amazing service! Had the interior clean done today for the first time and it was so easy and saved me so much time!! I was also able to consult with one of their detail guys Brian about a rim issue. He was super efficient and so over the top helpful!

Fastest, most convenient, and best service in the area! My oil and tires were in very rough shape and Isaac, Devon, Caden, and Michael all went above and beyond to provide excellent service and an overall great experience. I d give 10 stars if I could, can t recommend Drive and Shine enough!!

I'm sure I'm spelling his name wrong, but Dayvon at the N. Main location was so helpful, informative, and kind, just now. He actually told us we were early on an oil change, due to the oil longevity of the previous change, but proceeded to top off our fluids and air pressure anyway. This is fantastic customer service, and we'll be back!
