The guys put me at ease on how to fix my tires without replacing them-at no charge! I've been at my wits end with my tires, but haven't been working much and haven't been able to look into them more. I had an amazing experience working with this team. Highly recommend!

Nice establishment, equipped with a vending machine, big comfy chairs, and super cold ac. Friendly staff & great tire selection. This will be my second set from this Belle Tire location.My only complaint was that my car sat parked in the lot waiting for an alignment check, but while I was outside with my daughter we observed both alignment bays empty for quite some time. So while it s a small complaint, overall timeliness seemed to be slightly lacking.With that said, I would recommend recommend this business.

My daughter went here today. She got there at 2:51. I went there at 5:30 Sat with her for a while. I couldn't take it anymore, I left at 6:15. Told the guys at the counter they need them how are we doing papers. Cause they are the slowest, rudest not knowing what to do looking people. Then when she got there they couldn't find her car in their system and she had a warranty on the tire. I don't know if it was one or two tires they swapped out but NO WAY SHOULD IT EVER TAKE 4 HOURS FOR 2 TIRES. the lady next to us said how long y'all been here. My daughter told her. She said she made an appointment that they said would take 45 min. So tell me why this lady got there at 3:05 and was still sitting there when I left at 615? This company needs to.let them guys go and restructure. Because I told my daughter I would let that warranty go. I only gave one star because I had to

Every time I come to Belle tire the staff is friendly and enthusiastic about the job . Aiden showed me what advocating for his costumers looks like and it was impressive! Micah is always smiling and willing to help his customers any way possible. The prices are reasonable which helps keep our vehicles on the road and healthy.

Been here since 11:15 am. Had N 11:30 am appointment. It s been an hour and a half and they are just now getting started on my car. I have had two tires replaced in 20 minutes before at the South Bend location. No one should have to wait this long for tire replacement with an appointment.

Belle Tire helped me find replacement tires and recommended tires based on my driving commute and what would be best performing and safest for me. Chad Alexander worked with me and was very helpful in suggesting the Belle Tire credit card, which gave me 10% off my purchase. In addition, Chad made sure I got a $75 rebate from Michelin. Great customer service! Thank you, Belle Tire and Chad!! :)

What is the point of making an appointment in advance?I sat here and watched full cars get finished while waiting for a single tire to be swapped on a rim....no car involved. A simple tire swap and balance. I would definitely plan on dropping your car off and not waiting. I'll stick to Elkhart.

We called ahead of time for an appointment, and they took thorough notes for our vehicle, making reception quick and painless process.Their team offers thorough explanations, giving customers the confidence that their vehicle is handled by professionals.They even offered to show me work that was being done first hand so that I could make not only an informed, but the best possible decision.They don't push unnecessary work onto customers which, is a first in my experience, these guys are genuine with their customers and I will not be going anywhere else for auto work. They have good prices.I witnessed them handled some more impatient folks with the utmost kindness and understanding.Having been in customer service, I speculated they were a bit understaffed from how quickly they handled tasks, but they certainly don't let this reflect in their personalities or dealings with customers.Mr. Waithe was the only name I can recall, but I wanted to say that he and everyone else I spoke to were excellent! I would rate them 10/10.

The new tire replacement was done quickly. But the tire's Low-Pressure warning light came on the day after. The technician could not identify the cause.After the warning light stayed on for three days continually. I had the garage checked it out again. This time the manager Chat did it himself. The problem as identified quickly. The new tire still runs well three days later. Thanks for the expertise and service the manager had provided.

This Belle tire does good work. I have never had an issue with them trying to push more or "make up" issues to charge you more. They do the job that's needed done and sometimes will add suggestions that, if you say no, they won't keep pushing. The only downfall is they have just gotten so pricey. But they do solid work.

Grape rd locale is great. We were in a pinch and got there when doors opened. Tons of price options on tires and no pressure for add ons of exrtras, though they do they you what you might consider to make your car run great.

Staff was incredibly helpful and honest with my car trouble. Caught a screw in my car leaving work late and they were able to squeeze me in at the last minute. During the inspection they were also able to catch flaws in my tires that would have caused major problems had I not gone in for them to find it. Saved me from missing a chunk of work for the next day.

So I scheduled a tire plug and rotation. After sitting in the waiting room for an hour and a half he comes out and tries to tell me the tire needs replaced l, because the hole is too close to the side wall. I pulled the nail out myself before I brought it in. It was damn near dead center on the tire. Very shady business practice. We overheard them tell at least 5 customers over the phone the same thing. Clearly this scam is common practice for them. The manager saw the whole thing and just stood there silent. Terrible customer service.I'll never buy tires from this place again.

Brandon and the entire team here are so great! We came in with a screw in our tire 10min before they were gonna close and he stuck around and helped us out after tons of other last minute work from people ahead of us. An hour later we had a new tire and the whole experience was so helpful on a cold night where we'd be stranded. Thanks Brandon!

I made a appointment for all 4 tires for new ones made a appointment got there 20 minutes early. Asked how long it will be they said its slow so an hour or less and i told them i needed to be pick up my son from school 2 miles away 1 hour and 15 minutes if if cant be done i will reschedule and he told me oh it will be done way before that because they are slow. It took 1 hour and 30 minutes half of the guys were up front messing around or sitting on their phone. Then they said it they couldn't do a alignment because bolts are missing. But they told me the exact same thing about my ford taurus my mechanic looked at it the next day and absolutely nothing was wrong. Then after picking up my son late. I noticed the new tire was swapped on my spare tire and i called and came back within 5 minutes and they said there was no rim matching so they just put it on the spare and i asked did you check the trunk where the spare goes and before they answered i opened the trunk and there it was and just a simple swape to my original tire from the spare and balance took an hour absolutely unprofessional and ridiculous. I will never come back

Bad experiance. Their Mechanic named Sweet or something got smart with me in public while I was talking to a manager and escalated a situation to almost a physical one. I took my truck in for repair and was talking to a manager because after the repair the vehicle was still messed up.While the manager kept his head and we were conversating the Mechanic Sweet yelled that he would just toss the old part on and be done with it. He was not a part of the conversation and I didn't know who he was.At that point words were exchanged as I told him my conversation was with the manager and to mind his own buisness. He still had words and it almost became a physical situation.As a buisness owner this is NOT professional behavior. And if the one Manager wasn't there it would have been a bad situation for all parties. Compliments to the one manager that was there for keeping things professional. I will update this after I bring the truck back too the shop Monday to see a diffrent employee there for a diffrent inspection.Update: Went to another place. My issue was a bad tire. That was it. They quoted me for THOUSANDS in repairs. For something that was a tire alone. Their Mechanic Sweet is a Con. Don't trust what you are told get a second opinion. Don't pay for un needed work.

I was broke down 3 hours away from home the day after Thanksgiving. Chad and his team got us right in and after struggling with a stripped lugnut. They got our wheel repaired and back on the road home in less than an hour. Special thanks to Dakota. The mechanic that came through and got the stripped lug off. Thank you guys. I hope I don't have to come back. But if I'm in the area again. And I need something I'll be back. Appreciate you guys. Highly recommended.

Called ahead to see if staff was busy. Was told they were slow currrently, and especially on Wednesdays. Dropped vehicle off for a rotation and alignment and was quoted no longer than 1hr 30min wait. Went to Outback for lunch and came back after 1hr 30min. My car was in the same parking spot and hadn't been serviced. Was told people went home early, but there were still many people working. I think the garage crew just forgot about my vehicle. Went to Portage location during busy hours a few months ago and was in and out for an alignment in 20 minutes. Will go to south side location near me in the future.

Professional and quick. They received my car right before closing and pulled it into the back to keep it safe overnight. The were prompt in the patching of my tire and called me the next morning as soon as it was ready.

Had a mishap and ended up denting my rim around 3pm today. Called the grape road location and they were very polite on the phone. It took about an hour to get somewhere safe, take the wheel off and get it over to them. Even showing up at 4, an hour before close the manager and staff were super friendly. They got the dent fixed and a new tire put on it within 15 minutes. I highly recommend this shop!

Good service! Everytime I go there to have a service job and buy tires. Mechanics are knowledgeable and to help wait time is good. They keep track of your wait time. They don't ignore you or make you wait like another place in town. The prices I pay are worth it. I know some people disagree. I think its worth it to the price for good quality and customer service. If they are out of coffee. One of their mechanics will put on a lot of coffee. They seem to get along well together. I have never had bad service. I never had to question to hear mechanics work like a place that went out of business in town. Of course, they are never watched or rated either. They know how to provide good customer service! It will help keep them in business. They have gotten better over the years not worse!

Went there for an oil change, about a week later we noticed the engine smelling hot. I checked the oil, it was low and had a burnt smell. The car doesn't leak. We believe the oil had not been changed. Won't be going back for any mechanical issues. We are happy with the tire service.

Do not recommend.I dropped my car off for an oil change and alignment at 8:30am. Belle called me at 3:30pm to say my car was ready. I picked it up at 5:15pm. When I got in, the dash lit up, check engine , at oil temp , ABS , dynamics control, hill start assist, and cruise malfunction lights were all lit. I drove a couple blocks away and returned. It didn t sound right, or drive right at all. I called, Belle and said something was wrong, they told me to return. I got back around 5:30pm and waited. They tried to blame it on a recall issue for my vehicle, but the vehicle was operating fine, no dash lights at all when I dropped it off that morning. I told them I d already had another shop fix the recall issues. They went back to the shop to look again. I waited, the mechanic researched sites up front, with complaints to a coworker that he was supposed to be off at 6. I appreciate him staying to look at my vehicle. They kept going back and coming to the front and whispering to each other and going back. Finally, they came back up and I heard the man at the counter ask if it was drivable. Then, at 7pm, I got a gesture to come to the counter. I was told my car was leaking transmission fluid and that the other shop must have done something wrong. They said they found a puddle of transmission fluid and they d added 4 quarts of transmission fluid to the vehicle. The mechanic said he turned of the check engine light. They said they got it driveable, but that I should return it to the other shop, because that shop must ve messed up my vehicle.My vehicle has a CVT transmission. It doesn t take a lot of transmission fluid. If it was leaking transmission fluid that bad, I d have had red puddles under my vehicle. Bottom line, Belle messed up my vehicle while they had it and didn t own up to it. Overfilled it with transmission fluid and oil, returned it to me with a dash lit with alarm lights. Then, they tried to blame me, and another shop for something they did. The shop that repaired my vehicle did their work in July. The vehicle hasn t had an issue since. I left it with Belle for 8 hours, and it s returned to me in worse condition than when I dropped it off. I had to go back and tell them, they d messed up my vehicle only to have them point fingers at everyone else. Belle mis-handled my oil change and possibly the alignment and didn t take ownership to the mistake. Tried to lie to my face because I m a woman, thinking I don t know vehicles.How do you mess up a vehicle that bad, in 8 hours? For a simple oil change? Telling your customer it s their fault and another shop s fault?I had been coming to this location for the last few years. I will never return.Oh, and prior to giving me the keys the first time, (before walking out to a lit up dash and messed up vehicle). I was encouraged to give a 9 or above review for the great service, because that what picks up on this locations scoring radar and helps them out. If you re going to ask for a 9 or 10 for outstanding service. Make sure you ve provided a service and work deserving of a 9 or 10 rating.It s been a week since I picked up my vehicle and it smokes whenever I start up now. Indicative of being over filled with oil.

I have been to Belle Tire in the past and it's normally a little wait but today was ridiculous. I came in to get a tire change and see if there was a warranty. There was, but they said they could plug it and it should be good. One tire. One SINGLE tire, not all 4. I spent 3, almost 3 1/2 hours and 2 hours into it I ask "you guys hiring?". The response was "no I think we just filled all the positions at this location". Obviously you guys still needed some help. Hopefully this doesn't happen often.

We found ourselves far from home with our very large and kitten in need of immediate tire replacement. Chad was absolutely awesome from start to finish! We were greatly surprised that this location had our ridiculously large truck tires in stock to begin with. Every single person there was kind and friendly. We were in and out in an incredibly short time. I highly recommend them.

Love belle tire, except for today. Many hours, after an appointment, and didn t even start the work. Rotating tires can t be that hard! Just be honest with people and don t keep telling them you are almost done when you don t even have the car in the shop yet. Trainees or not not cool.

I wouldn't come to this location if you can help it. Elkhart or Michigan st are better options. They are understanding and actually want to help where I wasted 4 hours at grape road to be told that nothing was under warranty and I was going to pay another $400 for repairs when I drove my car less than 7000 miles!! Just wild
