Been coming here for many years. Recently had an emergency surgery. And they had to remove all of my abdominal muscles and nerves. Only a couple weeks out from the surgery and I am not supposed to lift anything over 15 lbs. The battery in our van died due to the severe cold weather last week. So I had no choice but to get a new one. As soon as I lifted it off the rack I knew I made a mistake. But I carried it through the store to the front register. After paying I asked if anyone was available to help install it and got a dirty look and an " I don't know man". I had already apologized at least 5 times and explained why I needed help. They advertise and display free battery installation. But I got completely unnecessary attitude. I thanked him several times and was even going to pay him. But barely received a grunt in return for the thank you and he just walked away. I feel bad enough about how I am now. Without having to deal with someone's attitude. There were at least 5 other employees and only 1 other customer. So no it was not busy at this time either. May find another store. Don't want to see him again.

Visited my local autozone this Sunday with a laundry list of things to get and get done and was over joyed with how helpful the staff was, especially Kevin Morgan! He went above and beyond helping out me and a friend of mine, not only that but he had a great attitude and didn t hesitate when we asked about a million different questions! He definitely deserves a raise!!

John L, Steve S, and Dan K were all very helpful as we had to work through a shock exchange for my Equinox. They were extremely patient and helpful as we worked through everything. Everyone I ve met and worked with at this particular Auto Zone has been great. Thank you so much!!

Came in looking for some license plate plugs for the front of my car as Jeffrey the manager came out several times to try and get an exact fitment for me. Even though they did not have a plug for the front of my car I really appreciate the time and effort Jeffrey had spent with me to find what I was looking for! Will not hesitate to come back again for my automotive needs as you have very helpful and willing employees at this location;) Highly Reccomended!

Steve the assistant manager was so great! He put my rear lights on and spent about 20 min doing so since I bought the wrong kind originally. He was so helpful. Definitely deserves a 5/5 stars for the amazing customer service!

Went there in need of something to recharge my cars ac. But instead got an earful of a spew off foul language, and to the point of taking the Lord s name in vain. I know it s a manager, wearing a grey shirt.

I asked for help to look for a car part and the guy at the desk was very rude and not helpful. I had to go to a different auto zone to get the part I needed since the guy at the front desk laughed in my face. They had the part in stock at this auto zone but he didn t even take the time to look in the inventory.

I had a dead car battery today. It is a super cold out there. Freezing. I came in to AutoZone. They were very kind and helpful. Zach installed a battery for me. He went above and beyond and really saved my day. If it weren t for him and the AutoZone team I wouldn t have made it to work. Thank you so much!

Stopped in to test my battery and get a replacement. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. I was getting anxiety over having this done and they made it so simple. I appreciate the help and getting a good battery installed. I now know Ford battery placements are not cool. Thank you for being patient with me.

They sold me a part said it was dollar cheaper than O'Reilly and he said I usually only have competition with advance so I'm assuming ( since he said yes we price match only with O'Reilly's and advanced nope cuz I got EXACT SAME PART FOR $10 ADVANCED

As a single mom there's just a lot of things that I don't know how to do under the hood of a car, and they have stopped offering a lot of their curb-side services like replacing a headlight, which has been disappointing, so I go across the street to their competition now. O'Reileys will still come out to your car and help you with replacing things.

I went in to buy some tools and things and asked to used the restroom, the lady working told me rudely that "they no longer allow the public to use their restroom". So I happily took my business across the street to Advance Auto Parts and spent $160 there.

Devon and his dedicated staff always have customers better interests and s a rings in mind! Be careful! These guys will save you $!!! Furthermore, who wants a life time warranty? This is the #1 friendly, customer minded auto parts store!

Had an issue with my car's engine on the way home and pulled into the parking lot. Tech was happy to run their code reader real quick / take a look under the hood and correctly diagnosed it was an issue with the ignition coils.I ended up ordering replacement parts online later that day since they didn't have the OEM coils for my car in stock. Installing them solved my problem and got my car back to normal!Sadly, I can't remember the tech's name but he was great!

I ve been coming to AutoZone for a very long time now spends lots of good money with them but there s a gentleman named Steve I believe he is the parts manager very rude guy always gives me attitudes and a hard time every time I come in there I am in there 3 to 4 times out of the month and spending anywhere from $100-$400 every I visit them at AutoZone and Steve is a horrible guy to work for AutoZone I would not recommend them to anybody to deal with at AutoZone please keep away from him definitely moving my business across the street to advance auto parts or O Reilly s he should be fired ASAP very unhappy customer

Pros: I found the air freshener I love and can t find at home anymore and bought 2.Cons: their diagnostic equipment wasn t working (main reason for visit) and guy working googled the issues we said, giving us an improper answer by far. Don t advise unless you re sure and don t advertise diagnostics if you don t have anything working.

Best customer service i've gotten anywhere!! Highly recommend. I went to get a light replaced and the worker, Travis, was kind enough to come out to my car and install it for me! I will definitely will be going back.
