Fantastic experience! Mike has a great sense of humor and made me feel comfortable right off the bat. I have had my share of mechanics talk down to me or decide I wasn't worth explaining things to. Mike took the time to walk me through what needed done, what it would entail and not make me feel dumb in the process. Thank you so much for fixing my truck!

Good experience. Friendly service. The shop seemed clean an orderly. Jakes replaced the rear brake pads and rotors on my van. Good up front communication with costs and l services to be performed. I originally asked them to service both front & rear brakes. After they looked at the vehicle, they suggested to hold off on the fronts as they felt is was not needed yet. That to me is a testament to their character & honesty. Prices seamed reasonable. Overall I came away with a solid impression. Will likely return.

Best shop in the area. Cleanest, organized shop as well as the best auto techs around. Would not trust my vehicle to any ody else around. I have had first hand business relations with the auto shops in the Warsaw area. Jakes by far impressed me the most, which is the reason I take my vehicle to them.

10/10 Recommend. Excellent service, trustworthy, and straight forward. My family has been taking our vehicles to Jake s for years. Owner and technicians are all so friendly. I won t go anywhere else.

Jakes was very easy to get to (towed to) on spur of the moment after truck died. They were a couple days out with work but called just hours later letting us know the truck was repaired and ready for pick up!

This is a really good Auto Care company, my family and extended family take our vehicles to Jake's when they need repairs. The mechanics are great at their jobs and are friendly as well.

Very thorough and comprehensive auto care. The level of service is excellent, and the staff very courteous and helpful.Caution to those with allergies - there are cats on premises - some very friendly.
