I have purchased vehicles from Milan Whitewater Motor almost exclusively since 2008. I have always had excellent experiences with different individuals and have walked away feeling respected and driven out with a clean, safe car.This emergent buying experience was no different. I had a great time working with Chad and appreciate the time he spent with me going over options and working through my situation so I could purchase the vehicle I needed. He was prompt and able to answer my questions, and the buying process went quickly.Milan Whitewater is where I have always suggested friends go and buy to enjoy a small-town experience without having the demeaning pushiness of car sales associates I have experienced at other dealerships.

I just got a beautiful Ford Edge Titanium from them, and their prices are phenomenal! The staff is always amazing as well! My family has always gotten vehicles from Whitewater and they are the best! I highly recommend your next vehicle purchase be through them. :)

Chad really helped me when getting my GMC Acadia! I was able to take it for a test drive and not feel rushed! He helped me understand how my finances would be and I felt very comfortable with buying a car from this lot! I will definitely recommend this to anyone and everyone!! They have TONS of car selections and will help you with any and every question!!

I saw the car on AutoTrader, looked up the address, called them, and told them I'd be right down. I looked at the car, very nice. I asked the salesman how much he told me $39,900. It was listed at $36,900. I made an offer of $30,000. Then, I asked if they took motorcycle as a trade. First, he said, "No, then the owner at a different lot did. But he was at an auction. He said I think we can work something out, and he would text me. I waited all day, making think about it. Never texted me back! So I called. The guy, after telling me they would trade in the bike, said they wouldn't. Then I asked if they considered my offer. He said they might knock a thousand off the price. This is the owners car and doesn't have to sell it.Why did they put it on AutoTrader if they didn't want to sell it?

Bought a 2018 sonata from there and i am obsessed with it, great car all on its own but the dealership always provides the best experience, second car ive bought for myself and I ve had family that have bought their vehicles there as well. They have very good prices, quality cars, friendly and informative staff.

Chad was great to work with. We were hoping to get a new vehicle set into place before we left on a vacation and he worked with us to make sure that happened. He was kind and easy to work with. We highly recommend them and will be back in future vehicle purchases!

I was in the market for a pickup truck and just couldn't find the right one. While checking online I found a post on a 2015 Ram 1500 at the Whitewater Harrison location. I got in contact with Kady and Chad here at the Milan location. They reached out to the Harrison location right away and got the vehicle brought here to Milan for me to check out and test drive. They allowed me to take the vehicle to the dealership of my choice to have the vehicle looked over. Great communication and service throughout the transaction! That kind of service and customer care is hard to come by these days and it was very much appreciated. I'd be happy to refer them to my friends and family when they purchase their next vehicle. This is a very good place to purchase a vehicle. They will make sure that you are 100 percent happy with your vehicle. The employee are very nice and want to make sure that you are taken care of. So if you are looking for a vehicle this is the place to go!!

We bought a used car from this place earlier this year (it was a need to get a car quickly) and we had nothing but problems from the get go.We had to go to the Harrison location to finally get those issues resolved. Today we just found out that the tires on the car are from the year 2016 when we were told they were new!!! All I can say is buyer beware!

Great experience. I live in SC and saw a truck I wanted online. From the first phone call, Chad made me feel very comfortable about buying from him. Then I spoke with Debbie a number of times as well. Pleased with their professionalism and just how smooth they made my car buying experience. Great job Whitewater Motor Company. Will definitely recommend and keep in my mind for my next vehicle purchase.

Car buying can be a real hassle, but Whitewater couldn't have made things any easier. I bought a car I've wanted for a long time, in great shape and at a great price. They offered a very fair trade credit for my old car, and they had no problem repairing a few minor items on the new car before I picked it up. From Doug on the phone, to Chad with the deals, to Deb with the finalizing and paperwork, my experience was excellent from start to finish. Excellent communication, honest answers to questions, a willingness to hear and meet some requests from me, and no crazy haggling necessary were all part of the process. I am happy in every way with these guys, and will definitely consider them first if we find ourselves in need of a used car again.

I would give 5 stars but I always feel there's room for improvement, no ones perfect ;) . The salesman was really friendly & didn't try to force anything down our throats like other big dealerships do. They didn't charge any goofy fees either.. just one and taxes compared to the list of fees from Kerry Toyota that made an $8k car almost $11k. I'll update after owning the car for awhile.

Boyfriend bought a car from there and he s loved it, he always tells me about how his dealership always takes care of him with his other vehicle he bought here and now he s gotten his second one through them and when we went in to take a look at it we had a very good and professional experience, I will be planning on looking at their dealership when my time comes to upgrade

A small town car lot with huge customer service. If you are shopping around STOP this is the place that will treat you like a human being and not just paydirt!They got me in the car I wanted for a price I could afford with not good credit. Somthing the big box chains couldn't do! So dont waste your time start here!

Bought a truck the check engine light was on they said they would fix it I did not now it would take 10 days so far to fix it waiting on parts one day next time waiting on mechanic getting the run around now they did not even call me back after i called them someone took my name and number still waiting
