Sorry but this store is steadily going down hill! Nothing is stocked. Stuff sitting in the isles for days. When shelves get stocked, old stock is being pushed back and new stock is placed in front resulting in out of date product being sold. A few weeks ago I purchased a box of Kroger brand wheat crisp crackers without looking at the best by date. I later discovered that it was dated best by Sept 11, 2023. I did not have a receipt so I did not return them. Last week I was was going buy another box to replace them and upon checking the date, it was also Sept 11, 2023. I showed this to the Manager "Allen" and thought it might get taken care of, no, wrong assumption. Today I was there, same exact box with the same EXPIRED date (approaching 4 months now) still on the shelf for $3.49. Boxes still everywhere on the floor that were there Sunday night. No care for the customer anymore. Prices continually rising, when does it stop? Frustrated long time customer!

The absolute worse store I have ever shopped at, hands down. The only bright light in that place is one of the workers in the deli/bakery is super friendly and runs to give my kids cookies every time. Great guy, but works for a horrible store. So many mess ups that they won't rectify, and half the meat you buy there is nasty and old even when it says it's fresh. Choose another store, or you will regret it.

I went to the JayC in Milan Indiana and I got a birthday cake from there and was in a hurry I ask for some help and there employees went out of there way to help me ! This was a great experience to have people go out of there way to assist me .Had a great tasting moist very pretty cake

Stopped at 8:15 am to buy a flower assortment for Valentine s Day and 2 women working and I was told the choices are out there by Sue. I even questioned, this is all I can choose from. She said yes. Just because she didn t want to put the time and effort in to please a loyal customer. I was extremely disappointed to see she wasn t interested in putting something special together for my likings. Extremely disappointed and they lost a customer for life. I will over pay at a flower shop before giving jay c my business any day. What a shame how lazy and careless people have become..

Store is clean. Shelves are poorly stock at times. Since Kroger took over, they are not very customer oriented. They are more interested in moving their products. The help is very friendly and helpful. I believe if Kroger upper management paid closer attention this could be a great little store.

I so most of my shopping elsewhere. They have a captive audience being the only grocery store in town. Most of the workers are great. It was much better before Kroger bought them out.

No chicken, no potato wedges. Very little to choose from for hot food from deli. Employee said that they can't get these items in. Turned away 3 different customers because nothing to purchase in hot section.

Be careful with your receipts. Frequently over charged. It has.happened a lot over the years. Sometimes fish is spoiled! A local store, convenient. Kroger is better. Only about 15 miles away.

This place is a good place to go shopping if you live around the area because it's the only grocery store around for about 15 miles. If you never been to J-cay before it's a Kroger store. I mean Kroger bought the store out a few years ago

We bought fruit trays, cupcakes, and flower arrangements for our recent celebration. All items were ready for pickup on time. We were very pleased with service and prices.

Friendly, caring, will order special items for you if they can get it. Less people too so quick checkouts. Love this place. I will not shop anyplace else.

I love the people that work there it's a friendly place but I wish they would keep some of their merchandise they're changing all the time and when you find a favorite it's not going to be there the next time. have the same problem with Krogers.

Not sanitary safe. Was there last night and had their cleaning spray bottle sitting right next to food in the deli case.

Awesome place to shop for groceries friendly people always willing to help in anyway they can fresh meats and good prices and if you watch the sales great prices I've saved a good bit of money their bakery goods are delish !

would not give me a rain check for Diet Mountain Dew a case at 599 said they bring in a limited skid in Pepsi people were in charge of that even though it's in their ad online

This is part of Kroger's. You can use your Kroger's card. Prices are comparable to Kroger's!
