The folks at Royal RV Auto Center were responsive professionals. The vehicle and paperwork were ready to go upon my arrival. They made the car buying process seamless and enjoyable. Customer...Top Tier! It was a pleasure doing business with Mike, Anthony, and Griffin! I absolutely love my ride and Milo my pup does too!!

Right when you pull in the lot you are in awe of all the amazing inventory they have on both the RV and Automotive side as well. There is literally something for everybody. The atmosphere is amazing as soon as I walked into the beautiful showroom floor I was greeted by a kind young man named Griffin who made sure to get everything I needed in order for me to look at my vehicle and to buy the vehicle as well which was a super easy and hassle free process. I was also able to take the car for a test drive before the purchase thanks to Anthony and he also did a great job in helping finalizing everything and making sure my new vehicle was up to my standards before I got on the road. I truly am grateful and thankful for everyone at Royal! Buy a vehicle from them and won t regret. Hands down best dealership in Indiana!

Drove 3 hours one way and bought my 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee here after my first one was totaled. Jeremy and Terry were great! They helped me from start to finish to make sure I got what I wanted and I'm beyond happy with my purchase. Would make the drive again if needed.

Jeremy and the whole team at royal were great!!! Absolutely no pressure at all and went out of the way to help out and make the process as easy as possible. This was the first time in my life I actually enjoyed buying a car. I will go back to them in the future and I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for a car go to them as well. I can t say enough good things about the royal team. Thank you so much for the experience.

Had a phenomenal experience from the very start! Worked with Jeremy and he was bee s knees. Could not have asked for a better experience. This was my first time purchasing my own car, so I was pretty apprehensive of everything that could go wrong either with the service of a dealership or with buying a used car itself. I have to say that all of those fears were alleviated with Royal RV and Auto. I absolutely love the Malibu I ended up with. Plus, financing was super easy and my monthly payment ended up being lower than I expected. Thank you guys!

I feel the entire staff treated the negotiations with patience and class. This is a first rate organization. I would definitely work again with this company for the purchase of an auto or RV. Jeremy and Anthony are stand up guys and VERY transparent. The whole experience made me very comfortable as a buyer, and at no point did I feel pressured to make a decision. I would highly recommend doing business with Royal Auto as the selection of vehicles and customer experience is superb.

Worked with Griffin and Mike on the purchase of my "new to me" vehicle. They were both great to work with. Griffin took the time to point out all the "bells and whistles" to me, even the cosmetic flaws before going on a test drive. They both stayed past closing time to make sure I was taken care of. Great guys, great company.

Royal was great! They maintain a great selection of quality vehicles. It seems like they have a good picker who snags the good cars from the auction so this is where we found our van. Purchasing was fast, easy, and no pressure.

I purchased my dream car from this business and the experience provided by Anthony matched the vehicle.I purchased sight unseen as Anthony provided all videos and pictures I could request plus more. He was sure to capture the good and bad so there were no ugly surprises once I received it, as it is a 20+ year old vehicle. Due to his truthfulness, I couldn t be happier with the product I received.He was always highly responsive and friendly, and I never waited more than 10-15 minutes for a message or call back. I would certainly recommend and purchase from this dealership again!

If i could give these guys more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. I was on the search for a truck for weeks (over 15 f150s looked at) , when i stumbled across this dealer on autotrader, i was a bit hesitant as i dont like going through independent used car dealers (we have all heard the horror stories) but after getting the run around, ignored, bait and switch, or general lack of interest i received from big name new ford dealers, I decided to give these guys a shot. I made an inquiry on an F150 they had asking if it was still available at around 1am. Nearly first thing in the morning i got a call from Jeremy, i explained to him my frustration with the search, and he made the transaction really easy and straight forward. Was absolutely on top answering all my questions, getting photos and info for me as well as even putting the truck in the shop for uncarriage photos which was awesome considering my 4 hour drive to them, from there i went to go look at the truck, when i got there Jeremy was waiting for me, an extremely cool dude, no pressure sales, unfortunately upon turning on the truck it had the dreaded cam phaser knock. They were extremely apologetic that it wasnt caught during their inspection, after that he went and talked to his manager and came back with the answer that theyll fix whatever issues it had and make it right for the deal. So putting my trust in them that they would be honest, i signed the papers and went on my way. They gave me a loaner (big deal since i was out of state) they fixed the truck not only once but twice when they received bad parts from ford and even replaced some maintenance items! They filled up the tank to the loaner twice for me and even offered to deliver the truck back, i declined that and they filled up the truck for me to bring it home again (4 trips total and a 36 gallon tank!) They gave me and my fiance a bunch of hoodies, shirts, and royal apparel. Absolutely awesome dealer and people and they stand behind what they say. I am 100% a long life customer of this dealer so long as they have what im looking for. Not to mention their prices are hard to beat and the customer service to back it, you just dont find a dealer like this anymore. Do not hesitate to do business with this place, you wont be disappointed.

If you find yourself in need of service or repairs in the Middlebury area, I highly recommend Royal RV & Auto Center! They have diesel techs on staff and have always gotten me right in for my service needs.The staff are very friendly and accommodating. My truck is my livelihood and it's nice having a shop you can trust while out on the road!

We really enjoyed working with Jeremy, who went out of his way to accommodate us coming off hours for a test drive. The rest of the staff was also very friendly and helpful. We really love our new car, and I don't think we could've found a better deal (believe me, I looked). I knew exactly what car we wanted before coming in, and no one within 200 miles of us had one with similar options and low mileage for as good of a price. I'll definitely check here first next time we're in the market for a vehicle.

I just took delivery on a new vehicle I purchased from Royal RV & Auto and had a GREAT experience working with them. I worked with Justin in sales and he had all the answers to my questions and was always quick to respond. Never once did I feel any kind of pressure, which I really appreciated. Very friendly & professional team all around. Highly recommend these guys!

Jeremy our salesman was straightforward and informative. We are 2 hours from the Royal Auto Center, when I arrived the vehicle was exactly as he had described it on the phone. No surprises.Mike the finance manager was very helpful.This was one of the most enjoyable auto purchase experience I've had in a long time.I definitely will check their inventory the next time I'm looking for a vehicle.

I don't think we have ever had a better experience with buying a vehicle. Royal Auto is a beautiful building inside and very well-maintained. Very clean. We worked with Jeremy in sales and he did an amazing job. Didn't pressure us on anything. Got all my questions answered. I truly felt like he was being honest with me when he was talking to me about anything. We also worked with Mike in finance who was just as amazing. Very knowledgeable and answers all your questions. We filled out the online credit application and by the time we went to the dealership to test drive, everything was ready. We were in and out of there within an hour. I do have to say though, Wonder Dog Minnie stole the show!!!

Probably THE best experience I've had when purchasing a vehicle. I found the truck I wanted on Auto Trader and it took me to Royal Auto Center. I called and spoke with Jeremy who went beyond expectations with answering my questions and even went out and took more pictures of specific stuff that I asked for. Everything was done over the phone and through text messages. I got my financing from my own credit union, traveled to Middlebury and met with Jeremy to close the deal. While doing the paperwork inside, Jeremy saw that some sticker residue was still on the window so he went and had it removed before I came back out to drive my truck away. Jeremy made this transaction super easy and it seemed that he was a PRO with lots of experience but he actually told me this was his first sale. I was impressed with Jeremy and the rest of the staff. I would highly recommend Royal Auto Center to anyone and would definitely go back to purchase another vehicle if the need arises.

Just bought my F-150 from these guys on Friday. It is a beautiful truck, like new. The guys at this dealership are very friendly and easy to work with. Well worth the four and a half hour drive to get there. Also got a Currituck cooler and a couple nice camping chairs. No Junk here. Thanks again guys.

Anthony was really helpful in finding me the right truck that suited all my needs. Andrew was great in getting all the financials figured out. Dustin had his guys do a once over on the truck and I was in and out in hardly any time at all. Great experience buying a new to me truck, highly recommend going down and checking out what these guys have to offer.

I drove an hour and forty five minutes to look at a Jeep they had on their lot. Even though we couldn t make a deal due to errors on my part, they were the nicest people and super easy going. When my situation changes, they will be the first place I go to buy my next vehicle. They also have an awesome selection of rv s and travel trailers. Worth the drive!

Best experience I've ever had with a dealer. I actually didn't buy because I couldn't sort my schedule out in time, but I dealt with Anthony on a used Ford from 120 miles away. I was blown away by how thorough his photos and video was and how honest he was throughout every step of the process. Very atypical from my past auto buying experiences. Wish I could have pulled things together faster on my end, but highly, highly recommend Anthony and this place!!

Excellent buying experience. Bought an Audi S4 which was in excellent condition, clean and a lower price than anywhere else I looked. Traveled from out of state to buy my car and both Jeremy and Eddie helped me out both remotely and in person. They answered all questions and made the whole experience easy and smooth.
